1. 钢板和型材要求平直。1. The plates and section steels profiled bar must be straight and flat.用E4303焊条连续焊接,除注明者外,其余焊缝高度均为1015mm。2. Weld continuously with electrode welding rod E4303. The seams shall be 1015mm high unless otherwise specified. 2. 焊后消除内应力,矫正变形,然后加工。3. Relieve the internal stress after welding, rectify the deformation before processing. 4.材料下料加工 。4. Blanking processing.1.热处理HB=156207, Heat treatment HB =156207. 表面淬火HRC=3545。 Surface quenching HRC=3545.2.棱角倒钝。Edges and corners are chamfered. 1. 弹簧性能应符合负载曲线图的要求。1. The spring properties shall be in accordance with the load curves. 2. 弹簧的制造精度等级II级。2. The springs are manufactured to accuracy degree II. 3. 锐角倒圆R0.5。3. Acute angles are blended Round the corners R0.5. 4. 热处理HB290325。4. Heat treatment HB290325.1. 锻件不应有夹层、折叠、裂纹、结疤、夹渣等缺陷。1. No defects such as overlaps,folding, crack, scar or inclusions are allowed for forgings. 2. 加工表面不应有沟痕,碰伤等损坏零件表面,降低零件强度及寿命的缺陷。2. No defect degrading reducing the component strength or service life shall be allowed on the machined surfaces (e.g. grooves, bruise). 3. 经过精加工的配合表面不应有退火现象。3. No annealing phenomenon is allowed on the finish machined matching surfaces. 4. 表面淬火4. Surface quenching . 1. 图中所有润滑管和分配器位置均为示意图,安装时根据实际情况进行布置. 管路尽量少用连接元件,管子的最小弯曲半径为管径的4倍(Rd).弯曲处应 保证油路畅通。弯扁率小于15%。1. The distributors and piping shall be installed as close as possible to the equipment. The pipe clamps shall be provided mounted based on site situations. 4. 管路的安装不得妨碍设备的正常运行和操作维修.5. The piping shall be provided mounted in a way not to interfere the normal operation and maintenance of equipment. 5. 管路安装按(YB9246-92)中的有关规定执行.6. The piping shall be installed in accordance with “Quality Assessment Standards for Metallurgical Mechanical Equipment Installation Works Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Lubrication Equipment” (YB9246-92).6. 定货时, 配管管件长度和管路附件数量在明细表给定的基础上增加15% .7. All signal transmitting parts shall be able to move act precisely.4.试车前应检查所有螺栓有无松动现象,润滑是否到位, 一切正常后才能做空负荷试车;Check all the bolts and lubrication to make sure they are in good conditions before start the no-load test trial run. 4. 设备外部颜色按车间统一规定执行;The external color of equipment shall be in compliance with the standardized requirements of the plant. 5. 设备出厂前应进行预装,调整和试车、检查和消除故障,至运转正常方能出厂;For Prior to delivery, all equipment shall be pre-assembled, adjusted, tested trial run, inspected and trouble-eliminated to make sure they run normally. 1本件可向xxxxxx厂定货。This item may be purchased from XXXXX.2本件采用xxxxxx来加工。This item shall be machined with XXXXX.3本件共制作2件,其中一件按本图制作,另一件以A-A为轴线镜面对称制作。A total of two pieces for this item part, one to be fabricated according to this drawing, the other to be mirrored with A-A as the axis. 1 阀门开闭时转动应灵活,无卡阻现象,阀座锥面与阀盖球面应配合研磨,以保证良好的线接触硬密封及定位。The valves shall move freely during open-close operation. Equalizing lapping rubbing shall be applied for the valve seat taper and the valve cap ball to ensure proper line contact hard sealing and alignment. 2 调节件24中的螺母 M100x4就可调节该图中件12碟形弹簧的压缩量, (理论计算组合弹簧压缩量为36mm) 从而可达到调节阀门密封力大小的目的。其密封力以正好能密封住0.2Mpa的压力为宜。即密封试验压力为0.2MPa时,保压10分钟后其压力降应在0.02MPa左右为宜。密封试验压力增加到最大为0.25MPa时,阀门能自行开启泄漏,以达到安全保护的作用。这时的碟形弹簧的压缩量为最佳。The amount of compression of disc spring (item part 12) may be adjusted by adjusting nut M100x4 (item part 24) (the amount of compression of combined spring is 36mm by theoretical calculation), hence the sealing force of regulation valve is controlled. The sealing force is preferably to seal 0.2MPa, which means when the sealing test pressure is 0.2MPa, the pressure drop shall be about 0.02MPa after the pressure is maintained for 10 minutes. When the sealing test pressure is increased to (max.0.25MPa), the valve shall be able to open automatically to relieve the pressure for safety sake. The amount of compression of disc spring at this moment is the optimum. 3 阀门各法兰连接处应涂铁锚牌604液态密封胶.(上海新光化工厂)。“TIEMAO” 604 fluid sealant (produced by Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Plant) shall be applied at valve flange connections. 4 安装时注意调整氮气吹扫控制用的二位三通杠杆滚轮式机控阀与件58(碰块)的相对位置, 保证阀门在关闭位置时,滚轮不得被压下。For installation, attentions shall be paid to the relative position of Two-position-three-way lever roller valve (mechanically-controlled) mechanical lever limit switch to item part 58 (bumping block) to make sure the roller is not pressed down during valve closing. 5 安装件49(接近开关支架)时,现场在调整好接近开关的感应距离后再焊在底座上,并可通过件5微调感应距离。To install item part 49 (support of proximity inductive switch), first adjust the induction distance of the proximity inductive switch on site. It is possible to tune the induction distance by item part 5. 6 以上各调整要求必须在制造厂完成。All the adjustments must be completed in the manufacturers shop. manufactory1 安装时将杠杆滚轮式机控阀的滚轮与碰块对位后再将件27支架(二)焊接在底座上,同时注意调整件31与碰块的相对位置, 保证阀门在关闭位置时,滚轮不得被压下.For installation, first align the lever roller valve (mechanically-controlled) mechanical lever limit switch to the bump block, then weld item part 27 support (II) to the base, meanwhile adjust the relative position of item part 31 to bump block to ensure the roller is not depressed down during valve closing. 2 件37用于现场制作钢管固定支架用,并将其焊接在底座适当位置,注意不得影响机构动作及安装检修.Item Part 37 shall be used as the fixing support for pipe fabrication on site. Weld item part 37 to the proper position at the base to make sure it will not interfere with the mechanism movement and installation maintenance. 探尺:Gauge rod Stock rod一1. 设备装配完后,应进行试运转,要求各转动部分运转灵活.无卡阻.无异常噪音;各发讯.定位元件能准确动作 ;The equipment shall be tested trial run after assembly to make sure all rotating parts are moving freely without abnormal resistance and irregular noise. and all signaling parts All signal transmitting parts and positioning parts act accurately. 2. 设备装配完后进行压力试验,要求对件22、26(卷筒箱)进行耐压试验,压力为0.25MPa,十分钟无异常为合格。气密试验压力为0.2MPa, 十分钟后压力降不大于0.02MPa为合格 ;The equipment is subject to pressure strength test after assembly. Item 22 and 26 (drum box) shall be tested at 0.25MPa for ten minutes and the test would be considered successful if no irregularity is found after that. For air-tight test, 0.2MPa pressure shall be applied and the test would be considered successful if the pressure drop is no more than 0.02MPa after ten minutes. 3. 设备涂装区分.色标按生产厂统一规定执行 ;The equipment painting identification temperature range and color codes of the equipment paint shall be in accordance with the plant standardized provisions. 4. 设备的安装应符合 YBJ20885标准执行 ;The equipment shall be installed according to YBJ208-85.5. 减速机出轴与卷筒轴之间的同心度误差不得大于0.5mm;The concentricity coaxiality error between reducer output shaft and drum shaft shall be no more than 0.5mm.6. 减速机出轴与电机轴之间的同心度误差不得大于0.2mm。The concentricity coaxiality error between reducer output shaft and motor shaft shall be no more than 0.2mm. 7. 上下箱安装时结合面涂上高温密封胶。For upper and lower box installation, apply high-temperature liquid sealant onto the jointing surface. 二、本件选用减速机ZSY160-56-VII型,仅在减速机的输出轴上加工一螺纹孔M12深35。Reducer type ZSY160-56-VII shall be used, only one screwed hole (M12, depth 35) shall be tapped in the output shaft. 三、(齿轮部分) Gear 法向模数 normal module 齿数 number of teeth 齿形角 nominal pressure angle 齿顶高系数 addendum factor 螺旋角 helix angle 螺旋方向 rotating helix direction 径向变位系数 addendum modification coefficient 精度等级 accuracy class 全齿高 whole tooth depth 齿轮副中心距及极限偏差gear pair center distance and limit deviation 配对齿轮 mating gear 公差组 tolerance set 检验项目代号 inspection item number code 公差(或极限偏差)值 tolerance (or limit deviation) 齿圈径向跳动公差 gear ring radial runout tolerance 公法线长度变动公差 base tangent length variation tolerance齿形公差 tooth form flank profile tolerance 齿距极限偏差 tooth pitch limit deviation 齿向公差 tooth direction axial tolerance 公法线长度 base tangent length 跨测齿数 number of tooth by crossed skip measurement 五、1 对接焊缝进行50%超声波探伤,按JB4730-94中的II级执行,其余焊缝进行50%磁粉探伤,按JB4730-94中的II级执行.The butt welded seams shall be 50% ultra-sonic tested according to Class II in JB4730-94. The remaining seams shall be subject to 50% magnaflux inspection according to Class II in JB4730-94. 2 件号5棱角倒钝后再焊接。Item Part 5 shall be chamfered before welding. 3 孔120H11与图387.03SB0925-28中孔120H11同时加工,其同轴度误差不大于0.02。Hole F120H11 shall be machined together with hole F120H11 in drawing 387.03SB0925-28, and the coaxiality error shall be no more than 0.02. 1. 安装时绝对避免横向碰撞。Lateral collision shall be absolutely avoided during installation. 2. 在安装时B部通过螺栓(或销轴)与A,C部一起吊装,但B部的螺栓(或削销轴)在安装后必须取掉。For installation, B shall be handled slinged together with A and C by means of bolts (or clevis pin with head), but the bolt (or clevis pin with head) of B must be removed after installation. 3. 件8在现场调整合适后拧紧与件9焊死。After on-site adjustment, item Part 8 shall be screwed up tightly and welded to item Part 9. 4. 出厂前应进行气密试验,在0.25MPa压力下保压5分钟,十分钟后压力降不大于0.02MPa为合格 ;不得有泄漏现象。Prior to delivery, air-tight test shall be conducted. Maintain the pressure at 0.25MPa for five minutes without any leakage. 0.2MPa pressure shall be applied and the test would be considered successful if the pressure drop is no more than 0.02MPa after ten minutes. 5. 设备涂装按生产厂统一规定执行。The equipment painting shall follow the standardized provisions of the plant. 堆焊前先按图加工槽,然后再堆焊硬质合金。The grooves shall be prepared before overlay welding of hard alloy. EDCoCr-B-03(GB984-85),堆焊后加热至620C,保温二小时随炉冷却,至200C出炉。硬度HRC44。EDCoCr-B-03(GB984-85),After to be overlay welded ,heat up to 620C and hold for two hours, to be discharged when cooled down in the furnace to 200C. The hardness is HRC44. 按性能等级为8.8 级的标准螺纹加工。To be machined as standard thread with performance rate 8.8. 1. 阀盖升起或下降应灵活不许有卡阻现象,开启阀杆拉力1.5t;The valve cover shall be freely lifted and lowered without sticking exceptional resistance. The pulling force to open the valve stem shall be 1.5t. 2. 强度试验0.340.25MPa压力下保持10分钟,无异常现象;For a successive strength test, it shall withstand 0.340.25MPa for ten minutes without any irregularity. 气密试验0.28MPa压力下510分钟后的压力降应小于5.5kPa0.02MPaFor a successive air tight test, the pressure drop shall be less than 5.5kPa0.02MPa after five ten minutes at 0.28MPa. 3. 所有螺栓必须拧紧不准有松动现象;All bolts must be firmly screwed up. 4. 平衡重的重量根据高炉实际工作压力进行调节;The counterbalance weight shall be adjusted based on actual BF working pressure. 5. 阀组安装好后应保证硅橡胶密封圈的压力变形量为30.2;When the valve blocks are installed, the deformation of silicon rubber rings under pressure shall be 30.2.6. 试验时阀杆必须采取措施不许撬起来,必须压住;For test, provisions must be made to ensure the valve stems rods are firmly pressed down. 7. 件54先与%C530放散管现场焊接后,再与件14(阀座)连接;Item Part 54 shall be connected to item Part 14 (valve seat) after it is welded to %C530 bleeder on site. 1. 焊前预热,焊后回火Preheating before welding and tempering after welding is required. 3.4-M8与有关件配制。3.4-M8 and relevant parts preparation. Machining 4-M8 with relevant parts.2 .件5为堆焊EDCoCr-A-03层,其厚度为4mm, 堆焊基面粗糙度 。9.件1(连接件)由16mm钢板焊成,焊缝打光,见详图。Item Part 5 is overlay welding EDCoCr-A-03 layer in 4mm thickness with material EDCoCr-A-03. The overlay base face roughness . Item Part 9.1 (connecting piece) is made of 16mm welded plates (with seam polished). See the detailed drawing.3. 未注焊缝为角焊缝,焊缝高度等于焊件中最薄件厚度,但最大不超过10mm;The unspecified welds are fillet welds, and the weld height is equal to the minimum thickness of the welding parts (no more than 10mm in any case). 4. 对密封面堆焊应按工厂堆焊工艺规程进行,不得有裂纹、夹渣、气孔等缺陷,堆焊后进行消除内应力的热处理;The sealing surfaces shall be overlay welded according to relevant plant regulations, no defect such as crack, inclusion or porosities is allowed. The heat treatment shall be provided to relieve the internal stress after overlay welding. 5.堆焊所采用的材料应经过试焊,检验其化学和热处理后的硬度(HRC40),其结果应符合要求;The materials for overlay welding shall be tested for chemical hardness and hardness after heat treatment (HRC40). The test results shall comply meet with the requirements. 6.全部密封面不得有刻线,划伤,凹凸等缺陷,(尤其是轴向缺陷),以保证密封。To ensure good sealing effect, no defect (axial in particular) such as scratch, concavo-convex unsmoothness (axial defect in particular) is allowed on the sealing surfaces.1.设备运转应平稳、灵活无异常噪音。8. The equipment shall run smoothly and freely without irregular abnormal noise. 2.减速箱内注N220中极压齿轮油,油量以油标刻度深度为准。Fill the reduction gear reducer box with N220 gear oil up to the oil scale. 3.本卷扬机与DN500除尘器放散阀联动,主令控制器应准确控制该阀开、闭的准确停位。The hoist winch shall be interlocked associated with DN500 dedustor blow off bleeder valve for deduster catcher. The mater controller signal generator cam switch shall be able to control the accurate open and close position of the valves accurately. 4.本卷扬机用钢丝绳型号为8 (19)131550甲镀左同(GB1102-74),钢丝绳长度现场安装时确定。钢丝绳订货见工艺安装图。The steel cables wire rope for the hoist winch shall be type 8(19)-13-1550-I (GB1102-74). The length of cable rope shall be determined during installation on site. For steel wire rope ordering, please see the process installation drawing. 5.安装电机及减速机时,减速机输入轴与电机出轴的不同轴度0.2mm。For the motor and reducer installation, the nonaxiality coaxiality error between input shaft of reducer and output shaft of motor shall be no more than F0.2mm. 6.件23(链条)现场焊接在底座上适当位置处,应能锁紧件21(摇臂)为宜 .Item Part 23 (chains) shall be welded to the appropriate position on the base to ensure item part 21 (rocker-arm) is locked. 8.当停电需打开除尘器放散阀时,用摇臂与减速器高速轴一端连接,手动释放电机制动手柄,手动旋转摇臂打开放散阀,并用链条锁死摇臂。To open the dedustor blow off bleeder valve for dust catcher deduster in case of power failure, connect the rocker-arm to one end of reducer high-speed shaft, relieve the motorized brake handle of the motor manually. Rotate the rocker-arm by hand to open the blow off bleeder valve and lock the rocker-arm with chains. 取下链条反向手动操作摇臂可关闭放散阀。Remove the chain and reverse the rocker-arm movement by hand manually to close the blow off bleeder valve. 来电后必须取下摇臂并手动锁死电机制动手柄,以保证电机正常的制动功能。Once the power supply is resumed, remove the rocker-arm and lock the motorized brake handle on the motor by hand manually to ensure the normal braking function motor. 平时卷扬正常工作时摇臂放置于卷扬机旁边备用。The rocker-arm is put aside winch hoist winch for standby when the winch windlass works normally. 在进行手动操作前,必须确保卷扬机旁操作箱电闸断开,以防突然来电造成人身伤害事故。Switch of the operation box aside the winch hoist winch must be in “off” position before manual operation to prevent bodily injury in case of sudden power “on” -on. 1.此图为联轴器定货图。This is coupling box ordering drawing. 2.此联轴器选用标准(GB5014-85)HL1型(17X52/24X52),只是对A向的半联轴器的轴孔和键槽按图示加工完成。其它零部件均按标准加工供货。The coupling box is standard (GB5014-85)HL1 type (17X52/24X52), only shank shaft hole and keyway of half coupling in “A” direction are made according to the drawing. 1.件42法兰与立柱焊接时应满足上表面圆周方向水平度1/1000, 铅垂度为2/1000。Welding of Part 42 (flange) and column shall meet top surface flatness 1/1000 in circle direction, verticality perpendicularity shall be 2/1000. 2.法兰焊接时应注意炉顶平台上需吊装的位置,该吊车的最大旋转范围为330,并使电动葫芦停机位置在齿轮减速电机上方。Attention shall be paid to handling position on furnace top platform when weld flange, the maximum rotating range of the crane is 330, stop the motor electric hoist stops on over gear reducer motor. 3.件37感应板在接近开关安装调整好之后,再焊接件在件34半防护罩上。Part 37 (induction plate) will be welded on Part 34 (half protective panel cover) after proximity inductive switch is installed and adjusted. 4.件9回转支承和件29齿轮Z=19 应涂抹干油。Part 9 (rotating support) and Part 29 (gear Z=19) shall be greased. 5.旋转吊车应进行空载试车和负载试车:Rotating crane shall be Test trial run without load and with load: 5.1 空载试车要求:吊车梁在要求旋
