Concept Design Phase方案设计阶段LDI shall complete concept design works on the basis of basic design information provided by the Client and deliver all work results include a Chinese version for government approval. The work result of preliminary design includes:设计方应在业主提供的设计基础资料的基础上完成所有方案设计工作，并提供相应工作成果, 包括一个中文文本用于政府审批。方案设计成果包括：1. Master plan of whole factory;整个厂区的总平面图2. Rendering: one A1 bird view for general layout, one A1 rendering of general layout, two A1 main elevations from different view direction.效果图: 1张A1总平面鸟瞰图，1张A1总平面渲染图，2张A1不同视角的主要立面效果图。3. Architectural layout of individual buildings;各个单体的建筑平面图4. Elevation of individual buildings;各个单体的立面图5. Concept of building structure;结构方案设计6. Concept of water supply and water drainage system;给排水方案设计7. Concept of ventilation and air-condition system;暖通方案设计8. Concept of power supply system;电气方案设计9. Concept of lighting and other electrical work;照明方案设计和其它电气方案设计10. Concept of weak electric work, such as fire fighting control system;消防控制系统等弱电方案设计11. Concept of piping work for utility systems, such as compressed air system if it is needed;工艺管道系统的方案设计，比如压缩空气管道（如需要）12. Concept of environment protection measures;环境保护方案13. Concept of fire fighting system;消防方案设计The concept design may be revised after submitted to the Client. The revision of concept design will be made through discussion between LDI and the Client. LDI should not refuse such kind of revision work or ask for additional payment, at the execuse that additional works are necessary.方案设计提交业主后，将经过一定时间的修改。该修改的形式将是业主方与设计方互动的过程。设计方不能够以工作量与工作时间为理由拒绝或减少对方案的深入的改进工作，或者要求额外的设计费用。The design results including all contents mentioned above shall be supplied by LDI when they finishing concept design. 设计方在完成方案设计时，应提供包含上述内容的设计成果如下：Design documents for government approval: 12 sets用于政府部门的报批的设计文本：12份Chinese and English Version of design documents for The Client: 5 sets提供给业主的中英文版本的设计文件：5份2. Detail Design Phase施工图设计阶段LDI shall complete all design and approval of detail drawings according to the concept design document which approved by the Client and relevant authorities, according to the relevant documents of technical requirements which supplied by The Client and according to the design depth as required by Code. The detailed design content of LDI includes: 设计方应根据业主及有关部门通过的方案设计文件，业主提供的技术要求等相关文件，按照规范的设计深度要求，完成所有施工图设计及施工图审图。设计方的具体设计内容包括：1. Architectural Design建筑设计LDI shall make design for architecture and general layout. The building style and quality standard are requested to reach the requirement of the Client. The design depth and design content are requested to meet the regulation of relevant Chinese Code. 设计方应进行建筑设计和建筑总平面设计，要求建筑式样和质量标准，达到业主的要求。要求设计深度和设计内容满足国家有关规范的规定。2. Structural Design结构设计LDI shall make structural calculation and structural design for all buildings and structures. Besides the special explanation from The Client, the loading of buildings and structure, the requirement of seismic, the basic using limit of building structure are all according to the Chinese Code and Local Code where the Project locates. 设计方应对所有建筑物和构筑物进行结构计算和结构设计。建筑物和构筑物的荷载，抗震要求，建筑物的结构基本使用期限除业主专门说明的外，均按中国国家标准和项目所在地的地方标准实行。3. Electric System Design强电系统设计LDI shall make design for electric system. The design content includes all the electric installation work needed for this project, e.g. transformation and distribution system, lighting system, power supply system and lightening protection earthing system etc. 设计方应对强电系统进行设计。设计内容包括变配电系统，照明系统，供电系统，防雷接地系统等所有本工程所需的电气安装工程。4. Design of Water Supply and Drainage System给排水系统设计LDI shall make design for water supply and drainage system. The water supply and drainage system includes living water, fire fighting water, water for production and rain water drainage system, waste water system and sewage system.设计方应对给排水系统进行设计。给排水系统包括生活用水，消防用水和生产用水，以及雨水系统，废水和污水系统。The capacity of living water shall be calculated according to relevant Chinese Code and local standard. 生活用水量应根据中国的相关国家标准和地方标准来计算。The design for fire fighting water shall fit to the fire fighting water system of whole factory.消防用水设计应满足全厂的消防用水系统。5. Design of HVAC System 暖通空调(Heating Ventilating And Air Conditioning)空调与通风系统设计LDI shall supply design of HVAC system for this project. It should choose low-noise ventilation equipment, the noise of the equipment when it running shall be lower than 65db.设计方应对本工程进行空调与通风设计。在选择通风设备时，应选用低噪声，运转时的噪声应低于65分贝。6. Design of IT System弱电系统设计LDI shall make design for fire alarm and control system etc. 设计方应对自动灭火系统等进行设计。7. Design of Utility System动力系统设计LDI shall make design for compressed air system etc. 设计方应对压缩空气等系统进行必要设计。8. Design of Outdoor Work室外工程设计LDI shall make design for outdoor pipeline, road and landscaping work etc. Outdoor piping & wiring and landscaping elements are one part of landscaping design work.设计方应对室外管线、道路、绿化等工程进行设计。室外管线和园艺小品的设计属于绿化设计的一部分内容。9. Design of detail drawing详图设计LDI shall make design of following detail drawings.为确保工程的施工质量，设计方在施工图设计的基础下，应特别提供如下重要节点的详图：- Constructional detail drawing of waterproofing and insulation on roof-屋面防水与保温的构造详图- Detail drawing of structure and installation method of window, including waterproofing method of window and wall-窗的构造及安装的节点详图，包括窗与墙体的防水构造- Detail drawing of structure and installation method of door, including waterproofing method and detail treatment between doors and floors.-门的构造及安装的节点详图，包括门与室内外地坪构造及防水措施- Detail drawings of faade, inculding waterproofing method, heat and acoustic insulation.-建筑的外墙防水、保温、隔音的构造详图- Detail drawing of floor, inculding acoustic insulation.-建筑的楼面的构造及隔音措施的详图- Detail drawing of pipes, inculding installation method and acoustic insulation.-建筑的管道（风管、水管等）安装及隔音的详图- Detail drawing of waterproofing method for basement.-地下室防水的构造详图- Detail drawing of waterproofing method for shower room.-浴室防水的构造详图- Detail drawing of outdoor road, landscaping and plinth of building.-室外道路、景观、建筑物勒脚等节点的构造- Detail drawing of installation method of IT system.-室内外各种弱电装置安装的节点构造10. Design of decoration软装饰设计LDI shall make design of decoration on the basis of construction drawing, including following details.在施工图设计基础上，设计方应进一步完成软装饰设计，主要包括：- Design of type and arrangement of furniture in each room.-对各房间的家具样式及布置的构思- Design of type and arrangement of visible IT facilities.-对各种可见的弱电工程设备的布置及样式选择- Design of curtains.-对窗帘、帷幔等布艺的设计- Design of type and arrangement of artworks.-对艺术品、画等摆设的布置与选择- Design of type, arrangement and illumination of indoor lights, except special lights. -室内各类照明灯具的造型与布置，包括对室内灯光照明的设计（不包括特殊照 明的设计）- Design of type and arrangement of outdoor artworks and lights, except special lights.-景观工程中的艺术品构思与选择，包括景观工程照明的设计（不包括特殊照明的设计）11. Make the function of IT system clear 对各弱电系统功能定位LDI should make the requirement of IT system and equipment clear, in case the IT system will be modified during design.弱电系统原则上为上述工作内容中所提到的，在设计过程中有可能会发生弱电系统的增加或减少，设计方应提出原则的功能要求以及对设备的选择要求。12. Samples and mockup样品与实样LDI shall supply samples of all decoration materials and main M&E materials. Sometimes design of mockup is needed, especially for main architectural samples. LDI also should take part in sample approval.设计方应对所有的装饰材料及主要安装材料提供样品，对一些主要的建筑材料及节点，提出小样的制作要求。必要时，对小样进行设计。小样由施工方制作完毕后，设计方应参与对小样的审查。The design results including all contents mentioned above shall be supplied by LDI when they finishing detail design. 设计方在完成施工图设计时，应提供包含上述内容的设计成果如下：Detail design drawings for government approval: 2 sets用于政府部门的报批的施工图： 2份Chinese and English Version of detail design drawings for The Client: 8 sets提供给业主的中英文版本的施工图：8份3. As-built Drawing Phase项目最终完工时的最终图纸阶段According to the actual situation of final acceptance of this project and requirements of relevant authorities, LDI shall make as-built drawing and supply all the soft-copy of as-built drawings of this project. 设计方应根据工程最终竣工验收的实际情况，按照相关部门的要求绘制最终完工图并提供所有工程内容的完工图电子文件。The design results including all contents mentioned above shall be supplied by LDI when they finishing as-built drawings. 设计方在完成完工图时，应提供包含上述内容的设计成果如下：As-built drawings for government record: 2 sets用于政府部门的备案的完工图：2份Chinese and E
