摘要
喷油泵是柴油供给系中最重要的部件,它的性能和质量对柴油机影响极大,被称为柴油机的"心脏"。在柴油机工作过程中,为了保证喷油能够够持续及时的供应适量的燃油,以满足柴油机正常工作的要求,通过多方面考虑,在此设计柱塞式高压喷油泵。
本文根据某柴油机的性能参数来进行喷油泵的结构设计,主要设计内容有:根据实际情况对喷油泵形式进行选择,可以选出本次设计喷油柱塞直径及压缩行程;根据供油需求,选择合适的出油阀,拟定出油阀弹簧安装高度及中径,配以合适的油阀开启弹簧;而又要保证柱塞克服惯性力,摩擦力及负压的影响,给柱塞配以合适回正弹簧,拟定拟定回正弹簧的安装高度及中径,并进行稳定性及强度校核;在回正弹簧确定之后,就可大致得出柱塞的长度,通过画装配图,再详细设计出柱塞的实际长度;在喷油泵设计中,还应根据上面的计算选择符合标准的的类型以及相应尺寸。
最后根据各个零件的尺寸进行喷油泵的总体设计,并对各零件的配合、公差以及安装将间隙进行考虑。

In diesel engine work process, to guarantee that the blow can suffice to continue the prompt supply right amount fuel oil, satisfies the diesel engine normal work the request, through various considerations, in this design plunger type high pressure injection pump. this article according to some diesel engine the performance parameter to carry on injection pump's structural design, mainly designs the content to include: Carries on the choice according to the actual situation to the injection pump form, may select this design blow plunger diameter and the compression stroke; According to the feed demand, chooses the appropriate delivery valve, draws up the delivery valve spring mounting height and the pitch diameter, matches by the appropriate oil valve opening spring; And must guarantee that the plunger overcomes the force of inertia, the friction force and the negative pressure influence, matches to the plunger by returns to the spring appropriately, draws up the spring's mounting height and the pitch diameter, and carries on the stability and the intensity examination; After returning to the spring determination, may obtain plunger's length approximately, through picture assembly drawing, again detailed design plunger's virtual length; In injection pump design, but should also act according to the above computation choice meet standards type as well as corresponding size. acts according to each components the size to carry on injection pump's system design finally, and to various components' coordination, the common difference as well as the installment carries on the gap the consideration.
