摘要
星型定量给料机是当今社会应用最为广泛的机器之一,它广泛应用于食品生产、水泥加工、冶炼金属、建筑材料加工等领域,是一项应用非常广泛的一项技术。它应用于粉体、颗粒物料的自动间断或连续计量(定量给料),如活性炭、PVC粒子、碳黑、钛白粉、颜料、水泥、黄砂、苏打粉、尿素、钨粉、氧化铝粉、面粉、食品添加剂等。广泛应用于水处理,精细化工。农药矿石、建筑材料、食品工业、饲料等。本文介绍了一种螺旋定量给料机。它集粉体输送、称重计量和定量给料控制为一体,机电一体化的产品;适用于各种工业生产环境的粉状物料连续计量和配料控制系统;典型体统主要由稳流给料螺旋、计量输送螺旋、变频器、荷重传感器、测速传感器和电控系统组成。并且阐述了结构组成、工作原理、特点及其应用。整个系统针对粉体供料过程中会出现的漏料、棚仓等缺陷设计了合理可行的结构。

Abstract
The star powder feeder is one of the most widely used in today's society machine, it is widely used in food production, cement processing, smelting metal, building materials processing and other fields, is a very wide range of applications of a technology. It is used in powder or granular materials the automatic intermittent or continuous measurement (dosing), such as activated carbon, PVC particles, carbon black, titanium dioxide, pigments, cement, sand, soda, urea, tungsten powder, alumina powder, flour, food additives, and so on. Widely used in water treatment, fine chemicals. Pesticide ore, building materials, food industry, feed and so on. This article describes a spiral dosing machine. It combines the powder conveying, weighing measurement and quantification of feeding control, mechanical and electrical integration products; powdered materials for a variety of industrial production environment continuous metering and ingredients control system; typical decency mainly by the steady flow to the feed screw The metering screw conveyors, inverter, load sensors, speed sensors and electronic control systems. And describes the structure and composition, working principle, characteristics and applications. The entire system is designed for the the powder feeding process material leakage, shed positions defects reasonably practicable structure.
