论文摘要 语言学与失语症之间存在着密切关系 一方面 语言学为失语症研究提供理 论支持 为失语症患者言语障碍的描述 分析提供术语和理论框架 同时对失语 症患者言语功能的康复起指导性的作用 另一方面 失语症也为语言学部分理论 的验证和将理论研究推向更深处提供了独特且丰富的语料和研究的领域 廊人已对失语症作了相当多韵研究 比如有研究者从语用学 心理语言学对 失语症患者的语言作了研究 也有研究者从社会语言学的视角进行过研究 然而 在社会语言学中 从社会因素的视角针对失语症患者的言语康复这一课题 前人 的研究尚有待进一步深入 诲文以前人的研究为基础 意在从一个薪的角度研究 失语症 即社会语言学中的社会因素的视角 对于经医学治疗盾的失语症患者 本 文所研究的失语症患者的言语均是指经医学治疗后的失语症患者的言语 下文不 再重复说明 的言语进行研究 加之 在中国肚类研究较少 因丽作者拟进行尝 试性的 实证性的研究 努力探索出一点新的启示 为失语症和语言学的研究服 务 本文提出了如下假设 首先 社会因素对失语疰患者的言语康复具有一定的 b 影响作用 其次 本文研究所得出的结论也许能为相关人员 比如言语治疗师制 定失语症患者的言语康复的训练计划提供一定的理论参考 再次 本文研究所得 出的结论有望为语言学研究的进 步横向发展提供更多的语料收集资源 钵论文基于实际调查 笔者在近一年的时间里 2 0 0 3 年 走访了苏州大学附 属第二医院 访谈了经医学治疗后的二十七例失语症患者 其中二十名患者 笔 者瞥数次访谈 采用实地录音的方式 牧集了第一手的失语症患者的语料 并且 认真整理了所收集到的原始语料 在收集语料的过程中 不断恩考总结 调熬问 卷 之后经分析 统计 并且结合理论 得出了尝试性的结论 首章介绍了本研究的重要性和必要性 同时针对本研究提出了几个假设 以 及对本文研究的主耍内容和理论框架作了简单介绍 第二章为文献综述 分别从 临床和语言学两方面总结了前人对失语症的研究 雅床着重予癀理方面对失语症 的研究和诊治 而语言学方面 前人主要从心理语言学 语用学以及关联理论等 方面对失语症患者的语言进行了研究 得出的结论表明 失语症研究与语言学研 究密切相关 互相促进 第三章是对整个实地调研过程语料收集整理相关信息的 概述 f 对近一年 2 0 0 3 年 在医院对失语症患者访谈录音所使用的问卷主要依 据北京医科大学第一临床医学院神经病学研究室的失语症检查记录中与语言部 分密切相关的问题 简言之 本研究实际采用的失语症检查表主要由五个部分组 成 即 谈话 理解 复述 命名以及叙述 供中的叙述部分是笔者为更全面 客观地了解并研究失语症患者的语言而尝试性列入的 并从收集整理后的失语症 患者的语料中抽取两个样本 布罗卡失语症和传导性失语症患者的语料各举 一例说明语料的整理和表述 以便于对失语症患者的语言接触不多 但对此有兴 趣的研究人员有个初步的和直观的了解 第四章对语料进行了数据统计和说明 一4 并根据语料分析的结果总结了社会因素 职业 教育程度 性别 年龄等在汉语 失语症患者言语康复中的具体作用 体研究发现 失语患者的职业对其失语后畜 语表现呈现多维相关的态势 其教育程度与失语后的言语康复呈现正相关的关 系 女性失语患者的语言的康复不同于男性患者 年轻患者比年长患者语言康复 较为迅速2 最后一章是对全文内容的简要总结与归纳 简述了本研究的主要发现 v 把社会因素列入运用于失语症患者的言语康复研究中 对于其言语功能的康复是 会起到一定的积极作用的 同时 本研究为言语康复师制定失语症患者的言语康 复训练计划提供了一定的理论参考 如果将本研究迸一步向前推进 将有可能缩
