附件I 技术协议APPENDIX I Technical Agreement双方通过商榷，对*有限公司的1000x2000榨机双辊喂料器液压马达驱动系统在技术参数，供货范围，检验，安装，调试，培训，操作达成如下协议。Both parties had discussed thoroughly the technical aspects regarding the supply of hydraulic drives equipment for Guangxi Laibin Yongxin Sugar Co., Ltd 1000x2000 sugar mills pressure feeder drive, and agreed to sign this agreement as the reference for technical specification, scope of supply, inspection, installation, commissioning, training and operation of the hydraulic drives equipment.1榨机参数a). 4座1000x2000榨机。榨机由直流电机经减速器通过联轴器驱动b). 现有装机功率：700Kw; c). 实际转速：0 6.5Rpm.d). 动力电：3相 380 Volt, 50 Hz.e). 控制电压：220VACf). 冷却水温度；30g). 榨季环境温度：030h). 榨季湿度：85%Sugar mill specificationa). 4 sets of 1000x2000 sugar mills. After arrival of the equipment at sugar mill, the seller will send professional service personnel for on-site commissioning: installation piping, instruct sugar mills workers installation hydraulic motor and power unit, check, startup. And also provide training to the maintenance staff in order to have a smooth running operation.2. Sugar mill will provide local transport, meal and accommodation at commissioning site.3. Sugar mill to be responsible for the installation work and provide skilled labour, tools and equipment as required.4. The speed of pressure feeder automatic following the mills speed, and also has chute control function.5. 技术资料1. 合同签定4周，买方提供设备所需接口图纸给供货方。2. 合同签定6周，供货方提供设备所需接口初期图纸，电控初期图纸给买方。3. 液压马达与榨辊的过度轴图由双方确认，并在图纸上签字。4. 液压马达安装在榨机的哪一侧，由双方确认。Technical documents1 The buyer will supply interface drawing to the seller 4 weeks after signing contract.2 The seller will supply preliminary interface drawing, electric drawings to the buyer 6 weeks after signing contract.3 The adaptor between the roller and hydraulic motor will be approved by the buyer and the seller, and both parties shall sign on the drawing.4Hydraulic motor to be installed on which side of the mill will be approved by the buyer and the seller.6. 保修期及售后服务卖方保证所提供产品的质量保证期为设备投入生产后12个月或到货后18个月，以先到为准。在质量保证期内，由于设备本身所产生的问题，卖方负责免费解决。对买方的问题，卖方应给于协助。出现重大故障，卖方48小时赶到现场。Garantee and after sales:The guarantee period shall be 18(eighteen) months counting from the date of arrival at China Port of Contract Equipment, or 12（twelve） months counting from the date on which the goods is installed and operation, whichever is earlier will count.
