第二课时Section A (3a3c)【学习目标】1教会学生用目标语言谈论各国风俗、礼仪以及应该做什么,不应该做什么。2指导学生能通过开展小组学习活动,培养协作意识;通过学习,了解不同国家的文化知识,从而学会尊重不同的文化,养成良好的行为习惯。【学习重点】重点单词:relaxed,value,capital,noon,mad【学习难点】通过交流表达和阅读训练,进一步运用be supposed to谈论风俗礼仪。学习提示教师对本课时要学的知识进行简单的介绍,留下悬念引起学生的学习兴趣。Task 1学习提示结合书本内容,课前自学自研,要求学生快速默读短文,熟知大意,并标出新的单词、短语和句式结构。【学法指导】value作动词,意为“重视;珍重”,常与介词as,for搭配。如:来源:学&科&网Z&X&X&KI really value her as a friend.我真的把她当我的朋友。作名词时,意为“价值”。be ofvalue to sb.意为“对某人有价值”。如:新*课标*第*一*网This book is of value to him.这本书对他来说有价值。Task 2学习提示1快速阅读(1)要求学生快速默读短文,熟知大意,并完成课本3a的任务。(2)要求学生尝试翻译短文中较难的句子。情景导入生成问题T:Different countries have different ideas about time.For example,in Switzerland,its very important to be on time.But in Colombia,people are relaxed about time.Do you want to know more about the two countries?
