摘要
组合机床是以通用部件为基础,配以少量的专用部件,对一种或多种工件按预先确定的工序进行加工的机床。它能够对工件进行多刀、多轴、多工位同时加工。随着组合机床技术的发展,它能完成的工艺范围日益扩大 。目前,我国组合机床已广泛应用到大批、大量生产的行业,例如:汽车、拖拉机、柴油机等
主轴箱的传动系统设计,就是通过一定的传动链把动力输出轴(亦称多轴向驱动轴)传进来的驱动力和转速按要求分配到各轴最后达到主轴所要求的转速。传动系统设计的好坏,将直接影响主轴箱的质量、通用化程度、设计制造工作量的大小以及成本的高低。设计传动系统,应保证主轴强度、刚度、转速和转向的前提下,力求使主要传动件的规格少,数量少,体积少。
本文通过对针刺底座的分析,想做到一次装夹,多工位加工,达到产品图样的精度要求。用一根中间传动轴带动6根主轴。大大提高了生产效率、降低了劳动成本。排列齿轮总是尽量使其结构紧凑,传动副最佳传动比在1和1.5之间。为了使这主轴齿轮不过大,升速传动用在最后一级。本主轴箱完全符合上诉要求,为此本设计是合理正确的。本设计主要完成了组合机床的总体设计中的“三图一卡”编制和主轴箱的设计,此外还根据需要绘出了夹具草图。

Abstract
Modular machine tool is based on common components, with a small number of dedicated components, to one or more of the workpiece according to the predetermined procedures for the processing of machine tool. It can work on multiple knife, multi axis, multi station simultaneous processing. With the development of machine tool technology, it can complete the process range widening. At present, the combination machine tools in our country has been widely applied to the mass production, industry, for example: automobile, tractor, diesel engine and so on.
The design of transmission system of the main spindle box, is the power output shaft through the transmission chain (also known as a multi axial drive shaft) incoming driving force and speed according to the requirements of distribution to each axis and finally reached the required speed of spindle. The transmission system design is good or bad, will directly affect the quality of the spindle box, the universal degree, design and manufacture of the size of the workload and the cost of. The design of transmission system, shall ensure that the main strength, stiffness, rotational speed and direction under the premise of the number, strive to make main transmission parts of the specifications less, less, less volume.
In this paper, through the analysis of the needle base, want to do one time clamping, multi station processing, product design to achieve the accuracy requirements. The 6 main shaft with a middle driving shaft. Greatly improve the production efficiency, reduce labor costs. Arranged gear always try to make its compact structure, transmission pair optimal transmission ratio in 1 and 1.5. In order to make the spindle gear but large, raising speed transmission used in the last stage. The spindle box is fully consistent with the appeals, this design is correct and reasonable. The design of the main completed the design of modular machine in the "three charts and a card" system and spindle box, also according to the need to draw fixture sketch.
