To collect stamps is my hobby.2. To teach students is my job.动词不定式作主语常用it作形式主语,不定式(短语)后置方式。这样可以避免句子头重脚轻。不定式作主语的句式为It is + 形或名 to do sth.1. It is kind of you to help me.2. It is necessary to speak English in class.3. It is important to listen carefully.宾语(放在某些动词后面)1. I want to be a teacher.2. You need to have a rest.3. We decide to visit the Great Wall.表语1. Our duty today is to clean the blackboard.2. My job is to teach you English.宾语补足语1. She told me to buy a ticket.2. My mother asks me to study hard.3. Our teacher told us not to speak in class.4. My father told me not to watch TV too much.状语修饰句子或动词的不定式为状语,可以表示目的和原因等。1. I am surprised to find that whales are in danger.2. I went to the supermarket to buy some bread.3. He got up early to catch the early bus.定语不定式修饰名词或代词,起形容词的作用,在句中作定语,放在被修饰对象的后面。1. I have a lot of homework to do.2. My mother has a lot of housework to do.3. Please give me something to eat.Step 7 Activity9 Complete the passage with the correct form of the words and expressions in the box.1) Have students look at the picture and try to describe it in English.2) Ask the students to complete the passage individually and then check with a partner.3) Have one or two students read the passage with the words they filled in.4) Ask the whole class to read it loudly together.5) Ask them to note down these phrases and structures:provide.for. such as. stop doing sth.keep sth.+ adj. cut downThe problem is to .
