Module 6 Save our world.Teaching design 王芳教材内容分析 本模块以杜绝浪费,保护环境,拯救地球为话题,让学生在了解地球危机重重的基础上,通过活动,考虑我们学生应怎样从生活细节中采取措施来保护环境,保护地球,进而培养学生的忧患意识和主人翁意识。讨论话题源于周围环境,贴近生活,便于开展活动。教学中应结合学生实际情况,灵活调整教学内容,合理设置课时。适当进行拓展,以丰富学生知识,拓展学生视野,进行理想、人生责任的教育。 学情分析 通过两年的学习,学生已能用英语熟练地表达自己的看法和意见。本模块的话题是环境、资源,这是学生很熟悉也较感兴趣的话题, 但同时对学生的知识储备要求较高。首先要求学生通过多种途径了解地球环境、资源的现状。其次在教师预设的任务中,要使学生有话可说,但是这个话题涉及较多的知识,学生掌握的难度较大, 如果材料处理不当,会导致学生有话想说,却无法用英语表达的尴尬场面。因此在具体安排教学内容时,可由简到难,适当降低难度与要求,让学生更好地运用课本知识,达到提高综合运用语言能力的目的。 教学目标:一)知识与能力:FunctionTalking about the environmentStructureWord-building (2): suffixes and prefixesListening/Speaking Matching words with photographs Discussing environmental problems Reading/Writing Predicting what a passage will include Making suggestions and giving reasons using because, so and so thatAround the worldEnvironmental groupsTaskDiscussing what you can do about pollutionTaskPlanning a guide to a museum二)过程与方法:Individual, pair and group work to make every student active in class.三)情感,态度与价值观: Help the students learn how to communicate with others, and let the students realize the responsibility of protecting the environment.
