教学设计8A Unit 4 Period 5 Integrated skills教学目标知识目标:掌握本课时有关 “DIY” 的四会词汇和重点句型。能力目标:通过听录音获取相关信息,学会用所学英语描述DIY的经过,训练学生综合运用英语的能力。情感目标:通过本课的学习,激发学生对DIY的兴趣和积极生活的热情。学情分析Unit 4 是教材新增加的一个单元,是绕围 “DIY”话题开展的。“DIY” 是英语 do-it-yourself的缩写,意为“自己动手做”。这是一个与我们生活息息相关而且时代感很强的话题。八年级学生正处于渴望独立时期,但由于似懂非懂往往美好的愿望,悲催的结果。DIY为他们自己动手提供了学习的机会,所以他们会跃跃欲试,够积极参与课堂活动。前面四课时已经教学了有关房子的组装和装修、手工制作等英语表达法, Integrated skills是关于水果沙拉、三明治等DIY食物的材料准备、制作过程和小窍门的学习,所以学生会更有兴趣。多媒体呈现实物画面,学生可以在直观中听、趣味中说,提高了听说的训练效率。重点难点能够理解所听内容并运用所学词汇描述DIY的经过,训练学生综合运用英语的能力。教学材料 课件、对话材料和测试材料。教学过程Activity one LeadingStep 1 Free talk. What did you have for breakfast today? Do you often cook at home? What do you often cook? I seldom eat outside. I like to cook at home. Do you know what I cooked for myself this morning? Step 2. 呈现一种DIY食物的制作程序,让学生通过阅读、理解和小组讨论猜出食物。 Can you guess what food I often make for my daughter in summer?(设计意图:Free talk让学生在轻松的氛围中开始本节课的教学,激发学生的兴趣。利用猜谜吸引学生主动参与,积极思索,营造求知欲望。)Activity two How to make a fruit saladStep 1 呈现1. 呈现沙拉图片:Look at the picture. This is my daughters favourite food. What is it? Yes, its a fruit salad. 板书salad并领读。 Salad is healthy. Can you make a salad ?2. What do we need when making a salad? 鼓励学生抢答。3. 呈现水果:First, we need some fruit. 板书并带读生词grape, strawberry。4. Then some tools.呈现工具,板书并带读生词spoon。5.Next, some other materials. 呈现其它材料,板书并带读salad, cream, sauce, ham。(设计理念:多媒体图片比实物更方便,加强了直观记忆。)Step 2 听力1. Look at the pictures in Part A 1. Can you name the things in the pictures? 2. Amy and Suzy are making a fruit salad. Theyre talking about what they need. Listen to their conversation and tick the things they need. 播放录音。3. What things do they need? 请一位学生回答,集体核对答案。4. Can we use watermelons to make a fruit salad? Why or why not?Lets listen again, pay attention to the details. 播放录音。(设计理念:通过提问,提醒学生这一遍要关注对话细节,让已经完成打钩任务的同学也有任务,而不会漫不经心。)Step 3 操练1. Read Amys notes of how to make a fruit salad. Put her notes in the correct order. Write the numbers1-4 in the boxes.2. Check in groups.3Retell the order, pay attention to the adverbs for time. 板书mix, add 并带读。(设计理念:直接进行排序,迫使学生主动朗读内容并思考出合理的顺序,并注意表示顺序的副词。)Step 4 听力1. How to make a fruit salad? First, the things.Then the steps? How to make it look beautiful and taste delicious? Do you want my tips? 板书tip并带读。2. Read the tips. 板书leave, for example并带读。3. Now listen to Suzy giving Amy some tips for making a fruit salad. Help Amy complete her notes with the correct words. Read the tips before listening.4. Listen again and check.5. Read and try to retell the tips.(设计理念:教师边讲边显示出屏幕上的相关图片,通过图片来进行语言点的教学和运用操练,学生可以在适当的语境中更快捷地掌握这些词和句。)Activity three Speak up Step 1 呈现1. Well done! Today is Sunday. Sandy and her mother are cleaning the house all the morning. Its 11 now. Sandy is very tired and hungry. So she asks her mother what they will eat for lunch.Listen to them and find out what Sandy and her mum will eat for lunch. 播放录音。2. What things do they need?3. 讨论:How do we make a sandwich? What other DIY food do you know?Can you name the DIY food?What would you like to do by yourself?Step 2编对话并进行表演(Look at the paper.)1.根据描述猜猜是什么美味。What is it?A . First, crack (krk敲开) an egg into a pan(锅).Then, cook for 3 minutes.Next, take it out and put it on the plate.At last, add some sauce before eating.B. First, pour pr(倒) some flourflar pastepest (面糊) into the pan and cook for some time.Then, crack an egg onto it.Next, put a sausage(ssd香肠) and some vegetables on it.At last, add some different sauces on it and roll it up(卷起来).C. prepare noodles, sauce and waterheat(加热)the waterput into the hot water and cook for some timetake out and put into a bowladd and mix2.
