电子商务的概述电子商务将成为21世纪的主流商务模式。近两年b2c在我国飞速发展起来,各种类型的购物网站为消费者提供了大量的商品。但是,由于物流管理体系还不完善,跟不上电子商务的发展速度,以致于形成了配送瓶颈:服务无法控制和保证,对出现的问题响应太慢,外地的配送成本过高、效率低下,可以配送到的城市范围还很小等诸多问题,制约了b2c业务的发展。如果对电子商务的物流问题没有足够的认识和充分的重视,电子商务的优势就很难在我国发挥出来。电子商务可提供网上交易和管理等全过程的服务。因此,它具有广告宣传、咨询洽谈、网上定购、网上支付、电子账户、服务传递、意见征询、交易管理等各项功能。1广告宣传电子商务可凭借企业的Web服务器和客户的浏览,在Internet上发播各类商业信息。客户可借助网上的检索工具(Search)迅速地找到所需商品信息,而商家可利用网上主页(HomePage)和电子邮件(E-majl)在全球范围内作广告宣传。与以往的各类广告相比,网上的广告成本最为低廉,而给顾客的信息量却最为丰富。 2咨询洽谈电子商务可借助非实时的电子邮件(E-mail),新闻组(NewsGroup)和实时的讨论组(chat)来了解市场和商品信息、洽谈交易事务,如有进一步的需求,还可用网上的白板会议(WhiteboardConference)来交流即时的图形信息。网上的咨询和洽谈能超越人们面对面洽谈的限制、提供多种方便的异地交谈形式。3网上订购电子商务可借助Web中的邮件交互传送实现网上的订购。网上的订购通常都是在产品介绍的页面上提供十分友好的订购提示信息和订购交互格式框。当客户填完订购单后,通常系统会回复确认信息单来保证订购信息的收悉。订购信息也可采用加密的方式使客户和商家的商业信息不会泄漏。4网上支付电子商务要成为一个完整的过程。网上支付是重要的环节。客户和商家之间可采用信用卡帐号实施支付。在网上直接采用电子支付手段将可省略交易中很多人员的开销。网上支付将需要更为可靠的信息传输安全性控制以防止欺骗、窃听、冒用等非法行为。5电子帐户网上的支付必需要有电子金融来支持,即银行或信用卡公司及保险公司等金融单位要为金融服务提供网上操作的服务。而电子帐户管理是其基本的组成部分。信用卡号或银行帐号都是电子帐户的一种标志。而其可信度需配以必要技术措施来保证。如数字凭证、数字签名、加密等手段的应用提供了电子帐户操作的安全性。6服务传递对于已付了款的客户应将其订购的货物尽快地传递到他们的手中。而有些货物在本地,有些货物在异地,电子邮件将能在网络中进行物流的调配。而最适合在网上直接传递的货物是信息产品。如软件、电子读物、信息服务等。它能直接从电子仓库中将货物发到用户端。7意见征询电子商务能十分方便地采用网页上的“选择”、“填空”等格式文件来收集用户对销售服务的反馈意见。这样使企业的市场运营能形成一个封闭的回路。客户的反馈意见不仅能提高售后服务的水平,更使企业获得改进产品、发现市场的商业机会。8交易管理整个交易的管理将涉及到人、财、物多个方面,企业和企业、企业和客户及企业内部等各方面的协调和管理。因此,交易管理是涉及商务活动全过程的管理。电子商务的发展,将会提供一个良好的交易管理的网络环境及多种多样的应用服务系统。这样,能保障电子商务获得更广泛的应用。特性如下:1、普遍性:电子商务作为一种新型的交易方式,将生产企业、流通企业以及消费者和政府带入了一个网络经济、数字化生存的新天地;2、方便性;在电子商务环境中,人们不再受地域的限制,客户能以非常简捷的方式完成过去较为繁杂的商务活动,如通过网络银行能够全天侯地存取资金帐户、查询信息等,同时使得企业对客户的服务质量可以大大提高;3、整体性:电子商务能够规范事务处理的工作流程,将人工操作和电子信息处理集成为一个不可分割的整体,这样不仅能提高人力和物力的利用,也可以提高系统运行的严密性;4、安全性:在电子商务中,安全性是一个至关重要的核心问题,它要求网络能提供一种端到端的安全解决方案,如加密机制、签名机制、安全管理、存取控制、防火墙、防病毒保护等等,这与传统的商务活动有着很大的不同;5、协调性:商务活动本身是一种协调过程,它需要客户与公司内部、生产商、批发商、零售商间的协调,在电子商务环境中,它更要求银行、配送中心、通讯部门、技术服务等多个部门的通力协作,往往电子商务的全过程是一气呵成的 一个完整的电子商务交易过程一般包含以下四种基本的“流”:信息流、商流、资金流和物流,如图1所示。信息流是指有关交易的各种信息的交流;商流是指商品在购销过程中所有权转移的一系列活动;资金流是指交易过程中资金的转移过程;物流是指产品实体从供应者向需求者流动的过程。b2c电子商务4种物流模式 采用邮政特快专递(ems)服务的物流模式。实现电子商务的企业或商家从网站或虚拟网站上获得消费者的购物清单和家庭地址等信息,然后到附近的邮局办理特快专递手续将商品寄出,消费者收到邮局的取货通知,到所在地邮局将商品取回,或由邮递员直接将商品送到顾客家中。采用ems方式具有方便、快捷的特点。但是这种方式存在以下的问题。首先,ems服务收费偏高,如果这部分费用由企业或商家负担,则其经营利润会大大降低;如果由消费者承担,则对于小件低价商品,消费者肯定难以接受。其次,ems很难保证消费者在期望的时间内将商品送到。 网站自建配送的物流模式,企业或网站在各地的网民密集地区设置自己的配送点,在获得消费者的购物信息后,由配送点的人员将商品为消费者送货上门。 这种物流模式可以满足消费者的“即购即得”购物心理需求。但它也存在如下的问题。首先是配送点的布局、人员的配备数量、商品的库存量等很难合理地确定。其次,由于要满足用户的即时需求,对配送时效有严格的要求。很显然,高配送费用需要更大的商品配送规模。 借助第三方物流企业的模式。第三方物流就是电子商务主体将一部分或全部物流活动委托给外部的专业物流公司来完成。物流公司本身不拥有商品,而是与企业或商家签定合作协定或结成合作联盟。 采用这种物流管理方式,送达消费者的时间比前述两种方式都要快,而且服务是专业化的、多功能的和全方位的。但是如果送货量太小,送货费用一般比ems服务还要高。这种管理模式要求专业物流公司要在基础设施、人员素质、信息系统等方面加强建设。 网站与传统商业结合的模式。传统商业特别是连锁经营商业具有得天独厚的资源优势,丰富合理的商品种类,高附加值的服务,高效的配送体系等,这些正是电子商务主体所欠缺的。电子商务与传统连锁经营的结合能够充分发挥二者的优势,实现资源共享,优势互补。我国电子商务物流发展问题 1.对物流理论的研究还不够系统和深入。当今物流管理理论的研究和实际应用都已取得了长足的进步,出现了许多新的理论。我国物流管理的研究者刚刚接触这些新理论,有待于进一步消化和吸收。 2.电子商务物流企业的基础设施尚不完善,新技术、新装备应用相对较少。许多电子商务物流企业对现代物流的概念、地位及作用认识不够,设施陈旧,物流管理的电子化程度还较低,不能满足迅速发展的电子商务的要求。 3.“无法可依”,电子商务物流发展的制度环境有待完善。4.商业环境相对落后,造成电子商务物流服务需求不足,而且专业化服务程度低。我国企业中自营物流的占大多数,导致专业的物流代理服务得不到充分利用。大批功能单一的货代企业服务范围窄,横向联合薄弱,不能提供完整的供应链服务,无法满足客户在时间性和服务质量方面的要求。5.物流人才严重缺乏,无法为新的物流体系的建立提供足够的智力支持。 发展电子商务物流几点对策 1.加强现代电子商务和物流理论的研究,吸收国外的先进的思想、理论和技术。我们可以吸取别国物流管理研究的成果,向电子商务物流发达的国家学习,鼓励理论界研究电子商务物流中的难题,少走弯路,尽量走捷径,加快我国电子商务物流发展的步伐。 2.大力加强物流专门人才的培养。通过在高校开设物流专业、确立电子商务物流研究方向和留学制度的方式来培养现代物流专门人才,可通过物流行业协会来开展物流职业教育和传播物流知识,还可通过从业资格认证的方式来激励人们投身于物流行业,提高物流从业人员的整体素质。 3加快实现国内物流与国外物流的接轨。网络无国界,电子商务的竞争一开始便是在全球范围内展开。我国加入wto以后,这种真正全球一体化的竞争不仅关系到企业的成败,而且关系到国家的兴衰,应对这种竞争的策略之一便是迅速实现国内物流的国际化,为我国企业参与国际竞争打下坚实的基矗电子商务的物流问题是制约电子商务发展的重要环节,也是能否真正体现电子商务优势的关键因素。在我国,电子商务物流方面还几乎处于空白状态,要在短时间内全面解决电子商务的物流问题是不现实的。但是,电子商务物流在我国具有巨大的发展空间,发展态势很好。只要我们认真学习和研究,并结合我国国情,制定可行措施和有力对策,大胆探索,就能加快我国电子商务物流的发展,缩小与发达国家物流业之间的差距。Electronic commerce outlineThe electronic commerce will become for the 21st century the mainstream commerce patterns.
