人教版英语八年级下册 Unit 3 Could you please clean your room ? 教学设计 第一课时 学情分析: 所教学生基础一般且参差不齐。基本能自行拼读比较简单的单词,但较难单词需要示范领读,长句子需要带读才能掌握其语音语调,句子结构需要分析才能明白其意。学生听力水平一般,在教学中学生能听懂简单英语,组织课堂教学的活动指令需要重复才能听明白。学生对对话材料喜欢操练、演练。所以在课堂中加强2d 教学,让学生课后有可读可练之材料。教学内容: Section A 1a-2d (不含2a ,2b)教学目标: 能正确使用下列词汇:rubbish , fold , sweep , floor, mess, take out the rubbish, make ones bed, living room, meet, work on 能正确使用下列常用表达:Could you please take out the rubbish ? Sure./ Sorry, I cant . I have to finish homework first. Could I use your computer ? Sorry . Im going to work on it now. Well, could I watch TV? Yes, you can. But first you have to clean your room.情感目标:提高学生礼貌交际的沟通能力,培养学生帮做家务的行为习惯。教学重点: Let Ss make polite requests and ask for permissions. How to make Ss communicate with others using the key vocabulary and the target language. 教学难点: Use the target language in this lesson to talk about how to offer help.教学方法: 本节课是第一课时。重点在于通过学习如何礼貌地提出请求和征求别人的许可,任务以听说为主,培养学生交际沟通能力。教学方法主要是:听力训练;分析举例;对话演练;教学准备: Multimedia, Computer, blackboard教学过程:Step 1 Greeting Greeting as usual. Today we are going to learn Unit 3 Could you please clean your room ? Step 2 Lead-in 1 Teacher introduces the situation: I was very busy doing housework last Sunday. Can you guess What I did ? Help Ss answer the question. ( clean the room, do the dishes, clean the windows. etc.)2. Show more pictures on the screen about doing the chores. Let the Ss guess what chores they are. ( do the dishes , sweep the floor, take out the trash, make your bed, fold your clothes, clean the living room. )Step 3 Presentation1. Watch the pictures and talk about them. “What does he do every day ? and learn these phrases : do chores, do the dishes, make the bed, take out the rubbish, fold the clothes, sweep the floor, clean the living room.2. .Ask and discuss: Do you usually do these chores at home on weekends ?Ask and guide the students answer the questions: “ Im busy. Could you please sweep the floor?” “Could you please take out the trash ? ”3. Students work in pairs . Ask whether he or she like doing some chores. If not, ask another people for help. Help them to make polite requests by using target language “ Could you please ?”Step 4 Practice Listening 1b Listen. Who will do these chores ? Play the recorder for the Ss to listen. Check the answers with the Students.Step 5 Teach and learn 2d (Role play the conversation) 1 Ask two questions about the conversation. Ss try to find the answers. Ask two students to give us the answers. 2 Explain some language points. (1)Tony, could you please help out with a few things? Help out : 给予帮助(出困境); with:在方面 He helped me out with my task (2)Could I at least finish watching this show ? at least: 至少 finish + 名词 或 动词ing You finish sweeping the floor at least two hours. (3) Yes, because Mom will be back from shopping any minute now. be back from. 从. 回来 any minute 随时 Toms father will be back from work this afternoon.3 Read after me. Read the conversation one sentence by one sentence and ask the Ss to follow me. 4 Ss practice reading aloud the conversation freely 5 Ss work in pairs to make up a short similar conversation about doing chores at home 6 ask some students to act out their own conversations.Step 6 Summary 1 New words and expressions: do the dishes, sweep the floor, take out the trash, make the bed ; fold the clothes. Clean the room. 2 Sentence patterns : Could you please . ?
