Its eyes are _. 3. 用英语谈论各种动物的身体特征。五教学准备: PPT课件 动物卡片 英语教学点读机等五教学过程设计:Step1 Warming- up(3)1. GreetingT: How are you today, boys and girls? (“T”为 “Teacher”,以下简称“T”)Ss : Im fine, what about you ? (“S” 为“Student”,以下简称 “S”)T: Im happy. Im fine, too. Lets play a game, ok ? Ss: ok . T: Game 1: Your and My (Your face ,my face; Your eyes , my eyes ; Your nose , my nose ; Your hand ,my hand- ) Wonderful .T: Game 2: Lets chant. One and Two .(One eye, two eyes ;One ear, two ears; One hand, two hands; One foot, two feet; feet, feet, feet. ). T asks two Ss to the stage to do the chant together. (设计意图:课前热身活动,通过Game,复习my ,your , eye, ear ,nose-为引入新词its做准备 .通过Chant,复习单数和复数名词,为新课中介绍动物的feet ,legs等做准备。)2. Sing a song Head ,Shoulders, Knees and Toes (设计意图:通过表演唱这首歌曲,进一步复习与身体有关的一些单词,为自然引入新课单词做准备。)Step2 Presentation(15)1. T shows a picture of a monkey and says :boys and girls,look at this picture ,please . What is it ? Ss :Its a monkey . T: Yes, its a monkey . We also say : This is a monkey. And please look here, whats this?Ss : Sorry ,I dont know.T plays PPT , and ask : Do you know this word ? Ss: star ,. T: Do you know this word mum ,and how to read this word : arm . Yes ,you are right . It is arm . T ask Ss practice the new word “arm” one by one . T: We know this is a monkey .This is its arm. How about this ?(T use the same way make Ss learn another new words : finger .)2. T shows a picture of an elephant and says :boys and girls,look at this picture ,please . What is it ? Ss :Its an elephant T: Yes, its an elephant . We also say : This is an elephant. And what colour is it ?Is it red? Is it yellow ?. Ss : No ,it isnt . Its_? T shows the PPT ,and ask : Do you know this word ? Ss: green . T: Do you know this word ray (光线) ,and how to read this word : gray . Yes ,you are right . It is gray . T ask Ss practice the word “gray” one by one . T: We know this is an elephant .It is gray. How about its nose ?Ss: It is long .T: Yes, we also say : Its nose is long .(T asks the Ss read the sentence one by one .)T: Now, boy and girls , how about this ? (T指着图片中elephant的leg ,启发学生思考。 )T: Shows the PPT ,and ask :do you know this word ? Ss: let T: Do you know this word :“girl” and how to read this word? Yes ,you are right . It is leg .T ask Ss practice the word “leg ” group by group .T: How about its legs ? Ss: It is strong.T: Yes, we also say : Its legs are very strong . (T uses the same way to make Ss learn the following new word and the sentences : tail Its feet are very big . Its tail is small and short . ) (设计意图:教师通过出示猴子和大象图片创设文本情景,提出问题,引出新单词arm finger gray leg tail,利用自然拼读法,启发学生通过感知,探究,体验读出新单词的正确发音,同时引导学生把单词放入句子Its nose is long. Its legs are very strong中去学习,深入理解语言的结构和语用功能,培养学生积极参与,主动探索的能力,初步形成对词汇的感知能力。)3. Today we learn five new words again ,they are arm finger gray leg tail. Lets play a game: Whats missing ?(设计意图:通过Whats missing?这个游戏,培养学生的观察能力,记忆能力,进一步巩固所学习的新单词arm finger gray leg tail,同时营造轻松愉悦的课堂氛围,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。)4.T shows the PPT and asks: we have learned these words: head hair face eye ear nose mouth hand foot , and today we learn these four words : leg arm tail finger, can you find some rules? Ss: These words are about “body ”. T: Very good ! we can remember in this way .(设计意图:教师引导学生自主积极探究有效记忆英语词汇,引导学生进行思维,分析,推理等方法,得出这些都是关于身体的单词,这样能释放学生的思维,鼓励学生借助回忆,联想,想象,逻辑推理等,主动参与到对未知思维过程中去,掌握了有效地学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力。)Step3 Practice(20) 1.T: Please turn to page 12 and listen to the tape . The first time before you listen, you think about the following question (1) What animal is it ? What colour is it ? Ss : Listen to the tape carefully and then answer the question correctly . T: Play the tape the second time, think about the following questions: (1) How about its nose ? (2) How about its ears ? (3) How about its legs ? (4) How about its feet ? (5) How about its tail ? Ss : Listen to the tape carefully and then answer the question by groups .T: Play the tape the third time and Ss to follow it ,pay attention to the Pronunciation and intonation(语音语调.(设计意图:初步运用听说读的技能,培养学生获取,处理和传递信息的能力。教师共播放三次课文录音,学生前两次带着问题去听录音,是有目的地听,能听得更认真,对课文内容更理解。第三次,在理解课文内容的基础上模仿课文标准录音,训练学生从小说标准流利的英语。)2.T : T shows a toy monkey and says :boys and girls: this time lets talk about other animals ,such as : monkey ,tiger, panda, dog , rabbit - .please take out the toy animals and talk about them in four in 3 minutes . Ss talk about the toy animals in four。(教师分组指导。) (设计意图:教师指导学生利用课前准备好的动物玩具,创设课堂情景,引导学生在具体的语境下开展有效交流,This is a/an - .Its nose is -. Its legs are-. Its feet are-.
