Unit 1 Hello! 教材分析This unit is selected from unit 1 of the third grade to help students understand a practical subject English, and students will have a preliminary understanding of the basic vocabulary of English.To make students understand the practical subject of learning English, and develop a strong interest in English, so as to achieve a good command of English and the dialogue of life scenes in English. 教学目标【知识目标】1. Language structures: Whats your name? Im.2. New vocabulary: hello, hi, goodbye, bye, apple ant, banana, bear, cat, carrot【能力目标】Greeting and farewells.【情感目标】Let students say hello to others. 教学重难点【教学重点】Ask someones name and answer.【教学难点】Learn how to use “Whats your name? Im.”. 课前准备 1. Material preparation: PPT, Pictures CARDS, Recorder, etc. 2. Teaching methods:Cultivate students interest in learning English through activities that many students like. 教学过程Step 1. Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls. Glad to meet you. Step 2. Lead-in Sing the song “Good morning to you.”Ask one of the students to come out to sing.Step 3. Teaching 1. Exercise:T: Hi, Im Miss Lu. S: Hi, Im Tom. T: Hi, -. Now, its your turn (The teacher walks among pupils and demonstrates.)T: Hi, Im Miss Lu. S: Hi, Im Kate. (The teacher may help.) 2. Open the books and listen to the recordings. First, pupils listen to the recorder silently. Then read the dialogue after the recorder. Later on, practice in pairs and groups.3. Ask one student out or just let him stay behind his desk.T: Hi, Im Miss Lu. Whats your name? S: Im Tony.4. Read the sentences after the teacher several times. And ask the pupils to guess the Chinese meanings.5. Conversation: Listen to the recorder. Read after the tape. Activity:Group 1, 2 act Gogo, group 3, 4 act Tony read the conversation together.6. Learn the vocabulary. Write down the words on the blackboard. 7. Listen to the tape and read the target together.8. Listen to the tape and do the practice 1, 2.9. Learn the letters A, B, C.Step 4.
