Unit 4 A good readPeriod5 Integrated skills 启东市合作初级中学 杨燕Teaching Aims:1.Learn to get useful information from the listening materials.2.Learn something about J.K.Rowling and Harry Potter series.3.Learn how to borrow books from the library学情分析:本课是8下Unit4 Integrated skills 版块,此版块主要培养学生的“听”和“说”的技能,使学生能在图书馆正确使用英语,并最终会用英语向别人推荐一本好书。不少学生听力时虽然能听到关键信息的音但是写不出正确的形式,对兼顾上下全文和语法及词汇等的综合运用能力依然比较薄弱。本课的容量很大,4部分均有听力任务,应尽量化难为易,小台阶,低起步。呈现Daniel在图书馆借阅有关历史书的对话,重点带着同学们操练图书馆里借书用语,最后完成自己创编对话的任务。重难点:学会识别阅读和听力材料中呈现的关键信息并做笔记。理解上下文并从中提取相关信息,提高自我评价能力以及谈论自己的进步、行为和个性等方面的能力Teaching procedure:Step 1 Words & phrases reviewn. 一系列;系列节目n. 出版社vt. & vi. 拒绝,回绝vt. 出版到目前为止n. 成功vt. & vi. 翻译n. 复销售量n. 一本(份,册);副本adj. 加拿大(人)的每次,依次adv. 在线,联网Step2 Free talk1.
