Section A Listening & speaking (1a-1c)一， 教学设计1， 教材分析：本节是人教版八年级下册第五单元第一课时，课型为听说课。通构建过去场景中正在发生的各种情况，理解并会运用过去进行时谈论过去发生的事情。2， 学情分析：本课时词汇量不大，但是出现了一个新的时态 过去进行时。学生在七年级下册已学过现在进行时态，有一定的时态基础；但要从现在进行时态到过去进行时态进行转换，仍需要大量的情境做铺垫，最好是通过看图说话，听说结合的形式，通过改变时间状语而习得新的时态。3， 教学目标：1） 知识目标：掌握1a-2c部分的要点词汇和短语：alarm, begin, heavily, suddenly, strange, storm, go off, pick up等。2） 能力目标：掌握when引导的时间状语从句，能用过去进行时态讲述过去发生的事情。What was he doing when the rainstorm came?
