（英语语言文学专业论文）跨文化交际中的礼仪问题与英语教学中的人文教育.pdf

辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文 摘要 随着全球化进程的深入，跨文化交际现象日益增多。同时，由文化差异引起的礼仪 问题也随之增多。本文针对国内高校英语学习者在日常跨文化交际中常产生的礼仪问题 进行调查，并将产生此类礼仪问题的原因分为有意识和无意识两种。有意识礼仪分歧指 在交际过程中，英语学习者对交往对方的礼仪常识有一定了解，但认为对方应该入乡随 俗，遵循中国的礼仪规范。无意识礼仪分歧的产生则是由于英语学习者不了解对方礼仪 文化，想当然的用自身文化的礼仪规则去圈套整个交际过程，它是造成交际双方误解彼 此人文素质的主要因素。 礼仪的根基是礼貌，而跨文化礼仪问题的理论基础，则要包括跨文化交际学。礼貌 理论的核心是尊重，讲礼仪就是要求人们在交往过程中，表达对对方的尊重，展现良好 的人文素质。一个国家文明程度的体现，往往要看校园里的礼仪规范如何呈现。人文教 育提倡通知教育，要求学生掌握更多专业以外的知识s 因此，高校英语学习者需要通过 在英语学习过程中融入更多的礼仪知识，来提高跨文化交际能力和自身的的人文素质， 同时也可以达到减少、甚至避免跨文化交际中由于礼仪误差引起误解的目的。语言学习 与人文教育的进一步融合，是提高英语学习者跨文化交际能力的有效手段之一。 本文通过一项针对高校英语学习者日常跨文化礼仪知识的调查，证实了当今高校大 部分英语学习者在进行跨文化交际时，都存在大量的礼仪问题，而此类问题往往是导致 交际失败的主要因素；以往语言学习者们所关注的基本语言技巧，如发音、语法等，往 往并非导致交际失败的主要因素。通过调查，西方人在与中国英语学习者交流时，往往 会对其礼仪表现有所期待，并会由此对我们整体的人文素质水平有所评判。礼仪知识在
