Many people will go on a trip. Do you want to go on a trip? If you can, where would you like to go? For me, there is a city I really want to visit-Xian. Have you been to Xian before? If you havent, thats all right because I take a video to show you about Xian. After you watch it, I hope you can find out some places of interest on it.(After showing the video, ask the Ss to tell what they found on it and show the pictures of some places in Xian.) The most famousdishes in Xian are Yang Rou Pao Mo, Guan Tang Baozi and cold rice noodles(凉皮). When you enjoy the food, you can also learn about the culture about Xian. For example, there is a kind of noodles called Biangbiang noodles. The Chinese for Biang is very hard to write. You can taste it and learn how to write the Chinese.1.
