摘要
莲子，是睡莲科水生草本植物荷花的种子。又称白莲、莲实、莲米、莲肉。莲子作为一种高营养价值的滋补食品，受到了广大人民群众的热烈欢迎，随着人们生活水平的提高，高品质通芯白莲的需求量急剧增加。莲子子在中国已经有数千年的种植史，然而莲子初加工费时、费力、劳动量大长期困扰着广大莲农。传统的莲子加工需要经过剥壳、去皮、通芯、干燥等一系列的过程，其中剥壳、去皮占用了七成左右的时间。一个成年人手工加工一天一般可产10公斤的鲜白莲，因此要实现白莲的规模化、产业化依靠手工难以实现。针对手工加工劳动强度大、加工不卫生、容易损伤莲子等，相继有研究者对莲子加工设备进行研究。现在的莲子剥壳技术有很多种，但有的效率太低也不太科学，远远不能满足市场的需求，所以这项新技术的出现是非常有必要的。本文基于现有的莲子剥壳的综合研究，改进设计了一台莲子剥壳机。本设计采用刀具切割来达到壳仁分离的目的，通过导料轮来进行送料。本设计工作原理清晰，结构较紧凑，有一定的实用价值。

The lotus seed is a water lily section water and livings the seed of herbs lotus flower.Call again white lotus, solid lotus, lotus rice, lotus meat.Lotus seed conduct and actions a kind of high nourishment is worth of of nourishing food, be subjected to large masses of the people's ovation, along with the exaltation of people's living standard, high-quality Xin white the demand of the lotus sharply increase.The lotus seed son is in China already planting of several thousand years the history, however the lotus seed beginning process time-consuming, hard to tackle, labor have great capacity to perplex a large lotus agriculture over a long period of time.The traditional lotus seed processes to need has been shelled hull, go to skin, the process of the Xin, dry etc. a series, shell hull and took up 70% to the skin for or so time among them.An adult handicraft's processing generally can produce the fresh white lotus of 10 kilograms for a day, therefore want and carry out white the scale of the lotus turn, the industry turn and depend on handicraft a hard realization.Aiming at handicraft to process labor strength is big and process dirty, easy harm lotus seed etc., have researcher to process an equipments to carry on a research to the lotus seed one after another.The lotus seed in nowadays shells a hull technique to contain a lot of kinds, but some efficiencies are too low also not too science, far and far can not satisfy the need of market, so this lately technical emergence is to have much of necessary.This text shells the comprehensive research of hull according to the existing lotus seed, the improvement designed a set lotus seed to shell hull machine.This design adopts the knife purpose that incises to attain the hull Ren separation and passes to lead to anticipate round to carry on sending to anticipate.This designing principle is clear, to compare with tightly packed, structure, there is definitely practical value.
