城市多层泊车立体库-结构及控制设计
摘 要:随着汽车的日益增多,尤其是在人口密集的大都市,解决停车难的问题显得尤为迫切。全自动立体车库作为智能建筑的一部分以其高效、快速、安全等特点成为解决都市停车难问题最有效的途径,立体车库控制系统是实现车库安全、高效率运行的关键。
本文将 PLC 控制技术应用于电梯式立体车库,设计了电梯式立体车库自动存取车系统,并就其机械结构、工作原理、硬件结构、监控软件做了研究,主要内容如下:
在分析了各种立体车库的功能及运行特点的基础上,得出电梯式立体车库是未来发展的主流。本文对电梯式立体车库的机械机构及其控制策略进行了分析和研究。阐述了电梯式立体车库自动存取车系统的工作原理及其上位机的功能。设计了立体车库与上位机的通信、立体车库的升降机构和横移机构。给出了电梯式立体车库的硬件接线图,并对一些开关元件进行了介绍与选择。介绍了电梯式立体车库的软件设计思想,并给出了 PLC 的硬件配置图、程序流程图和程序。

The Design of Automatic Control System of
Experimental Stereo Garage
Abstract:With the increasing of the number of cars, especially in big city, it is very urgent to resolve parking problems. The stereo garage, as the part of the intellectualized building, has gradually become the most effective method to handle the parking problems in bigcity, because of its high efficiency, rapidness and security. The control system of stereo garage is the key technology for realizing its safe and high efficiency running.
In this paper, the PLC control technology was used. The automatic system of the stereo garage, the mechanical structure, the work method, the hardware structure and the monitoring software are researched. The points are as following:
In analyzing the various functions and chiastic of stereo garage, we found the development of the stereo garage and the PLC control technology is the orientation. Introduced the mechanical structure of the stereo garage and analyzed the control strategy. Introduced the work way of the stereo garage and the function of its control PC and researched their communication, the rise and fall structure and the horizontal moving structure. Introduced the hardware diagram and the choice of the components. Introduced the software design of the stereo garage, and gave the hardware diagram, flow chart and programs.
