If spare parts from other suppliers/manufacturers are used, Guangzhou Lanling Aquaculture Equipment Co., Ltd will not be responsible for any damages/injuries. 仅可使用 广州蓝灵水族设备有限公司 或授权经销商的正品零部件。如果使用其他供应商/制造商提供的零部件，由此产生任何损坏或人身伤害，广州蓝灵水族设备有限公司将不承担任何责任。 8.Description and Function of the RDF RDF 介绍及相关功能 A rotary drum filter (RDF) is a mechanical filter which removes solid waste and other fine particles from the pond water via a micro screen (filter screen). What makes the RDF so special is the ability to monitor the changes in water levels and recognize if the micro screen needs to be cleaned. Therefore a rotary drum filter automatically adjusts to the waste intake and only flushes if necessary. The other big advantage of RDFs is that all detritus such as fish waste, uneaten koi food etc. would not remain in the pond water. Instead all waste is flushed from the water column automatically after a very short period of time. 转鼓式过滤器（RDF）是一种机械式过滤器，使用细筛防护过滤器（过滤网）清除蓄水池水中的固体废物及细颗粒。RDF 独有的特点是，能够“监控”水位变化以及“识别”需要采用细筛防护过滤器物质。因此转鼓式过滤器可以根据废物进口的情况自动进行调整，并且仅在必要的情况下才进行冲洗。此外 RDF 还具有其它一些优点，可以从蓄水池水中清除废物、碎屑。可以在非常短的时间内自动将各种废物从水柱冲走。 1. Description and Function of the RDF(continued) RDF 的介绍及相关功能（续） The (contaminated) water is fed into the RDF via the water inlet (11). The water flows into the filter drum (9). The filter drum is covered with a fine filter screen(52) (standard 40 micron/250 mesh). The (contaminated) water can only leave the drum by passing through the filter screen. All particles larger than 10 microns will remain inside the filter drum. The mechanically clean water leaves the drum filters chamber via the outlet(s) (12) and can then pass onto the following filtration states. （污染的）水通过进水口（11）输入 RDF。水流入过滤鼓（5）的内部。过滤鼓覆盖有细筛防护过滤器(52)（标准的 40 微米/250 网格）。（污染的）水只能经过滤网后才能离开过滤鼓。所有超过 10 微米的颗粒均将留在过滤鼓内。通过机械方式清洁的水从出水口（12）离开鼓式过滤器的收集箱，然后进入下列过滤工序。 The waste particles trapped inside the drum will slowly clog the filter screen making it more difficult for the water to pass through it. Therefore the water level in the clean water chamber will slowly drop. Once the water level reaches a certain minimum level, which can be manually adjusted with the floating sensor (24) in the RDF, a washing process is activated automaticly. During the flushing process the drum (5) is rotated by gear motor (33) while high pressure water is sprayed onto the outside of the drum by multiple spray nozzles (291). The waste particles that were clogging the filter screen are flushed into a waste tray (46), positioned inside the filter drum, and leave filter via the outlet (44). The difference in water levels between flushing processes can be manually set by the floating sensor located in the filter. Due to the use of the water level sensors the filter only flushes when necessary, i.e. when the waste intake reaches certain limits. 留在过滤鼓内的废物颗粒会慢慢堵塞过滤网，使得水难以通过过滤网，从而导致收集箱内的水位慢慢下降。一旦水位降至某个最低水平，则可以通过 RDF 上安装的浮控阀传感器 （24）来调整水位，这时浮控阀将启动冲洗工序。在冲洗过程中，液压齿轮（33）驱动过滤鼓（5）旋转，多个喷雾嘴（291）将高压水喷射到过滤鼓的外部。堵塞过滤网的废物被冲洗到废物托盘（46）上（该托盘安装在过滤鼓的内部），然后通过排污口（44）离开过滤器。可以手动调整设置浮控阀的重量，以便确定冲洗工序中不同的水位。通过使用水位传感器，可以确保过滤器仅在必要的情况下（比如，当废物进口达到某个限值的时候）进行冲洗。 10.Transporting and moving the RDF RDF 的运输以及移动 The RDF can transported/moved by or fork lift or similar devices while standing on a pallet. To move the filter by hand the inlet and outlet sockets can be used (Please do not use the socket for the waste outlet!). 可以使用叉车或类似装置，将 RDF 放在托盘中运输或移动。用手移动过滤器的时候，可以使用进水口及出水口套管（禁止将该套管用于废物排出口！）。 11.Installation and Connection 安装及连接 The installation should only be executed by qualified personnel. We strongly recommend the installation and connection to be performed by your dealer! 仅可有具有资质的相关人员进行安装作业。我们强烈建议由您的经销商进行安装及连接作业。 Before the installation 安装前的准备 The RDF should be carefully inspected before the installation. Make sure that the packing and the RDF show no signs of any damage. Check the inside of the RDF and make sure that there are no remains or items in it. 在安装前应当仔细检查 RDF。确保包装以及 RDF 本身没有任何损坏的迹象。检查 RDF 内部，确保没有任何残留物或其它物品。 Installation level of the RDF RDF 的安装高度The standard installation level of the RDF is 160mm above water level every pond may vary (piping, flow rates etc.) the following instruction is (top of the casing needs to be 160mm above water level). This is the optimum height if all relevant parameters are correct. As conditions on only a general advise. Should the water levels change too much after the installation, so that the water reaches the overflow or the waste water tray before the flushing starts, the floating sensors will have to be adjusted accordingly. Should the sensor adjustments still not solve the problem the RDF needs to be installed higher. The water inlet of the spray bar has a inch connector. 可以将自来水与管道连接或者与合适的高压软管连接。 12. Start Up 启动机器 Before start up 启动前的准备 It is important to re-check all relevant points again. This includes: 注意，应当再次检查所有相关部件。其中包括： -Checking all connections (correct position, no leakages etc.) 检查所有接头（位置正确，不存在泄漏的情况等） -Checking all safety devices. 检查所有安全装置Start up (Gravitation system) 启动机器（重力系统） 12.2 Start up (Gravitation system) continued 启动机器（重力系统）（续） Open the cover of the RDF and push the floating sensor for the manual flushing. Check that the flushing works and the nozzles are not plugged. If you find plugged nozzles release the floating sensor and remove the nozzles from the nozzle holder by turning them counter-clock-wise ( turn). 打开 RDF 的护罩，按下浮控阀以便进行手动冲洗操作，检查冲洗作业状况，检查喷嘴是否处于通畅的状态。如果发现喷嘴处于堵塞的状态，则松开浮控阀，并且从喷嘴座上拔下喷嘴，方法是逆时针转动（转动圈）喷嘴。Clean the nozzles and put them back in position. 清洁喷嘴，然后将其放回原位。 PLEASE NOTE: If you do not use automatic water re-fill it is very important that the water level in the pond does not get too low. If the water level gets too low it is possible that the water cannot lift the floating sensor anymore. In that case the RDF will not stop flushing and the spray will continue. In this case we may suggest the owner to remove the floating sensor before their long time travelling. It will dis-function the automatic flushing. 请注意：如果您并未使用自动注水，则必须注意蓄水池中的水位不得过低。如果水位过低，则可能导致水无法接触到浮控阀。这种情况下，RDF 将无法停止冲洗。在这种情况下我们建议所有者在长时间旅行前移除浮控阀，关闭其自动冲洗功能。 Start up General information 启动 - 一般信息 In the first days after the start up it is recommended to check the nozzles on a daily basis and clean them if necessary. 在启动的前几天内，建议每天检查喷雾嘴，并且 在必要的情况下对其进行清洁。 After approx. 2 weeks the flushing frequency should be checked. In clean“ ponds the time between 2 flushing modes should not be less than 15 minutes. If the flushing frequency is too high (less than 15 minutes between 2 time flushing) the flushing time or the sensor level difference can be increased. Maintenance 保养 Before doing any maintenance works the tap water shall be switched off! This results in a poor cleaning of the filter screen and a higher flushing frequen
