With the domestic and international projects related to environmental protection as the market, supported by high and new technologies, the company is mainly engaged as the prime contractor in such fields of environmental protection for power industry as: Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) and denitrification (DeNOx) in coal-fired power plants; Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB); treatment of flue gas, dust, bottom ash and sewage, etc. It has also actively introduced, developed and applied high and new technologies and products related to above-mentioned fields with the ultimate goal of gradually building DETE into a company boasting core competitiveness in independent intellectual property rights of high and new technologies and products. DETE is a member in China Association of Environmental Protection Industry.烟气脱硫工程FGD Engineering 在电力能源的构成中,燃煤电厂占有很大的比例,而燃煤电厂在将一次能源转化为二次能源电力的过程中,会产生对环境的污染,其中烟气中的SO2是大气污染的主要因素之一。 为实现我国国民经济的可持续发展战略,改善我国大气环境质量,国家不断加大对燃煤电厂SO2排放的治理力度。大唐环境在与多家国外公司进行洽谈和技术交流后,经过缜密分析、专家论证,2004年与奥地利能源环境公司签定了烟气湿法脱硫技术的引进协议,实现系统设计、方案选择、设备采购、安装调试、运行培训的能力。Coal-fired power plants take a large proportion in the electric energy structure. However, they cause environmental pollution problems during the process of energy conversion, in which SO2 in flue gas is a main element leading to air pollution.In order to realize the strategy of sustainable development for national economy, improve countrys air quality and control the SO2 emission discharged from coal-fired power plants, based on meticulous analysis and expert evaluation, DETE sealed FGD license agreement with Austrian Energy & Environment AG(AE&E) in 2004 after negotiation and technical exchanges with many international companies. The introduction of the technology equips the company with the capabilities of process design, plan selection, equipment procurement, erection, commissioning, operation and personnel training. 湿法脱硫技术与特点:常规湿法脱硫技术指的是,反应剂在浆液状态下进行脱硫和脱硫产物的处理。湿法脱硫的主要设备包括喷淋塔和液柱塔脱硫系统,它具有以下特点:SO2脱除效率大于95%;石灰石反应剂的利用率可达97%以上;能耗低于全厂发电量的1.2%;单台脱硫塔容量可过600MW或以上;脱硫装置可靠性可达99%;多台锅炉可以共用一台脱硫塔。Wet FGD technology and its features:For a general wet FGD technology, the reaction agent is deep in both the desulphurization process and the process for treatment on outcomes under a slurry status. The wet FGD technology mainly consists of a spraying tower system and a liquid column desulphurization tower system. This technology has following features: The desulphurization efficiency on SO2 is more than 95%; The utility of the limestone reaction agent is over 97%; The power consumption is lower than 1.2% of the whole plants power output; The capacity of a single desulphurization tower reaches 600MW or more; The desulphurization dependability reaches 99%; Many boilers can use one desulphurization tower altogether.干法脱硫技术:干法脱硫技术是指以石灰为脱硫吸收剂,采用喷雾形式进行脱硫的工艺。 在吸收塔内,被消化并加水制成的石灰乳剂被雾化成细小液滴,与烟气混合接触,使烟气中的SO2发生化学反应成CaSO3, 烟气中的SO2被脱除。 干法脱硫工艺具有技术成熟、工艺流程较为简单、系统可靠性高等特点,脱硫率可达到85%。该工艺在国外有一定应用范围。Dry FGD technology:For a dry FGD technology, lime is used as the absorbing reagent and mist spraying is applied in the FGD process.In the absorber, the absorbed lime with added water is sprayed in fine drops and mixed with flue gas, in which SO2 is conversed to CaSO3 and SO2 removal is realized.The dry FGD technology boasts features of mature technology, simple process and high reliability with the desulphurization efficiency of 85%. The technology is applied in some projects abroad.半干法脱硫技术:半干法脱硫技术兼有干法和湿法技术的一些特点,是脱硫剂在干燥状态下再生(如水法活性炭再生流程)或者在湿状态下处理脱硫产物(如喷雾干燥法)的烟气脱硫技术。 特别是在湿状态下脱硫在干状态下处理脱硫产物的半干法,以其既有湿法脱硫反应速度快、脱硫效率高的特点,又有干法无污水废酸排出,脱硫后产物易于处理的优点。Semi-dry FGD technology:With features of both dry and wet FGD technologies, semi-dry FGD technology is a process of renewing the desulphurization reagent in dry status or dealing with desulphurization outcomes in wet status.The technology has the advantages of high reaction speed and high desulphurization efficiency featured by wet technology and convenient treatment of desulphurization outcomes without waste water and waste acid discharge boasted by dry technology.脱硝工程DeNOx Engineering 燃煤电站排放中,对大气环境影响最大的是二氧化硫和氮氧化物,在国家环保政策的要求下已将新建火电机组脱硝工程列入建设规划中。大唐环境已就脱硝产业的市场调研、技术储备、系统选型展开工作。大唐环境可根据用户的要求,提供工程所需的脱硝系统,并与国外公司合作共同承担了北京高井电厂6号机组烟气脱硝示范工程的技术洽谈,该工程的建设对于国内脱硝工程的开展有着重要意义。大唐环境在脱硝技术引进、催化剂合作生产等方面与国外公司进行了深入交流,为建立具有自己知识产权的脱硝技术和设备工艺国产化打下基础。In the flue gas discharged from coal-fired power plants, SO2 and NOx have the biggest negative impact on air environment. So the application of DeNOx technology has been included in the construction planing work for newly-built power plants according to the requirements of national environmental protection policy. DETE has started the work of market research, technical preparation and reserve as well as system selection related to DeNOx industry.DETE has the capability of providing the appropriate DeNOx system based on the requirements from clients and has been responsible for the technical negotiation with foreign companies on the DeNOx demonstration project for NO.6 unit of Gaojing power plant in Beijing. The project is of great significance for the development of DeNOx engineering in China.DETE has conducted in-depth exchanges with foreign companies in introducing the DeNOx technology and setting up the joint venture for catalyst manufacture, which has laid a solid foundation for developing its own DeNOx technology of intellectual property rights and realizing the localization of the equipment and process.空冷工程Air Cooling Engineering 火力发电厂常规使用湿式冷却塔来冷却废热,随着经济的发展和水资源的日益紧缺,水资源的价格逐年上升,直接导致发电厂成本增加,同时还带来水气污染的环境问题。为解决这些问题,大唐环境努力探索空气冷却技术在电厂中的应用,通过引进国外空气冷凝器技术,为坑口电厂、干旱和水资源贫乏地区的电厂及石化领域、城市内空间有限的电厂提供可靠、高效的空冷工程。 空气冷凝器有多种形式,由坚固的热镀锌扁平钢翅片管构成,达到均匀传热,同时具有防冻性好、外部表面易清洗的特点。Thermal power plants usually use the water cooling tower to cool down the wasted heat. However, with the economic development and increasing shortage of water resources, the price of water resources has risen year after year, which directly leads to the cost increase of power plants and brings about pollution on air and water environment.In order to solve the problems, DETE has been striving for the application of air cooling technology in power plants. Through the introduction of foreign air cooler technology, it can provide reliable and highly efficient air cooling engineering for power plants near coal mines, arid areas, places short of water resources or landification areas.The air cooler has different types and consists of strong wing-type ducts of hot galvanized flat steel, boasting the features of even distribution of heat, anti-frost and convenient cleaning of outside surface. 循环流化床Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB) 循环流化床技术是目前最成熟,并已商业化应用的洁净煤燃烧技术,在燃用劣质燃料和污染物控制方面有着独特的优势。 循环流化床锅炉有较高的燃烧效率,煤种适应性广,可燃用低热值无烟煤、劣质烟煤、炉渣、矸石、生活垃圾、工业废弃物等。 通过循环流化床低温燃烧,炉内喷钙和采用低NOx燃烧器,实现了硫化物和氮氧化物的有效脱除,从而大大降低了烟气中污染物的排放。 循环流化床燃烧系统没有煤粉炉燃烧所需的复杂制粉系统,如磨煤机、排粉风机、粗、细粒分离器等,也没有链条炉所需炉排入传送装置,燃烧系统流程简单,运行人员操作的辅机设备少,控制简单,被广泛应用于电力、化工和煤炭等行业。 由于流化床较高的燃烧效率,且具有较经济的脱硫效果,为灰渣的综合利用提供了有利条件。循环流化床的灰渣可做建材掺合料,广泛应用于水泥行业,制砖行业。 大唐环境可向不同用户提供循环流化床锅炉工程的开发、改造、技术咨询、工程设计和建设服务。CFB technology is the most mature and commercially applied power generation technology of clean coal combustion with unique advantages in burning low quality fuel and controlling pollutants.The CFB boiler has features of high combustion efficiency and wide adaptability to various coal types. It can also use different materials as fuel like hard coal with low heat value, low quality soft coal, boiler slag, debris, daily garbage and industry waste, etc.Owing to the advantages of low temperature and calcium spraying in furnace as well as low-NOx burner, CFB realizes the effective removal of SOx and NOx so as to greatly reduce pollutant emission by flue gas.The high combustion efficiency and economical desulphuriztion efficiency provide favorable conditions for the integrated usage of slag. This system uses the principle of air-solid two-phase flow and automatic cutting of pipe deposit flow, which completely solves such problems as large pipes, high flow velocity, high wear, low blowing power and pipe blockage, etc.DETE has won projects of Datang Hunchun power plant(2300MW), Xinli Zhengzhou thermal power plant(2200MW) and Datang Shimen power plant(2300MW). With the help of the software and through automatic calculation, DETE can realize opitimized calculation, check and review in different loads so as to improve the systems economical and reliable quality. This software is also applicable in low pressure internal by-pass dense-phase conveying system with following features:1. System design. To calculate the system arrangement in designed capacity: pipe diameter, diameter changing point, gas/ash ratio, distribution of pressure, temperature and velocity, and power consumption, etc.2. System optimization. To get the optimal economical operation condition and relevant system arrangement, and air conveying rate, etc.3. Check and calculation in non-design condition. Under the same system arrangement (pipe diameter, diameter-changing point, etc.), different external conditions,( such as air conveying rate, ash temperature, wind velocity, environment temperature, etc.), to check the conveying condition, gas/ash ratio, distribution of pressure, temperature and flow velocity .除渣工程Bottom Ash Extraction Engineering干式排渣机干式排渣机是一种新型的环保产品,该产品是大唐环境技术人员根据电力行业对环保和节水的要求,结合水泥行业蓖式冷却机的优点和外国风冷技术的先进经验自行开发,研制而成的一种新型排渣锅炉设备,它可以完全替代传统的水力捞渣机。已获得实用新型专利证书。Dry bottom ash extraction systemDry bottom ash extraction system,which combines the advantages of Strainer cooler in the cement industry and the advanced experience of foreign wind-cooling technologies,is a new kind of dry bottom ash extraction equipment developed by DETE itself responding to the requirements by power industry on environmental protection and water conservation. This new equipment can completely replace the traditional hydraulic bottom ash extraction equipment and has obtained the patent.干式排渣机工作原理自然风在煤粉炉炉膛负压作用下(循环硫化床利用锅炉二次风机的压力风),与底渣向外输送逆向从干式排渣机外部壳体进风口进入干式排渣机内,将高温的炉底渣在干式排渣机内冷却成可以直接贮存和运输的干渣。冷却渣产生的热风直接进入锅炉炉膛,将渣从炉膛带走的热量再带回炉膛中,从而减少了锅炉的热量损失,提高了锅炉的效率。The principle of dry bottom ash extraction systemNatural wind under the effect of negative pressure in the furnace is brought into the bottom ash extraction system with bottom ash brought outside, which cools down the hot bottom ash to dry one that can be directly stored and transported. Hot wind created by cooling down bottom ash goes directly into the furnace and repays the heat brought outside furnace by bottom ash so as to reduce the heat loss of boiler and increase its efficiency.干式排渣的优点:冷却风和渣直接接触,渣中未完全燃烧的碳在干式排渣机中再燃烧,燃烧后的热量和热渣中所含的热量由冷却风带入炉膛,减少了锅炉的热量损失,提高了锅炉的效率。干式排渣系统用自然风代替水冷却热渣,节约了大量水能源。干式排渣系统无废水排放,无须废水处理系统,有利于环境保护。干式排渣系统排出的渣可直接贮存和运输,不需要设置灰渣厂,节省了大面积的土地投资。干式排渣系统排出的渣为干渣,干渣中的氧化钙等物质未被破坏,可直接用作建筑材料,干渣能直接综合利用。干式排渣系统组成简单,设备少,布置方便,节约大量空间。干式排渣系统运行速度低,磨损小,使用
