Hydraulic cylinder piston rod displacement sensor displacement feedback signal output by the A / D converted into digital signals into the computer, the PLC signals within a given comparison, and the control algorithm according to the set after the output control signal, after D / A converted to analog voltage or current signal proportional electro-hydraulic control valve spool position to control the flow of the hydraulic cylinder transmission, drive hydraulic cylinder itute a closed-loop control for precise positioning .1.2中文翻译 液压升降平台是一种多功能起重升降设备,广泛应用于工厂、码头、建筑、交通、体育馆、设备检修等高空作业及维修。现有的液压升降平台有很多种,大体可分为:四轮移动式升降平台、手推式升降平台、汽车装载式升降平台、固定式升降平台、剪叉式升降平台,四柱举升机,两柱举升机等等。近年来,随着汽车的使用量迅速增加,我国汽车业蓬勃发展,尤其是轿车行业。这使得汽车维修行业的不断壮大,汽车维修设备的需求迅速扩大,同时也要求在汽车的维修工具和设备的要求上越来越高,汽车举升机是维修厂必备的,也是最重要的维修机械设备。汽车举升机的作用是将需要维修的汽车,平稳提升到合适的高度,以便于维修工人在汽车底盘下方对汽车进行维修和检查。汽车举升机一般分为立柱式和剪叉式。无论哪一种,都要求可以满足将汽车同步升降,不可以发生侧偏,并且要求汽车底盘下方为空的,用以方便维修工人进行维修作业这就要求升降平台同步升降,平稳运行。所以维修汽车的升降平台设备一般采用液压系统进行驱动。随着维修行业的不断扩大,以及自动化水平的进一步发展,为减轻维修人员的劳动强度,使得方便维修,并且能够更好的提高汽车维修的工作效率,以及汽车维修的服务质量,所以对液压升降平台的自动化要求也在不断提高。当前为满足汽车维修所要求的同步控制,升降平台的升降系统主要是靠液压系统以及电气系统进行控制和驱动的,但目前所拥有的升降平台普遍存在着外漏、内漏、寿命短、操作不灵活、同步运行低等缺点。为了避免以上缺点,要求更加精确地保证液压升降平台的同步升降精度,现在大多数液压同步升降平台逐步淘汰了各种传统的液压阀,采用更为精确控制的新型电液伺服阀、电液比例阀以及电液数字阀等来控制液压系统,实现同步精度高。由于电液比例阀具有形式种类多样、容易组成使用电气及计算机控制的各种机电液系统、控制精度高、安装使用灵活以及抗污染能力强等多方面优点,因此应用领域日益拓宽。当前在汽车维修中所使用的液压同步升降平台在汽车的维修方面发挥着重要的作用,通过对同步升降平台的各种液压阀、液压缸、液压泵站的创新改进,使得液压同步升降平台拥有运行平稳、噪声低、响应速度快、同步精度高等优点,对在汽车的维修与保养中起到至关重要的作用。随着液压升降平台在汽车维修行业的进一步应用和改进创新,在维修汽车的液压升降平台已经可以实现更多更复杂的功能,在平台的结构上,驱动上,以及各种的控制系统上,都有了很大的改进。当前升降平台的升降系统主要是靠液压系统驱动的,当然不光靠液压,还有柴油机电动两用旋转式升降平台,目前又出现了电瓶驱动升降平台,可以实现无级变速具有更安全、更方便、低噪音等优点。目前升降平台普遍存在着外漏、内漏、寿命短、操作不灵活、同步运行低等缺点。为了避免以上缺点,要求更加精确地保证液压升降平台的同步升降精度,现在大多数液压同步升降平台逐步淘汰了各种传统的液压阀,采用更为精确控制的新型电液伺服阀、电液比例阀以及电液数字阀等来控制液压系统,实现同步精度高。由于电液比例阀具有形式种类多样、容易组成使用电气及计算机控制的各种机电液系统、控制精度高、安装使用灵活以及抗污染能力强等多方面优点,因此应用领域日益拓宽。在我国,虽然对这种液压升降同步平台的研制、生产起步较晚,但是随着我国经济的快速发展,为了适应我国在各领域所使用的液压升降同步平台发展的需求,走规模化、标准化、集约化、产品配套化、实现机、电、液一体化技术在升降同步平台上的应用。液压升降同步平台的使用面、服务领域不断扩大,现正处于较快的发展阶段,现在液压升降平台的可靠性、安全性、操作方便和简单的直接性等方面都有较大提高,而且随着电子计算机的普及和发展以及机、电、液一体化研究的进展,国内外各大公司竞相采用电脑(电子)操控系统,提高整机性能,减少整机液压元件的使用,减小整机体积及重量,提高操控的灵敏度以及同步精度。特别是各生产厂家积极引进和消化国外先进技术,开发新品种,提高产品技术和质量水平,液压升降同步平台已有部分达到或接近国际同类产品的水平。当前在汽车维修中所使用的液压同步升降平台在汽车的维修方面发挥着重要的作用,通过对同步升降平台的各种液压阀、液压缸、液压泵站的创新改进,使得液压同步升降平台拥有运行平稳、噪声低、响应速度快、同步精度高等优点,对于在我国汽车的维修与保养中起着不可替代的作用,应用前景广泛。所以,对该升降平台的进一步研究和改进,优化系统性能和结构的进一步改善,弥补现有技术的缺点有着重要的意义。该课题对液压升降平台的设计主要采用理论的研究和设计方法,通过对液压系统的了解和研究,以及对现有控制的技术和更加深入的研究发展,在对液压系统元件和进一步了解和学习,结合液压元件与现代化的自动化控制领域内的液压控制元件,通过传统元件和现有的高技术控制元件的对比和综合应用,在传统液压系统的基础上,更为创新的研究和设计集机、电、液于一体的液压控制系统,使得系统达到更为稳定和快速优点。液压升降平台的系统,要求能够实现四轮汽车在受控高度升降范围内同步升降,安全可靠地控制实现两前轮、两后轮、两左轮、两右轮的同步升降,并保证同步升降的精度。该液压升降系统还必须具有快的响应速度,液压传动装置体积小、结构紧凑,具有较大的功率质量比,易于操纵与控制,省力方便,易于实现自动化,具有过载保护对于可靠性要求高的系统等优良的技术性能,同时保证液压升降同步平台能在垂直方向的任意位置上较长时间 (如60 min或更长) 内可靠地锁定,系统能连续可靠地工作,系统高效节能、维护方便、造价低。为满足液压升降平台的系统设计要求,实现平稳的同步升降,以及设计所要达到的功能要求,拟定该系统采用液压系统的闭环控制,用来满足液压系统的同步精度和控制要求,用以实现使四轮汽车在受控高度升降范围内同步升降,安全可靠地控制实现两前轮、两后轮、两左轮、两右轮的同步升降,并保证同步升降的精度。为满足液压系统的同步升降,该系统需要具有同步控制的装置来实现同步控制。目前实现液压系统的同步运行有佷多种控制方法,主要采用机械同步法、泵或马达并联法、双活塞杆缸串联法、调速阀、同步器、同步控制阀回路、伺服机构等等。根据该设计的机械设备要求,为更好的实现汽车四轮的两前轮、两后轮、两左轮、两右轮的分别同步升降的灵活控制,此次设计拟采用四个液压缸对其进行各轮的部位实现各自灵活的升降控制。为实现更高的同步精度和更加灵活的控制,设计并没有采用传统的控制阀进行控制,而是拟采用更加新型的电液比例控制阀来进行控制。电液比例控制阀是介于普通液压阀和电液伺服阀之间的一种液压控制阀,并与电液伺服阀的功能相似,而且具有它特定的优点。电液比例阀是由比例电磁铁取代普通液压阀的调节和控制装置而构成的,它可以按给定的输入电压或电流信号连续地按比例、远距离地控制流体的方向、压力和流量。合理的采用电液比例控制阀可以提高系统的自动化程度和精度,并简化了系统。常用的比例阀可分为:比例压力阀、比例流量阀和比例方向阀三种。本次设计采用电液比例控制系统的闭环反馈控制系统,通过传感器的检测,并通过plc反馈给电液比例阀,控制电液比例阀的相应开口大小,用以实现各液压缸能够实现同步升降的控制精度。为实现能够保证液压缸在工作时保证自锁,液压系统应该在每个液压缸的供油系统采用液控单向阀进行自锁功能的实现,用以保证液压升降平台的安全问题。为保证液压系统实现过载保护,液压系统在液压泵处需要安装溢流阀,来保证给系统提供一定的安全压力。为了系统的油液满足系统运行的液压油的要求和质量,液压系统应该在进油口和出油口处安装过滤器。为了满足液压系统能够充分的实现自动化,系统中的液压方向阀均采用电磁换向阀。为了更好的响应节能问题,可以在必要的情况使用蓄能器来代替电机驱动泵所提供的压力,直接使用蓄能器来提供压力满足液压缸的相关运动。为了使液压缸可以实现自锁的功能,液压系统中在每个液压缸下端都安装了液控单向阀,液控单向阀可以实现单向自锁,双向通油液的功能。为了使液压系统中满足提供安全压力,不致由于压力突然变高而对整个液压系统造成不利影响甚至损坏某些液压元件,所以采用溢流阀来用作安全阀防止液压系统过载的保护。为了实现液压系统自动化,满足系统同步运行的更高精度,以及实现系统的高效率、快速响应的要求,采用电液比例方向阀来高精度、响应快的进行系统的同步控制。传统的换向阀大部分是手动控制,这种控制比较机械,难以实现自动化操作。采用电磁换向阀,利用电磁铁的吸合来控制阀的方向控制,实现油路的换向,更好的实现了自动化的效果。分流集流阀也称同步阀,是集液压分流阀、集流阀功能于一体的独立液压器件。分流集流阀的同步是速度同步,即当两油缸或多个油缸分别承受不同的负载时,分流集流阀通过内部的压力和流量敏感部件自动调节,使油缸运动保持同步。分流集流阀主要应用于液压双缸及多缸同步控制系统中。采用分流集流阀的同步控制液压系统具有结构简单、成本低、设计、成套、调试和使用容易、可靠性强等许多优点,因而分流集流阀在液压系统中得到了广泛的应用,所以在该处也将合理的采用分流集流阀来实现两个液压缸的同步控制。在液压系统中,油液的清洁度对液压系统的正常运行有着至关重要的作用,所以在泵的出油口和油箱的回油口都安装了过滤器,以此来保证油液的清洁度,这是液压系统回路中不可缺少的附件。在该系统中,由于重力的有利影响,在升降平台下降的过程中,可以完全依靠重力的作用来提供动力,在这里只需要对
