第四届全国高职高专英语写作大赛（重庆赛区选拔赛）实施方案为认真贯彻教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委员会关于在2013年上半年举办第四届“全国高职高专英语写作大赛”的决定，切实做好我市各高职高专院校组织学生参加第四届全国高职高专英语写作大赛的院校选拔赛及本市的赛区选拔赛工作，现拟定重庆赛区选拔赛的实施方案如下：一、大赛名称 第四届全国高职高专英语写作大赛（重庆赛区选拔赛） 二、大赛目的 促进重庆市高职院校重视对学生英语写作能力的培养，并进一步关注学生英语应用能力的整体提高，从而推动重庆市高职英语教学的总体发展；以大赛为平台，加强重庆市高职院校间外语教学的交流，展示各高职院校英语教学水平和改革成果。通过比赛，评选出重庆赛区的优秀选手，以参加第四届全国高职高专英语写作大赛总决赛。三、组织机构 1. 主办单位：教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委员会重庆市高等教育学会高职高专外语教学专业委员会2. 承办单位：重庆工商职业学院 四、参赛对象和指导教师 比赛分公共英语组和英语专业组两个组别，参赛对象为重庆市高职院校所有年级学生及本科院校所有年级高职学生。参赛名额：每个学校推荐1名英语专业、12名非英语专业学生（无英语专业学校只推荐非英语专业学生）。已在往届全国高职高专英语写作大赛中获省级以上奖项的学生不得再报名参赛。每位参赛选手最多指定一名指导教师，报名之后不得更改。五、比赛程序 1院校选拔赛由各参赛院校自行组织命题、比赛以及评卷，根据比赛结果，选出本校相应组别最优秀的英语专业组选手1名和公共英语组选手最多2名，报名参加重庆赛区选拔赛。各参赛院校请登录大赛官方网站，以学校名称进行实名注册，填写参加赛区选拔赛的选手和指导教师信息，在2013年4月5日（星期五）前，在网上打印第四届全国高职高专英语写作大赛参赛学校报名表，加盖学校公章（学校或教务处）后,寄往全国高职高专英语写作大赛组委会秘书处(信封左下角注明“第四届全国高职高专英语写作大赛”字样)，逾期不再接受报名。同时，请将参赛名单发至重庆工商职业学院 高媛老师电子邮箱：。（全国高职高专英语写作大赛组委会秘书处地址：广东省深圳市南山区深圳职业技术学院西校区行政楼三楼应用外国语学院 518055联系人：黄可仪）。大赛组委会秘书处对报名表进行审核后，确认报名成功，各参赛院校可通过大赛官网查询报名情况。2.重庆赛区选拔赛重庆赛区选拔赛按照全国统一安排，将于2013年 4月27日（星期六）在重庆工商职业学院（二郎校区）举行。选拔赛由全国高职高专英语写作大赛组织委员会统一命题，由重庆赛区分委员组织专家统一评审，从中评选出优秀选手（具体名额分配以全国组委会下达的通知为准）参加全国总决赛。重庆赛区选拔赛将秉着公正、公平和公开原则进行组织，并接受全国组委会的监督。为了确保比赛的权威性和公正性，重庆赛区选拔赛将按照评分标准集中评卷，成绩在一周内评出，将在2013年5月12日（星期日）前，将获奖选手名单和参加全国总决赛的选手名单上报全国大赛组委会，并在大赛官网上进行公示。六、赛区选拔赛和全国总决赛命题原则和题型1. 命题原则：依据目前高职英语教育的相关文件，充分反映高职英语教育的发展趋势。赛题体现高职特色，突出应用能力，内容既贴近当代大学生的学习和生活，又反映未来工作岗位对英语写作能力的要求和个人职业发展的需求。2. 比赛时间：120分钟。3. 比赛题型 赛区选拔赛题目包括两部分（如下所示，样题见附件1），决赛将在现有两个题型的基础上各增加一个自由发挥的题目，并对字数提出更高要求：公共英语组的总字数不少于650词，英语专业组的总字数不少于800词（全国总决赛具体题型将在赛区选拔赛后公布）。（1）公共英语组题型体裁字数分值题量命题作文应用文（便条、邀请函及回函、通知、简短私人和业务信函、简短传真和电子邮件、简短广告、简短产品与厂家介绍、简短产品使用说明等）不少于100词40%1看图画或图表作文，根据关键词、段首句、规定情景、提纲或围绕某一主题等作文不限不少于350词60%1奖项设置1、选手奖1）公共英语组：特等奖（即参加全国总决赛选手，名额待全国大赛组委会分配）；一、二、三等奖（分别为参加重庆市赛区选拔赛选手人数的10%、25%、40%）。2）英语专业组：特等奖（即参加全国总决赛选手，名额待全国大赛组委会分配）；一、二、三等奖（分别为参加重庆市赛区选拔赛选手人数的10%、25%、40%）。重庆赛区选拔赛的获奖选作业：Part I (40 points)Directions: Write a MEMO based on the following information.
