四艉轴艉管校中及其固定 ALIGNMENT AND FIXING OF STERN TUBE4.1 艉管就位 POSITIONING OF STERN TUBE4.1-1: 艉管就位条件 PREPARATION OF STERN TUBE POSITIONINGA. 艉管中心线的找正 DECIDING OF STERN TUBE CENTERLINEA.1 将艉管布置于车间平台上保持水平; PLACE STERN TUBE HORIZONTAL ON PLATFORM IN WORKSHOP A.2 根据艉管前后655孔中心线在艉管前后端面上在水平方向及垂直方向上划出水平线和垂直线并打好洋冲眼, 那么前后艉管端面的十字线的交点的连线即为艉管外圆的理论中心线. 完工成后需交船东船检认可. DRAW A HORIZONTAL LINE AND A VERTICAL LINE ACCORDING TO THE CENTERLINE OF 655 HOLE AT STERN TUBE FORE AND AFT. END, AND MAKE A MARK, SO THE LINE BETWEEN THE TWO INTERSECTION POINTS STATED ABOVE IS THE THEORY CENTERLINE OF S/T OUTER CIRCLE, AND SHOULD BE APPROVED BY SHIPOWNER AND SURVEYER.B. 在本工艺进行的过程中,船上应停止冲击和有振动的工作.WHEN THIS STEP IS BEING DONE, ANY IMPACTING WORK OR VIBRATION JOB SHOULD BE STOPPED. 4.2 艉管就位 POSITIONING OF STERN TUBEA. 按“浇注环氧总装图”将八只艉管调整螺栓(图6)预先布置到相应位置处, 螺栓头部应不伸入支撑套内部以免影响艉管放入;PREPLACE 8 PCS JACKING SCREWS (DRAWING 6) AT THE CORRESPONDING POSITION ACCORDING TO “POURING EPOXY ASSEMBLY” DRAWING.B. 按“环氧浇注总装图”焊好前后艉管支撑套上的四个透气管及二个注入管.注入管及透气管均采用27X2.5无缝钢管.钢管上应无任何油漆,油污等; WELD THE 4 PCS AIR VENT PIPES AND 2 PCS FILLING PIPES ON THE FWD AND AFT STERN OUTER BOSSES ACCORDING TO THE “POURING EPOXY ASSEMBLY”. THE FILL AND VENT PIPES IS SEAMLESS STEEL PIPE OF 27X2.5, WITHOUT ANY PAINT AND OIL ETC.C. 为防止艉管塞入支撑套后发生轴向位移,需按附图9制作一根法兰面压板, 并根据图9中所示位置焊好固定螺栓M24;MAKE 1 PC STOPPING PLATE BY CHANNEL STEEL FOR PREVENTING THE MOVEMENT ALONG THE SHAFT LINE AFTER PUSHING THE STERN TUBE INTO THE STERN FRAME BOSS, SEE DRAWING 9, AND WELD THE FIXING SCREW M24 AS DRAWING 9. D. 根据“浇注环氧总装图”安装密封板(图5);INSTALL SEALING PLATE (DRAWING 5) ACCORDING TO THE “POURING EPOXY ASSEMBLY” .E. 准备至少六只工作载荷为4.5吨的手拉葫芦.PREPARE AT LEAST 6 PCS CHAIN BLOCKS WHOSE WORK LOAD IS 4.5 TON.F. 将艉管放至图7中所示位置, 艉管上下方向需按轴系布置图摆正,调节小车上下水平位置使得艉管中心线与轴理论中心线平行. PUT STERN TUBE TO THE PLACE SHOWN ON DRAWING 7, ADJUST IT ALONG VERTICAL DIRECTION AS SHAFTING ARRANGEMENT DRAWING, AND ADJUST THE TROLLEY UNTIL STERN TUBE CENTERLINE PARALLEL WITH SHAFT THEORY CENTERLINE.G. 将提升杆装至艉管的艏端,提升杆和艉管接触部份均需用铜皮衬垫以防划伤艉管内表面并用铜螺栓紧固好(图8). 检查艉管清洁度. 艉管前后支撑套内表面及艉管外表面等与环氧树脂接触处(含浇注孔,透气孔内表面)均需清除铁锈,油污,毛刺,焊渣,油漆和灰尘等.提交维信服务工程师检查清洁并满足要求;8INSTALL LIFTING ROD TO THE FWD STERN TUBE, ADD BRASS PAD AT CONTACT PART BETWEEN LIFTING ROD AND STERN TUBE PREVENTING FROM SCUFFING THE INNER SURFACE OF STERN TUBE AND FIX WITH BRASS SCREW (DRAWING 8).CHECK CLEANNESS OF STERN TUBE. CLEAN THE STERN OUTER BOSS AND STERN TUBE SURFACES WHERE IT WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH EPOCAST 36, REMOVE ALL GREASE, OIL, MILL SCALE, RUST AND PAINT. DELIVER TO WILLTRUST SERVICE ENGINEER.H. 将小车向艏移动,当到达图8中所示位置时,利用手拉葫芦将艉管拉起,将小车降低, 仔细清洗艉管与垫木接触处, 且重新检查艉管外表面和支撑套内表面清洁度且用丙酮清洗. 并提交维信服务工程师检查清洁并满足要求MOVE TROLLEY TOWARD FWD SIDE TO THE PLACE SHOWN ON DRAWING 8, DRAW BACK THE STERN TUBE BY CHAIN BLOCK, DROP THE TROLLEY, CAREFULLY CLEAN CONTACT PART BETWEEN S/T AND WOOD, AND RECHECK CLEANNESS OF STERN-TUBE OUTER SURFACE AND STERN OUTER BOSS INNER SURFACE AND CLEAN BY ACETONE. DELIVER TO WILLTRUST SERVICE ENGINEER.I. 利用艏艉手拉葫芦的配合将艉管移到“轴系布置图”中所示的位置.REMOVE STERN TUBE TO THE PLACE SHOWN ON “SHAFT ARRANGEMENT” BY FWD AND AFT CHAIN BLOCKS.J. 拧入艏艉处的调节螺栓将艉管支起, 撤去起吊艉管所有辅助工具.HOLD UP STERN TUBE BY FWD AND AFT ADJUSTING BOLTS, AND REMOVE ALL AUXILIARY TOOLS OF LIFTING STERN-TUBE.4.3 艉管校中 STERN-TUBE ALIGNMENTA. 在艉管艏艉655圆孔处各装一只光靶,调节光靶使得其中心与艉管655圆心重合,那么此时艏艉塞芯中心的连线即代表艉管的中心线.INSTALL SEPARATELY ONE TARGET AT FWD AND AFT 655 HOLE, ADJUST OPTICAL TARGET TO MAKE THE CENTER COINCIDE WITH655 CENTER, THEN THE LINE BETWEEN FWD AND AFT PLUG CENTER IS STERN TUBE CENTERLINE.B. 调节艉管调整螺栓,使得艏艉光靶中心与经纬仪光点重合,则表明艉管中心线即为艉轴的轴中心线.完工后需提船东船检认可.ADJUST ADJUSTING BOLTS TO MAKE THE FWD AND AFT OPTICAL TARGET CENTER COINCIDE WITH THE BEAM PROJECTED BY THEODOLITE. DELIVER TO SHIPOWNER AND SURVEYER AFTER FINISH.C. 同时需检查艉管内壁与外支撑套内壁之间的间距,平均值应在20MM-25MM之间,最小不得小于3MM,低于3MM需请示维信公司以索取其它方案.AT THE SAME TIME CHECK THE GAP BETWEEN THE STEAN-TUBE OUTER WALL AND THE STERN OUTER BOSS, THE AVERAGE GAP SHOULD BE 20-25MM AND THE MINIMUN GAP IS AT LEAST 3 mm (BELOW 3mm PLEASE REFER TO WILLTRUST FOR FURTHER ADVISE).五. 艉管环氧树脂的浇注 EPOCAST 36 POURING5.1 准备工作 PREPARATION5.1-1 380/50HZ三相电源,用于驱动浇注泵;380V / 50HZ / 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY FOR EPOCAST 36 FILLING PUMP.5.1-2 220/50HZ一相电源,用于驱动搅拌电钻;220V / 50HZ / 1 PHASE ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY FOR THE ELECTRIC MIXING DRILL.5.1-3 宽60MM, 壁厚为1.5-1.75MM的白铁皮约10米;WHITE IRON: 60(W)X1.5-1.75(THICKNESS)mm, TOTAL LENGTH: ABOUT 10m.5.1-4 足够的36伏安全照明灯,并预先拉到位;SUFFICIENT 36V WORK-LIGHTS IN FORWARD AND AFT STERN-TUBE AREAS.5.1-5 10-20升丙酮,用于艉管滑油及清洗浇注泵;10-20 LITRE ACETONE FOR S/T L.O. AND CLEANNESS OF FILLING PUMP.5.1-6 6-10名(含电焊工一名)工人进行配合;6-10 MEN (INCLUDING 1 WELDER) FOR THE STERN TUBE CHOCKING WORK.5.1-7 按图8中显示制作30只木塞;30 PCS WOODEN BOLT PLUGS AS SHOWN ON DRAWING 8.5.1-8 气压表一只, 点温计二只,温度计(0-100)二只;1 PC BAROMETER, 2 PCS DIGITAL TEMPERATURE MEASURING GAUGE, 2 PCS TEMPERATURE GAUGE(0-100).5.1-9 按图9所示装上端部压板以防止艉管发生轴向位移.INSTALL STOPPING PLATE ACCORDING DRAWING 9 PREVENTING THE STERN TUBE FROM MOVING ALONG THE SHAFT LINE.5.2 当在冬天和环境温度低于13度时还需准备如下设备: IN WINTER OF AT BELOW AN AMBIENT AND / OR STEEL TEMPERATURE OF 13,THE ADDITIONAL PREPARATION WORK MUST BE CARRIED OUT IN ADVANCE AS FOLLOWS:5.2-1 电烘箱,用于加热环氧树脂;SUFFICIENT ELECTRIC HEATER FOR PREHEATING THE EPOCAST 36。5.2-2 加热风机或电加热器(如若干盏碘钨灯),用于浇注后环氧树脂的保温;SUFFICIENT ELECTRIC HOT AIR MACHINE OR HEATER TO HEAT THE STERN TUBE AREA TO AT LEAST 20 AFTER THE EPOCAST 36 PUMPING TO SHORTEN THE CURE TIME.5.2-3 足够的用于加热电源.ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY FOR THE HEATERS.5.3 检查环氧树脂浇注区域内的清洁度并用丙酮清洗,不允许有铁锈,油污,毛刺,焊渣,油漆和灰尘等存在; CHECK CLEANNESS OF EPOCAST 36 POURING AREA, AND CLEAN BY ACETONE, WITHOUT GREASE, OIL, MILL SCALE, PAINT AND RUST ETC REMAINED.5.4 利用艏密封盖(图4),密封板(图5),木棒塞(图6)和密封填料(厂家供)按环氧浇注总装图在相应处点焊或安装到位以对环氧树脂浇注区域各端面进行密封.且浇注区域内所有与外界接触处需涂以浇注密封剂如胶泥(MASTIC)或者油灰(PUTTY)等.HAVE THE FWD SEALING COVER (DRAWING 4), SEALING PLATE (DRAWING 5), WOODEN PLUG (DRAWING 6) AND SEALING STUFFING (MANUFACTURER SUPPLY) TACK WELDED AT CORRESPONDING POINT OR INSTALLED IN PLACE AS EPOCAST POURING DRAWING TO SEAL ALL END FACE OF EPOCAST POURING AREA, AND SEAL ALL CONTACT PART BETWEEN POURING AREA AND ENVIRONMENT WITH MASTIC OR PUTTY ETC.5.5 检查如下材料和相关辅肋工具是否具备: CHECK MATERIALS AND AUXILIARY TOOLS AS FOLLOWINGA. 环氧树脂EPOCAST 36;EPOXY RESIN EPOCST 36B. 2-4只最大转速不大于500RPM的搅拌电钻(船厂供)及搅拌叶片(厂家供);2-4 PCS ELECTRIC MIXING DRILL (MAXIMUM ROTATION SPEED NOT EXCEEDING 500RPM) AND MIXING BLADE (MANUFACTURER SUPPLY)C. 环氧树脂预加热器(冬天或环境温度低于13时);EPOCAST 36 REHEATER (IN WINTER OR AT BELOW AN AMBIENT TEMPERATURE OF 13)D. 浇注泵(厂家供); FILLING PUMP (MANUFACTURE SUPPLY)E. 带接头的注入管(厂家供); FILLING PIPES WITH CONNECTION (MANUFACTURE SUPPLY)F. 一般性压缩空气,清洁用.COMPRESSED AIR FOR CLEANNESS5.6 环氧树脂EPOCAST 36的预热和混合 EPOCAST 36 PREHEATING AND MIXING 为获得与船体钢板温度和艉管与支撑套之间浇注间隙值相对应的预热环氧树脂EPOCAST 36温度.请严格按照如下说明进行操作: TO OBTAIN EPOCAST 36 PREHEATING TEMPERATURE CORRESPONDING TO HULL STEEL PLATE TEMPERATURE AND POURING GAP BETWEEN STURN TUBE AND STERN FRAME BOSS, PLEASE OPERATE STRICTLY AS FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION.5.6-1 准备附页所示“环氧树脂混合温度表”若干; PREPARE SEVERAL “EPOCAST 36 MIXING and POURING GUIDE” CHARTS AS ATTACHED PAGE5.6-2 根据实际情况在纵轴线上标出艉管与外支撑套内壁之间的间隙值标出点并以此点作一根水平线; MARK THE CORRECT GAP SIZE BETWEEN STERN TUBE AND STERN FRAME BOSS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CHART AND DRAW A HORIZONTAL LINE.5.6-3 根据实船钢板温度在表格顶部水平线上标出一点并以此点作一根垂直线; MARK THE CORRECT STEEL PLATE TEMPERATURE ON THE TOP OF THE CHART AND DRAW A VERTICAL LINE.5.6-4 两线相交并将垂直线持续延伸到表格底部水平线并得一交点,该点即为与当前环境下预热环氧树脂时所需的温度; BOTH LINES CROSS EACH OTHER AND CONTINUE DRAWING YOUR VERTICAL LINE UP TO THE BOTTOM HORIZONTAL LINE, YOU NOW OBTAIN AN IMAGINARY POINT OF INTERSECTION, AND THE POINT OF INTERSECTION INDICATES THE PERFECT PREHEATING TEMPERATURE FOR EPOCAST 36 UNDER CURRENT CONDITION.5.6-5 根据上述所得温度值对环氧树脂进行混合; NOW PREHEAT THE EPOXY RESIN EPOCAST 36 UP TO THE DETERMINED TEMPERATURE AND MIX EPOXY RESIN EPOCAST 36.5.6-6 在开始对环氧树脂进行混合之前应穿好防护服(眼罩和手套); BEFORE STARTING THE MIXING PROCESS PLEASE USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (EYE SHIELD AND GLOVES).5.6-7 将所有的硬化剂加入到树脂中并用转速为300-500转/分钟的搅拌电钻进行混合2-3分钟. ADD ALL HARDENER TO THE PREHEATED CHOCKING COMPOUND AND POWER MIX AT APPROX. 300-500 RPM FOR 2-3 MIN.注意:环氧树脂混合时应避免将搅拌电钻之搅拌叶片从环氧中取出或浸入,因为这将导致空气进入. ATTENTION: DO NOT IMMERSE OR PULL OUT MIXING BLADE FROM RESIN WHEN IN OPERATION (THIS CAN CAUSE AIR ENTRAPMENT).5.7 环氧树脂之浇注 EPOCAST 36 POURING5.7.1 艉管法兰面处的环氧树脂浇注POURING OF EPOCAST 36 IN S/T FLANGE AREA采用自然重力法对艉管法兰面处进行浇注.POURING EPOCAST 36 BY THE WAY OF WEIGHT IN FLANGE AREA.5.7.2 艉管法兰面处浇注结束后约2小时左右,再采用泵入法对艏艉支撑套处从下部注入管进行浇注,当环氧树脂从透气口冒出无气泡溢出且液位恒定时,则表明环氧树脂已全部充满.(见图11) AFTER EPOCAST 36 IN FLANGE AREA CURED (ABOUT 2 HOURS), START PUMPING EPOCAST 36 IN STERN OUTER BOSS AREA THROUGH THE FILL PIPES FROM BELOW UNTIL IT OVERFLOWS AT THE AIR VENTS WITHOUT AIR AND LEVEL IS STEADY, THEN IT INDICATES EPOCAST 36 FULL. SEE DRAWING 在浇注的同时需做样块,以便完全固化后作硬度测试; MAKE THE SAMPLE FOR HARDNESS TEST SIMULTANEOUSLY.5.7.4 浇注结束后,至少需24小时(冬季及气温太低时需保温48小时以上),环氧树脂才能完全固化.具体见环氧树脂凝固时间表 CURING TIME OF EPOCAST 36 IS 24 HOURS AT LEAST (IN WINTER OR AMBIENT TEMPERATURE TOO LOW, IT NEEDS BE HEATED 48 HOURS ABOVE), PLEASE SEE THE CURING TIME OF EPOCAST 36 CHART.固化期间不得进行吊装重物、电焊、打磨、浸水等作业,并不得进行塞轴工作.ALL LIFTING, WELD, GRIND, IMMERSING WORK SHOULD BE STOPPED DURING EPOCAST 36 CURING, AND DAMMING WORK IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED.环氧树脂EPOCAST 36凝固时间表CURING TIME OF EPOCAST 36序号NO.环境温度()AMBIENT TEMP.凝固时间(小时)CURING TIME备注REMARK113不凝固NO CURING213-17约48小时ABOUT 48 HOURS318-20约36小时ABOUT 36 HOURS420约24小时ABOUT 24 HOURS55.7.5 待环氧树脂完全固化后. 需向船东、船检报验样块硬度.其值需超过巴科硬度(BARCOL)40. 即表明环氧树脂已完全固化.
