Its yuan.【教学难点】句型结构:How much ? Its yuan. 课前准备 Tape recorder, Multimedia 教学过程Step 1.Warm-up1 Greetings(1) when the students arrive in the classroom, greet them. Teacher: Hello students! We are halfway through our Learning English Book for Grade 5!(2) take a few minutes to discuss the new unit. Raise the textbook to the students to show the main content they are going to learn in each lesson. See how much the students know about sending e - mail. Ask if anyone knows what a postcard or a letter is.2. text introductionTell the students that it is meaningful to keep in touch with your family and friends while traveling. Postcard, letter and email(1) teaching new words much, postcard, letter, email with vocabulary cards. Show each card and say the word. Take out the sample postcards and envelopes brought to the class. Read the postcards in the classroom and give the students time to watch.(2) let the students look at the first part of the 38 page. Ask each picture to ask questions: What is this? And then ask the students to say the difference between the three types of contact. Raise a postcard and ask: How do you know this is a postcard and not a letter? Raise a letter to let students say what the letter is writing.(3) play the first part of the recording, students quiet age listening.
