ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION CRITERIA FOR FINISHED GOOD TNQC-AC成品检验标准(电子玩具)1. 目的 These criteria specify the acceptance inspection for finished good in the OEM factory in order to maintain and assure the quality required in market at the time of production and delivery of TAKARA brand products. (Electronic toy item)为了保证生产和交付的TAKARA牌产品(电子玩具)质量符合市场上所要求的标准, 这些标准详细说明了OEM工厂成品的检验.2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION These criteria are applied to the acceptance inspection as quality judgment criteria for finished good which produced by OEM factory. However, if there is any doubt occurs within product standard of individual model, this Acceptance Inspection Criteria for Finished Good and each established operation criteria as below, priority shall be given to product standard of individual model.(a) Classification Of Defects Operation Criterion(b) Measurement Test Operation Criterion(c) Product Safety & EMC Test Operation Criterion(d) Assembly Inspection Operation Criterion(e) Dismantle Test Operation Criterion(f) Reliability Test Operation Criterion(g) First Piece Confirmation Operation Criterion(h) Production Line Defective Confirmation Operation Criterion2. 运用范围: 这些标准用于對OEM工厂生產的成品進行檢驗時作為質量判斷標準. 但是, 如果在個別樣板標準, 這個成品檢驗標準, 和下列的實施標準產生沖突, 樣板的標準享有優先權.(a) 缺陷分類實施標準(b) 測試實施標準(c) 產品安全和EMC測試實施標準(d) 組裝檢驗實施標準(e) 拆卸測試實施標準(f) 可靠性測試實施標準(g) 首件确認實施標準(h) 生產線上次品确認實施標準 3. DEFINITION3-1 Inspection & TestThe inspection and test for product acceptance inspection is defined as follows:a) General Inspection (Done by TAKARA QC after factory QC inspection pass) Conduct confirmation on appearance, structure and function. b) Accessories Inspection (Done by TAKARA QC after factory QC inspection pass)Conduct confirmation on actual usage connection condition and function.c) Packing Inspection (Done by TAKARA QC after factory QC inspection pass)Conduct confirmation on gift box, outer carton, printing indication, cushion material, etc.d) First Piece Confirmation (Done by both TAKARA QC and factory QC) Conduct confirmation on operational check accordance with instruction booklet and the completeness accordance with product specification.3. 定義 3-1 檢驗和測試 產品的檢驗和測試定義如下:a) 一般檢驗(在工廠QC檢驗通過後由TAKARA公司的QC進行)确認產品的外觀, 結構, 和功能b) 附件檢驗(在工廠QC檢驗通過後由TAKARA公司的QC進行)确認實際使用時的電路狀況和功能c) 包裝檢驗(在工廠QC檢驗通過後由TAKARA公司的QC進行)确認彩盒, 外箱, 印刷狀況, 襯墊材料.d) 首件确認(由工廠QC和TAKARA公司的QC進行)根據使用說明書對運行控制進行确認, 根據產品規格确認完整性. e) 組裝檢驗(由工廠QC進行)根據標準工序确認加工工序和生產工序線上的部件.f) 拆卸測試(由工廠QC進行)拆卸外殼确認狀態, 布線, 安裝狀況, 和安全部件等.g) 測試(由工廠QC進行)通過測試确認製造標準是否得到保證h) 可靠性測試(由工廠QC和TAKARA公司的QC進行)通過加速試驗确認產品的可靠性i) 產品安全測試/EMC測試(由工廠QC和TAKARA公司的QC進行)對各安全項目進行确認j) 生產線缺陷資料确認, 如安全缺陷, 傳染病缺陷e) Assembly Inspection (Done by factory QC)Conduct confirmation on process and parts at production process line base on Standard Working Procedure (SWP).f) Dismantle Test (Done by factory QA) Conduct confirmation on indication, wiring, mounting condition, and safety part, etc with dismantling of cabinet.g) Measurement Test (Done by factory QA)Confirm that the manufacturing standard (SPEC) is guaranteed through measurement test.h) Reliability Test (Done by both TAKARA QA and factory QA) Conduct confirmation on product reliability through accelerated test.i) Product Safety Test / EMC Test (Done by both TAKARA QA and factory QA) Conduct confirmation on safety standard items.j) Production Line Defective Data Confirmation (Done by factory production engineering)Conduct confirmation on defective in the production line which safety defect, epidemic defect.3-2 Inspection Product a) New Product A product which never produced / experience at the factory previously. b) Re-Producing Product A product which produced at the factory previously.(Repeat order)3-3 Inspection Lot a) First Lot First production lot of new product.b) Repeat LotRepeat orders production lot.3-2 檢驗的產品a) 新產品工廠以前從未生產或經歷的產品.b) 再生產產品 工廠以前生產過的產品(重復定單)3-3 檢驗批量a) 第一批新產品的第一個生產批量.b) 重復批量重復定單的生產批量3-4 Lot Construction & Date codea) 1 Inspection Lot per each order Construction of lot shall be established as one lot unit for per each order productions quantity at Factory, and classification of lot basically shall be corresponded with date codes date of product. b) 1 Inspection Lot per few day productions In case with dividing of lot by few day production, each divided lot shall be established as one lot unit and classification of established lot basically shall be corresponded with date codes date of product without any overlapping.c) Production LotConstruction of lot shall be established as one lot unit for per day productions quantity at Factory, and classification of lot basically shall be corresponded with date codes date of product.3-5 批量構成和資料代碼a) 每個定單一個檢驗批量批量的構成設定應是工廠每批定單的生產量為一個批量單位, 批量的劃分應其本上和產品的日期代碼中的日期一致.b) 每幾天的產量為一個檢驗批量批量的劃分以幾天的產量進行, 每幾天的產量設定為一個批量單位, 批量的劃分應和產品的日期代碼中的日期一致而無重疊.c) 生產批量批量的構成應設定為工廠每天的產量為一個批量單位, 批量的劃分應和產品日期中的代碼一致.3-6 Classification Of Defects Classifications of defects are classified into 4 levels, and Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) is also defined respectively.a) Critical Defectb) Functional Major Defectc) Major Defectd) Minor Defect3-4 缺陷的分類缺陷劃分為4個級別, 也分別詳細說明了質量的接受級別(AQL).a) 嚴重缺陷b) 功能性主要缺陷c) 主要缺陷d) 次要缺陷 3-7 Definition Of Defectsa) Critical DefectDefects by which may cause harm to be inflicted upon the body of a user or its property.For examples, Inclusion of dangerous object, Sharp point, edge, highly ignitable or smoky, contains heavy metal exceeding a specified level. Any matter other than above which is regarded as “critical defect in safety” in TAKARA Safety Standard.Major defects in production control and quality control which causes distributors and customers to distrust the maker, it also defined critical defect.For examples, Shortage in contents of carton/package, Missing main unit, etc.b) Functional Major DefectDefects by which practical use is not assured and without accomplishing each function and operation. For examples, Failure of a power switches to operate, Malfunction, Unable to be assembled, etc.c) Major DefectDefects by which specified performance is not assured obviously and the product grade become lower.For examples, Erroneous or unreadable indication, Short mold, Lack of screw, Missing accessory, etc.d) Minor DefectDefects by which specified performance is not assured obviously and the product grade become lower, but do not prevent the product from exhibiting its primary function.For examples, Color drift, discoloration, Looseness of fitting, Dirty, Scratch, etc.3-5 缺陷的定義a) 嚴重缺陷可能對使用人或其財產構成傷害的缺陷. 如, 含有危險物品, 尖點, 利邊, 高易燃性或發煙性的物品, 包含的重金屬超過規定的級別. 或其他在TAKARA安全標準里被認為是安全方面的嚴重缺陷. 生產控制和質量控制中會引起經銷商和客戶不信任制造商的主要缺陷. 如裝箱/包裝內容物短缺, 缺少主要部件等.b) 功能性主要缺陷不能保證產品的實際使用并且沒有實現各項功能和操作的缺陷. 如, 電源開關不能操作, 故障, 不能組裝等缺陷.c) 主要缺陷引起規定的性能明顯沒有得到保證, 產品級別變得更低的缺陷. 如, 錯誤的或難以認清的指示, 缺膠, 缺少螺釘, 缺少附件等.d) 次要缺陷 規定的性能明顯沒有得到保證, 產品級別變得更低, 但防礙產品實現主要功能. 如, 顏色偏差, 褪色, 組裝變松, 弄臟, 刮花等. 4. INSPECTION CRITERIA 4-1 Inspection Method As a rule, Single Sampling Inspection Method ( ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4 ) is applied for sampling inspection.4. 檢驗標準 4-1 檢驗方法 通常, 抽樣檢驗采用”單個抽樣檢驗方法”(ANSI/ASQCZ 1.4).4-2 Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) The AQL of each defect classification as mentioned in 3-5 is established as follows:a) Critical Defect = 0b) Functional Major Defect = 0.4 %(High price) 0.65 %(Low price)c) Major Defect + Functional Major Defect = 1.0 %d) Minor Defect = 4.0 %4-2 質量接受級別(AQL)3-5所制定的每一缺陷類別的接受級別如下:a) 嚴重缺陷 = 0b) 功能性主要缺陷 = 0.4 %(高價) 0.65 %(低價)c) 主要缺陷 + 功能性主要缺陷 = 1.0 %d) 次要缺陷 = 4.0 %4-3 Inspection Level a) New Product For new product, after full inspection on general inspection, accessories and packing will be transferred to sampling inspection. The sampling inspection is applied on Inspection Level I .b) Re-Producing Product For re-producing product, it is applied on Inspection Level I based on lot construction. 4-3 a) 新產品 對新產品, 在一般性檢驗全檢後, 附件和包裝轉成抽樣檢驗. 抽樣檢驗采用檢驗級別 I . b) 再生產產品 對再生產產品來說, 以批量構成為其礎, 采用檢驗級別 I .4-4 Standard Inspection Conditiona) Temperature. Humidity Temperature = 20oC + 3oC, Humidity = 65% + 5% for inspection, test and test environment (unless there is any designation). However, when there is no doubt for judgment, also applicable for inspection in a range of Temperature = 5oC 35oC, Humidity = 45% 85%.b) Illumination Distance For appearance inspection, it shall be placed at lightness 7501000 Lx under the lighting same as two 40W white fluorescent lamps and be judged by naked eye at 40cm away. However, when there is no doubt for judgment, also applicable for inspection under natural light. c) Accessories Used For Inspection For Accessories Inspection and First Piece Confirmation, use the accessories which are attached to the product. However, for other inspection and test, when there is no doubt for judgment, it is applicable to use same type of accessories.4-5 標準檢驗條件a) 溫度. 濕度如果不是另有指定, 在溫度= 20oC + 3oC, 濕度= 65% + 5% 的條件下 進行檢驗和測試但如果不產生沖突, 在溫度 = 5oC 35oC, 濕度 = 45% 85%.的範圍內檢驗也可以.b) 照明距离在檢驗外觀時, 產品應放在亮度7501000 Lx(和兩個40W的熒光燈相同的照明)下, 用裸眼隔40cm遠進行判斷.但是, 如不產生沖突, 在自然光下檢驗也是可行的.c) 用來檢驗的附件進行附件和首件檢驗時, 要用附在產品上的附件.但是, 在進行其他檢驗和測試時,如果不產生沖突, 也可用同型號的附件.4-6 Inspection / Test Sampling Size a) The sampling size for general inspection, accessories inspection and packing inspection shall be determined in accordance with the Table-1Sampling Table Full Inspection & Inspection Level I .b) For other inspection and test, the test and test quantity shall be determined in accordance with each respective operation criteria.4-7 Inspection / Test Procedure a) For general inspection shall be conducted based on Inspection Procedure by model base.b) For accessories inspection shall be conducted in accordance with instruction booklet to check the installation, detaching and usage condition.c) For packing inspection shall be conducted to check the missing / wrong accessories, packing material, and wrong date code, destination, indication, etc.d) For other inspection and test shall be conducted in accordance with each respective operation criteria.4-6 檢驗/測試抽樣量a) 一般檢驗, 附件檢驗, 和包裝檢驗的抽樣量應根據表1 抽樣表 全檢和檢驗級別 I 進行.b) 對于其他檢驗和測試, 測試和測試數量應根據相應的實施標準進行. 4-7 檢驗/測試程序 a) 一般检验根据模式库的检验程序进行。 b) 附件檢驗根據說明書檢查安裝,拆開, 使用情況。 c) 包裝檢驗應檢查缺失/錯誤的附件, 包裝材料, 和錯誤的日期代碼, 目的地, 指示等。 d) 其他檢驗和測試應根據相應的實施標準進行。5. LOT DISPOSITION5-1 Judgment Criteria Of Defect The defect level of detected failure level shall be determined in accordance with Classification of Defects. But if there is any established judgment criteria under each operation criteria, it shall be determined in accordance with each respective operation criteria. The defected unit from general inspection is including defected unit from accessories inspection, packing inspection, judgment of lot acceptance shall be made in accordance with Table-1 Sampling Table Inspection Level I .5-2 For the count of the defects, the number of defective units shall be taken. 5-3 When counting defects on the same product, that higher in defect classification shall be applied.5-4 Passed Lot Disposition When there is any defected unit found from passed lot, the lot shall be shipped after repaired or replaced with good unit.5-5 Rejected Lot Disposition Conduct 100% re-inspection, after all detected defect units are repaired or replaced with good unit, shall be 100% re-submitted for re-inspection and make judgment on the lot again.5批量處理 5-1 缺陷判斷標準 檢測到的故障的缺陷級別應根據缺陷的分類确定。 但如果在每個實施標準下制定有判斷標準,則應根據相應的實施標準确定。 一般檢驗中的有缺陷的單位包括附件檢驗, 包裝檢驗中的有缺陷的單位。對批量作出接受的判斷應根據表-1 樣品表檢驗級別 I 進行。5-2 缺陷的計算, 應采用有缺陷的單位的數量。5-3 當計算同一產品上的缺陷數時, 應采用更高的缺陷類別。5-4 通過檢驗的批量的處理 當在通過檢驗的批量里發現有缺陷的產品時, 這一批量應在修理或用良品替換後發貨。5-6 拒貨批量的處理執行100%重新檢驗,在所有檢測到的有缺陷的產品進行修理和用良品替換後重新交付進行再檢驗并再對這批貨作出拒貨或接受判斷。 6. ACCEPTANCE JUDGMENT 6-1 Disposition Of Inspection / Test Result Complete all inspection and test, determine the cause and make countermeasure based on detected defects.6-2 Record Each inspection / test result shall be recorded and maintained in accordance with document control regulation of respective factory.6-3 Judgment Condition All established items of Acceptance Inspection Criteria for Finished Good are satisfied.6. 接受判斷 6-1 檢驗處理/測試結果 全部檢驗和測試,根據檢測到的缺陷确定原因和采取對策。6-2 記錄每一檢驗/測試結果應根據相應工廠的文件控制規章做記錄和保存。6-3 判斷條件滿足成品檢驗標準中制定的所有條款。 7. REVISION & ABOLISHMENT The approval from TAKARA Quality Control Center is needed on revision and abolishment of these criteria.7. 修訂和廢止 這些標準的修訂和費止須先經TAKARA質量控制中心的批準。CLASSIFICATION OF DEFECTOPERATION CRITERION缺陷分類實施標準1. PURPOSE This operation criterion serve for classification of Critical, Functional Major, Major & Minor defect which is used as a quality judgment criteria of product based on Acceptance Inspection Criteria For Finished Good, in order to maintain uniformity quality where ever the TAKARA brand product is produced.1. 目的這個實施標準用于嚴重缺陷,功能性主要缺陷,主要和次要缺陷的分類。 嚴重缺陷,功能性主要缺陷,主要缺陷和次要缺陷是為了保持各處生產的TAKARA牌產品有一個統一的質量,而在成品檢驗標準的基礎上用作產品質量判斷標準。2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION This criterion is applied for judgment of defected product at production factory.2運用範圍 這一標準用于對生產廠的缺陷產品的判別。 3. OPERATION CRITERIA3-1. For inspection item and inspection method based on Inspection Procedure.3-2. The Classification Of Defects shall be prepared by TAKARA PL Division, and will be indicated in concert with the production start of each factory.3-3. Judgment criteria of defect level will be established by individual model base.3-4. If there is any doubt occurs on classification of defects, determination shall be made upon the discussion with TAKARA PL Division. 3. 實施標準 3-1. 根據檢驗程序執行檢驗項目和檢驗方法。 3-2. 缺陷的類別應由TAKARA PL部制定,在每一工廠開始生產時就必須有。 3-3. 缺陷級別的判斷標準將以單個模型庫的方式制定。 3-4. 如果在給缺陷分類時產生疑問,應和TAKART PL部討論後決定。 MEASUREMENT TESTOPERATION CRITERION測試實施標準1. PURPOSE This operation criterion serve to measure and confirm that whether the performance of outgoing product is maintained and controlled in accordance with manufacturing specification, so as to assure outgoing quality.2. 目的 這一實施標準用于測定和确認外發產品的性能是否根據制造規範得到遵守和控制,因此保證外發産品的質量。2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION This criterion is applied for measurement test at production factory.2. 運用範圍 這一標準用于工廠的測試。 3. OPERATION CRITERIA3-1. Conduct measurement test for each production lot onwards in accordance with manufacturing specification.3-2. In order to guarantee the manufacturing specification, have to perform analysis on the measured data, so as to control the tolerance of measurement value.3-3. Disposition when defects are found in the measurement test.(1) Hold the judgment of the production lot.(2) Analyze the cause of failure; make clear whether there is any tendency issue.(3) If necessary, conduct cut off date of lot so as to prevent the spreading of failure range. 3-4. Use the results of measurement test as a material for Acceptance Judgment purpose.3實施標準 3-1. 根據制造規範對每一產品批量進行測試。 3-2. 為了保證制造規範,必須對測得的數據進行分析, 以便控制測量值的公差。 3-3. 測試中發現缺陷時的處理 (1) 暫緩對這一批量的判別。 (2) 分析故障原因,弄清楚是否有趨勢性問題。 (3) 如果有必要,取消批量的外發日期以防止故障範圍的擴散。 3-4 用測試結果用作爲支持判別的材料。 PRODUCT SAFETY & EMC TESTOPERATION CRITERION產品安全和EMC測試實施標準1. PURPOSE This operation criterion serves to confirm that the safety standard of TAKARA is satisfied through the testing, so as to assure the product safety standard of outgoing product.1. 目的 這一標準用于确認經過測試後達到TAKARA安全標準,以保證外發產品符合安全標準。2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION This criterion is applied for product safety standard and EMC test at production factory.2. 運用範圍 這一標準用作工廠的產品安全標準。 3. OPERATION CRITERIA3-1. The product safety test and EMC test shall be performed in respect to the specified item based on the TAKARA safety standard.3. 實施標準3-1. 產品安全測試和EMC測試應根據TAKARA安全標準規定的條款進行.3-2. Necessary inspection or checking items in the factory.DC JACK 1. If it has a dry cell batteries and AC(DC) adaptor jack, and switching by the jack switch. While battery play, connect the DC plug (no power supply) to confirm it becomes no power. It shall be done 100% inspection by production line.DC JACK 2. If it has a dry cell batteries and AC(DC) adaptor jack, and switching by diode. While AC(DC) play, measure the voltage of the battery terminals. If some voltage appears, then may cause reverse polarity diode or solder bridge on the diode. It shall be done 100% inspection by production line.
