带式传动机输送装置
摘要 本次设计为毕业设计。此课题研究的目的是让我们对所学过的减速器知识做一次系统的总结与回顾,巩固与扩充“机械设计基础”等课程所学的内容,掌握冷减速器设计的方法和步骤。同时按照我们自己的设计思路与方法综合运用本专业所学课程的理论和生产实际知识,完整的进行一次减速器设计工作的实际训练,进而独立完成一整套减速器的设计。该设计由指导老师指导,一步一步按照要求,原则最终完成设计任务。该设计的结果是有一套完整的减速器装配图。此装配图由三视图构成,可以将该减速器的工作状态表现出来,该毕业设计的难度一般,但在设计的过程中计算,计算较烦琐,要求的准确度也高。这次毕业设计贯通了专业知识,同时也提高了我们思考能力,以及动手查阅资料和手册、进一步巩固与熟悉标准和规范,并利用资料和手册的能力。本次设计,让我们收获很大,为我们以后的实际工作做好了铺垫,并积累了相当的经验。关键词: 总体设计 V带 齿轮 轴 箱体附件 箱体密封
