The accessories can be the plug, rubber seal, butterfly valve, nut and washer.3.2.粘合剂:用于金属体和橡胶体之间的物质 Adhesion: union existing between the metallic body and the rubber.3.3. 汽车:10座以上的机动车 Automobile: motor vehicle for the transportation of up to ten people.3.4. 气门嘴安装部位:气门嘴上用于把气门嘴贴在内胎或是轮辋上的部分 Valve base: part of the valve used to attach it to the inner tube or the rim.3.5. 自行车:有两个或是2个以上的车轮的运输车辆,通过脚的动作以链条或是齿轮传输到后轮,这种车辆是用于运人或是轻的物品。Bicycle: transportation vehicle with 2 or more tires in which the motion of the feet is transmitted to the rear wheel by means of a chain or gear; such vehicle is used to transport people and light loads.3.6. 卡车:有4个或是4个以上轮胎,用于运送货物,总重超过4吨的机动车。Truck: motor vehicle with four or more tires used for the transportation of cargo, with a gross vehicle weight greater than 4 tons.3.7.轻型卡车:用于运输货物或是10个以上的人,带有底盘的机动车,总重超过2727KG,可达到7272kg以上。 Lightweight truck: motor vehicle with chassis for the transportation of goods or more than 10 persons, with a gross vehicle weight greater than 2727 kg and up to 7272 kg.3.8. 气门嘴拆卸力:将气门嘴从轮辋孔移开的力的大小,用牛顿表示。Valve disassembly force: the magnitude of the force required to remove the valve from the rim, expressed in Newton (N).3.9. 漏气:没有任何活动,空气从气门嘴的嘴杆和气门芯之间漏出。Air leakage: escape of the air between the hollow cylinder of the valve and the pin, without any activation.3.10. 气门嘴样式:符合同一品牌、批次和类型的气门嘴Valve model: the valves corresponding to the same brand, group and type.3.11.摩托车:用于载人或轻物品的有两个或是以上轮胎的机动车。 Motorcycle: motor vehicle with two or more times used to transport people or light loads.3.12.气门芯:装在气门嘴上在气门嘴活动时允许气体流进或是流出,在不活动的时候阻止流出的部件。 Pin (pivot): part placed on the valve to allow the entry or exit of the fluid when the valve is activated, but preventing its exit when it is not activated.3.13. 拖车:有前后轴的车辆,没有推进力,要用机动车拉或是挂在半拖挂车上。Trailer: vehicle with front and rear axles, not provided with propulsion means and devised to be pulled by a motor vehicle or coupled with a semi-trailer.3.14. 半拖挂车:没有前轴的车辆,设计成与拖拉机卡车结合,要通过拖拉机拉或是他的部分重量要靠拖拉机卡车支持。Semi-trailer: vehicle without front axles, devised for being coupled with a tractor-truck in such a way that it is pulled by it and part of its weight is supported by the tractor-truck.3.15. 扭矩:将气门芯拧进气门嘴杆内的接入力,以牛顿每米表示N.m.Torque: tightening couple expressed in Newton per meter (N.m) of the pin inside the hollow cylinder of the valve.3.16. 拖拉机卡车:用于支持和拖拖车和半拖挂车的机动车辆。Tractor-truck: motor vehicle to support and tow trailers and semi-trailers.3.17. 农用拖车:用于田间作业的有6个以上轮胎的机动车。Agricultural tractor: motor vehicle with up to six tires used in field work.3.18.气门嘴:保护或是允许内胎或是轮胎内部气体流入或流出的机械装置。 Valve: mechanical device retaining and allowing the inlet or the outlet of the fluid inside the inner tube or tire.4. 分类和描述 Classification and Description4.1. 分类- Classification4.1.1. 该官方墨西哥标准中的气门嘴对象被分为两批:a) 用于有气胎轮胎的气门嘴b) 用于无内胎轮胎轮辋孔的气门嘴The valves object of this Official Mexican Standard is classified in two groups:a) Valves for pneumatic tiresb) Valves for rims used in tubeless tires.4.1.2.两批气门嘴都包含两类气门嘴 :a) 装配有橡胶密封圈的金属类的b) 由金属部分组成,覆盖有浇铸的橡胶粘在金属嘴体上的,即卡扣气门嘴。 Both groups include two types of valves:a) Metallic with assembled rubber sealb) Made of a metallic part covered with molded rubber adhering to said metallic part.4.2. 描述 Description4.2.1. 气门嘴和附件用统一的国际公认的专门的编码描述。表1和现行官方墨西哥标准中附录A中12以举例说明和非限制性的方式描述了气门嘴和附件。The valves and accessories are described using internationally recognized arbitrary codes. Tables 1 to 12 of Appendix A of the present Official Mexican Standard describe them in an illustrative, not limiting, manner.4.2.2. 描述编码以以下方式识别:a) 字母“t”代表“tire”轮胎的首字母b) 字母“r”代表“rim”轮辋的首字母c) 以下的号码是专用的d) 以下字母,即便要,也是专用的The description code is identified as follows:a) The letter t is the initial of the word tireb) The letter r is the initial of the word rimc) The following number(s) are arbitraryd) The following letter(s), if any, are arbitrary.5. 说明 Specifications5.1. 粘结强度:橡胶和金属没有粘合的最大允许面积为40 mm2。 这是根据现行官方墨西哥标准中7.1节中所描述的程序确定的。Adhesion: the maximum permissible area without rubber/metal adhesion must be 40 mm2. The above is determined using the procedure described in 7.1 of the present Official Mexican Standard.5.2. 拆卸力:将气门嘴从轮辋移走的最小力必须为559N, 这是根据现行官方墨西哥标准中7.2节中所描述的程序确定的。Disassembly force (effort): minimum value of the force required to remove the valve from the rim must be 559 N. The above is determined using the procedure described in 7.2 of the present Official Mexican Standard.5.3. 扭矩:扭紧配合物的扭矩值必须在13Nm和30Nm之间。这是根据现行官方墨西哥标准中7.3节中所描述的程序确定的。Torque: the torque value of the tightening couple must be comprised between 13 Nm and 30 Nm. The above is determined using the procedure described in 7.3 of the present Official Mexican Standard.5.4. 气胎轮胎气门嘴的气密性:为了保证气胎轮胎气门嘴的气密性,气门嘴的安装部位必须由丁基合成橡胶或是卤化丁基橡胶(halo butyl compound rubber)做成。Air tightness of the valve of the pneumatic tire: to ensure the air tightness of the valve of pneumatic tires, its base must be made of a butyl or halo butyl compound rubber.5.5. 气门嘴轮辋气密性:在气门嘴/轮辋密封中不能存在漏气。这是根据现行官方墨西哥标准中7.4节中所描述的程序确定的。Air tightness of the valve/rim seal: no air leakage must exist in the valve/rim seal. The above is determined using the procedure described in 7.4 of the present Official Mexican Standard.5.6. 气门嘴打弯:当提交用于现行官方墨西哥标准中7.5节中所描述的测试时,气门嘴的打弯部分不能出现任何裂缝Valve fold (crease): the fold of the valve must not exhibit any chinks or cracks when submitted to the test described in 7.5 of the present Official Mexican Standard,6.样本 Specimens6.1. 墨西哥标准NMX-Z-12-1987 中的应用表推荐用于取样。要求每批中每类7个样本用于该官方墨西哥标准一致性的评估。The application of Mexican Standard NMX-Z-12-1987 is recommended for sample-taking. Seven test specimens of each group and each type are required for the evaluation of the conformity of this Official Mexican Standard.7. 测试方法 Test Methods7.1. 粘合强度 Adhesion该测试是用于卡扣气门嘴和无内胎轮辋气门嘴。以上是为了保证橡胶与金属嘴杆不分离,以免在使用的过程中成为安全隐患。This test is performed on valves for inner tubes with molded rubber adhered to them and on valves for rims used with tubeless tires. The above in order to ensure that there is no detachment between the rubber and the metallic body, causing the valve to become a safety risk during its useful life.7.1.1. 设备或测试工装a) 整个测试过程中可以在至少200oC操作的压力环流炉b) 最小分度为1oC,至少200oC的测量区间的温度计c) 计时器d) 石棉手套e) 气门嘴支架f) 无线收聚钳g) 圆形边缘的钳子h) 胶带i) 精确到0.0001 g分析天平j) 切削工具Equipment and/or instruments:a) Forced-circulation furnace capable of operating at least 200oC for the entire test period.b) Thermometer with measurement intervals of at least 200oC, with a minimum division of 1oC.c) Chronometer (clock).d) Asbestos gloves.e) (Maneral?) valve clamp (holder)f) Wireless pinching pliers.g) Pliers with rounded edges.h) Adhesive tapes.i) Analytical scale with 0.0001 g precision.j) Cutting tools.7.1.2. 步骤Procedure7.1.2.1. 把气门嘴放入高温箱里,放在中间以便安装部位不与金属接触。在以下条件下老化样本。Place the valves in the furnace, centered so that the lower part of the base is not in contact with the metal. Age the specimens under the following conditions:7.1.2.1.1. 3个内胎气门嘴在180oC 3oC 放15分钟min 30 秒 Three inner-tube valves at 180oC 3oC for 15 min 30 s.7.1.2.1.2. 3个轮辋气门嘴在100oC 3oC 放 4 小时 5分钟 Three rim valves at 100oC 3oC for 4 h 5 min.7.1.2.2. 将气门嘴从高温箱移走,在测试前冷却至少12小时。把支架拧上气门嘴的出口,用收聚钳和圆边钳将橡胶从气门嘴拆走,要不损坏橡胶覆盖的金属嘴杆(见图1,2和3)Remove the valves from the furnace and let them cool for at least 12 hours before the test. Screw the maneral? onto the valve outlet and using the pinching pliers with rounded edge remove the rubber from the valves without damaging the metal covered by the rubber (see figures 1, 2 and 3).7.1.3. 结果描述:确定支持的数量并以mm2 陈述没有被橡胶覆盖的金属区域的结果,用以下计算。Statement of results: quantify the adhesion and state the result in mm2 of metallic area not covered by the rubber, using the following calculation:Quantify the adhesion and state the result in mm2 of the metallic area not covered by the rubber, realizing the following for the calculation:7.1.3.1. 在测试区域贴上胶带 ,该区域按照面积单位有一个恒定的重量 Stick an adhesive tape onto the test area having a constant weight per area unit.7.1.3.2. 在没有任何金属/橡胶的区域上贴的胶条上做一个记号(在该区域完全分离橡胶与金属,观察粘附的金属或接合剂。Mark with a tip on the tape the area without any metal/rubber adhesion (in this area the rubber is completely detached from the metal and observe the adhered metal or cement).7.1.3.3 将胶带从测试区域移走,切下做标记的地方。Remove the tape from the test area and cut off the marked areas.7.1.3.4. 称重修整好的区域,以毫克为单位,用“A”标明该值Weigh the trimmed areas in mg, record this value as A.7.1.3.5. 称重40 mm2 贴有胶带的区域,以毫克为单位。用“B”标明所获得的重量的值。做以下计算:粘合剂*(橡胶-金属)=(A/B)*(40 mm2)注意:所获得的该公式的结果为mm2 ,而且粘合剂与一个区域有关。Weigh in mg a 40 mm2 area of the adhesive tape used. Record this value as B with the obtained weights. Do the following calculations:Adhesion (rubber-metal) = (A/B) * (40 mm2)Note: The result of this equation in obtained in mm2 and the adhesion is related to one area.7.2. 轮辋气门嘴拆卸力Rim valve disassembly effort (force) 该测试用于橡胶浇铸的,装在无内胎轮胎轮辋上的气门嘴。目的是确定安装在轮辋上的气门嘴在被毁坏和金属没有任何裂缝前能承受的力,确保不出现这些情况不会发生。This test is made to valves with molded rubber adhered to it, mounted on the rim used for tubeless tires in order to determine the force which the valve to be assembled onto the rim can withstand before being destroyed and without any cracks in the metallic part, making sure that this does not happen.7.2.1. 设备Equipmenta) 带有无线的,中心孔的金属板,直径11.4mm,或其它的能够锚定气门嘴底座的直径,厚3.2mm。Metal plate with wireless, central hole, with an 11.4 mm diameter, or other metal plate with a 15.7 mm diameter, or the diameter able to anchor the valve base and 3.2 mm thick.b) 气门嘴支架Maneral(?) clamp for the valve.c) 金属板夹具Clamp for the metal plate.d) 肥皂水Soap diluted in water.e) 最小10 kN 容量的气体压力计Tensimeter with minimum 10 kN capacity.Figure 1 Adhesion test of valves for rimFigure 2 Adhesion test of valve for innertubesFigure 3 Adhesion test of valve for rim7.2.2. 步骤Procedure7.2.2.1. 把卡扣气门嘴放在金属板的空中,以便用肥皂水的操作,要考虑以下问题:Place the valve with the molded rubber adhered to it in the orifice of the metal plate, facilitating the operation with the diluted soap, taking the following into consideration:7.2.2.1.1. 用于TR-412; TR-413; TR-414; TR-418; TR-423; 600 HP 和 602 HP或类似气门嘴测试的带孔的板直径为11.4mm。Plate with orifice with 11.4 mm diameter for valves TR-412; TR-413; TR-414; TR-418; TR-423; 600 HP and 602 HP or equivalent.7.2.2.1.2. 用于TR-415 and TR-425 or equivalent或类似气门嘴测试的带孔的板直径为15.7mm,或者适合被测气门嘴的直径。 Plate with orifice with 15.7 mm diameter for valves TR-415 and TR-425 or equivalent or with a diameter adapted to the valve to be tested.7.2.2.2.把气门嘴放在金属盘夹具中,在气体压力计中装上装备设备,把支架拧上轮辋气门嘴。以 500 mm/分钟 50 mm/分钟的速度拧紧气门嘴.当气门嘴从金属板的孔脱落时所获得气体压力计的值就是将气门嘴从轮辋孔拆卸下来所需要的力的值。Place the valve in the clamp for the metal plate, install the assembled device in the tensimeter, screwing the mineral? to the valve for the rim; tighten the valve at a speed of 500 mm/min 50 mm/min. The tensimeter value obtained when the valve breaks off or exits the orifice of the metal plate is the magnitude of the effort required to disassemble the valve from
