Everything is ready! difficult point: use these sentences in a real sence.*Preparaiton: Words cards, PPT,pictures,form,paperProcedures:Step1:Warm-up activities (a)Lets actPour the tea/Cut the cake/Eat the bread /Drink the milk (教师和学生一起做动作) (b)Free talk T:Im hungry.Can I have ,please? Ss:Sure,here you are.(教师用夸张的动作表情表现hungry,并用重读提示。) 【设计意图】通过Lets act!来创设英语气氛,激发学习兴趣,复习已学食物单词。利用Free talk复习前一课时学习的单词和句型,让学生在小组间对旧句型进行连锁的问答使得他们思维更为活跃,同时强化口语锻炼,为新课学习和小组活动做铺垫。Step2:Presentation1.新授单词:dinner T:Oh,its 6:30.Its time for dinner.Im hungry.What would you like? S:I like rice /fish.(教师在黑板上画出一个时钟和一个月亮,时间指向6:30,做饥饿装,引导学生理解dinner,并能用已学食物单词做出简答。)2.巧编chant I like rice. Rice is ready! I like soup.Soup is ready!I like fish. Fish is ready!I like vegetable.Vegetable is ready!【设计意图】通过上一环节中句型I like.,自然过度。教师将单词卡片逐个贴在黑板上,并说. is ready!利用改编的chant,又一次操练单词,并为Everything is ready!的学习做伏笔。当老师将单词贴完,引出Everything is ready!注意“th”的发音。学生可以开火车认读。3.创设情境,教学What would you like? Id like some.,please.T:Oh,Im hungry.Id like some hamburgers.(教师做饥饿状)What would you like?S1:Id like some fish.(引导学生使用 Id like.,教师指出I like与Id like区别。同时板书句型并教读。)S2:Id like some beef.S3: Id like some rice. What would you like? (教师可以与学生角色互换,交换提问。)S4: Id like some vegetables.What would you like?S5: Id like some.【设计意图】通过师生问答到生生问答,学生巩固了What would you like? Id like some. 情境的创设让学生能真实的环境中感受语言,使用语言,潜移默化地操练本课重点句型。4.教学Whats for dinner? Id like some.来进行调查。namebeefvegetablesfishhamburgers.【设计意图】通过不同形式的操练形式,激发英语学习兴趣,创设情境,做好铺垫让学生有话可说,乐于展示自我。Step3:ExtensionAccording to the survey,many students like hamburgers,chicken or hot dogs.But you dont eat too much.Listen to the doctors suggestions.Read it by yourself.(点击课件,学生自读。)Doctor: Our food is very important(重要的).It makes us strong and healthy(健康).We need(需要) apples,oranges and carrots(胡萝卜). They give (给) usvitamins(维他命).We need fish,chichen and noodles.They give us starch().Some of us enjoy sweet(甜的) food,but we do not need too much of it.T:OK.Can you tell me is hot dog bad or good for our healthy? Discuss it with your partner.
