A computer for multimedia use.四、教学过程Step 1 Greetings and RevisionLook at the pictures and make conversation:A: Have you ever been to?B: Yes, I have.I went there last year.A:What do you think of it?C: No, I havent. I hope I will go there one day.Step 2 Pre-reading T:There are many kinds of museums in the world.Such as the science museum, the space museum, the history museum and so on.Brainstorm: think of the kinds of museums that you can name. Have you heard of a computer museum, a toilet museum or a tea museum? Today, I will introduce you some. Watch a video. A video about the tea art performance.Talk about the video.环节说明:通过课前老师的介绍导入新课,使学生对即将学习的文章产生新奇感,从而激发学生的学习兴趣,自然而然地引入新课。Step 3 Presentation and Explanation 1. Let students look at the pictures one by one and lead to the target languages.2. Present the following sentences to the students.3. Explain these sentences to the students.4 .Let students read aloud and practise them.*. The most interesting museum Ive been to is the American Computer Museum.多音节词和部分双音节形容词最高级加most构成,前面加the。如: the most beautiful girl *. The old computers were much bigger. much可修饰形容词比较级,表示得多。如: much richer a little, even, a bit也可以修饰形容词比较级。 *. I wonder how much more computer will be able to do in the future. 不知道将来电脑还能够做些什么事情呢。1) wonder 表示“ (对某事)感到疑惑; 想要知道; 想弄明白; 琢磨”, 后面常接由what, how, who 或者if/whether引导的宾语从句。 *It also encourages governments and social groups to think about ways toencourage sb. to do sth. 鼓励某人做某事 e.g. My father encouraged me to take part in the sports meeting. 父亲鼓励我参加运动会。* Watching the tea preparation is just as enjoyable as drinking the tea itself. 看沏茶的过程和饮茶本身一样令人愉快。 -able是一个典型的形容词后缀, 可加在动词之后, 表示“可.的; 能够的”。此处enjoyable(能使人快乐的; 令人愉快的) 便是一例, 再如:drinkable(可饮用的), washable(可洗的), readable(可读的), usable(可用的; 可使用的)等等。环节说明:通过针对性语法训练进一步强化知识目标。教 学 设 计Step 4 Fast readingThree students talk about the most interesting museums they have ever been to.
