5天9项目质保期安装验收合格后2年四、服务承诺及质量保证措施（一）服务承诺1、本投标人保证提供的是原厂生产的、符合国家、行业和生产者的质量检测标准、未使用过的全新货物，并完全符合合同规定的质量、规格和性能的要求，货物保证是原包装且包装完好，经用户单位现场监督，当场拆封、验收。2、自验收合格之日起2年内由于标识系统工程质量原因造成的损伤和损坏，免费提供维修和更换，经过修理的标识标牌质保期要连续跟踪其质量情况，达到用户满意。保证货物在正确的安装和正常的运行及维护条件下，在质保期内正常运行。3、本项目的整体保修期限为：2年。在质保期内投标人将每月至少一次电话跟踪，至少每季度一次走访用户，了解标识系统的使用情况，并负责解决发现的质量问题。质保期内由于工艺或材料的缺陷而发生的任何故障，将由我司负责解决并承担相应的费用。4、免费上门服务期限为：2年。在合同规定的质保期内，我司在接到业主报修通知后，在1小时内给予答复，我司技术人员在收到业主通知后3小时内派维修人员赶到工程现场进行修理，并进行追踪维修，直至完全修复。特殊情况须征得业主同意。5、质保期结束前，我司与业主代表对合同项下货物进行全面的检查，对任何缺陷由我司负责修理，在修理之后，我司将缺陷原因、修理的内容、完成修理及恢复正常的时间和日期等
