unit 4 wheres my schoolbag教案section a (period 1)teaching aim: 1. knowledge aims: let the class study new words: where ,table, bed ,bookcase ,sofa ,chair ,in, on, under. let the class can master the structurewheres?its in /on/ underwhere arethey are let the class can tell the difference between on the tree and in the tree.2.ability aim : let the class can talk about where the things are.3. emotional aim: keep the room clean and tidy.teaching main and difficult points: let the class master the structures. wheres? its wherere ? theyreteaching aids: some real objects. a recorder. some cards.teaching methods: task-based teaching method. situation teaching method. work-in pairs teaching method.teaching step1: greet and introduce (3mins) say hi good morning . how are you? nice to meet you to the class teach ss sing tittle tigers.step 2: review and lead- in (2mins) (before the lesson hide the english book)ask students questionswhats this? what are these?is this a ? are these /those? ask students is this your book?(before the class, hide teachers book) oh ,book where is my english book? look for it in the classroom . at last find it.step3: presentation. (8min)show the title of this unit to the class. ask them to tell its meaning. where is my schoolbag? its. teach new words by cards. let the class write the words in a piece of paper.step4: let the class turn to page 19. let them finish 1a in tow minutes. then check the answers and practice the word.(4 min)step5: teach new structure (10min) where is= wheres -its first let the class look at the picture. whats this ? its a schoolbag. wheres my schoolbag? its on the sofa. hide something and ask the class. wheres my book? its in /on /under the desk. make more example. then let the class summary the structure. show two oranges to the class to teach. wherere my oranges? theyre in the box./on the box/under the box. make other examples for the class.step 6: practice let the class practice in/ on/ under with their books and hands. (10mins) listen to the tape (the books are closed)try to finish the chart let volunteers to finish it and listen to the tape. finish 1b. let the class make dialogues with things in 1a. let ss act out in pairs let the class make other dialogues act them out.step7: game play 1 min.step8: summary (explain the sentences) the bird is in the tree. the oranges are on the tree. let students do some exercise work.step9: if the time is enough. finish
