The blank of “Signature or official seal of principle” shall be filled and stamped according to the following requirements: a. For establishment registration of domestic-funded enterprise, all the shareholders (investors, partners) shall sign or stamp with the official seal in the blank, among those the natural person shareholders (natural person investors, partners) shall sign by themselves; the legal person shareholders (legal person investors) shall stamp with the official seal of the unit; and the members of board of directors of joint stock limited company shall sign in the blank. b. For establishment registration of foreign investment enterprises, the blank shall be filled according to the following requirements: For establishment registration of Sino-foreign joint venture or contractual venture, the Chinese investor shall stamp with the official seal of the unit, the foreign legal person investor shall sign by its legal representative, and the natural person investor shall sign by himself/herself. For establishment registration of wholly foreign owned enterprise, the natural person investor shall sign by himself/herself, and the legal person investor shall sign by its legal representative. c.
