What are you?2.课时说明(Period): 共五课时 第一课时:Look and say ( Page8 ) 第二课时:Look and learn& Make and play( Page 3&11 ) 第三课时:Look and say & Say and act(page10&12) 第四课时:Revision ( Page 8-12 ) 第五课时:Workbook & Test3.学情分析(Background study and material analyse) 由于牛津英语是螺旋上升式的课本,所以第三单元以前在1A,1B, 2A, 2B中有所涉及。此单元我们教学体现以旧带新、循序渐进、层层深入的教学思想,通过操练、模仿,到情景中运用所学本单元主要围绕“谈论人物”这一话题,主要涉及询问有关人物姓名、年龄、职业和表达自己的理想。应该说这些内容与学生的生活也比较接近, 导入新授、创设情景也相对比较容易。关键是:在一定的情景中我们如何采用各种不同的、有效的、生动活泼的方法来吸引住学生,让他们在有趣和有意义的情景中学会说、学会用。本单元出现了十几个表示职业的单词,在教学过程中要尽量避免单一的教学方法,不让学生感到枯燥。(另外可以根据学生的具体情况适当补充一些表示其他职业的单词。或让学有余力的学生们课后去收集这类单词,以扩充他们的单词量、锻炼他们的自主学习能力。)4. 目标陈述(Objectives):知识目标:1. 语音:结合Philip, whale等单词,掌握ph-, wh-辅音字母组合的读音规律。2. 词汇:说出并能用确切名词描述人物的职业,理解词义,会拼写.(teacher, doctor, nurse, cook, policeman, fireman , postman, fisherman, postman, ambulance man, policewoman, dentist, shop assistant, bus-driver, waiter, waitress, engineer, manager, boss,)3. 句型:(1)能结合情景用“Whats he/she?”和“What does your father/mother do?”来提问某人所从事的职业,了解两种句型的关系,并学会回答。(2)掌握以动词“Take/Put/Look”开头的祈使句用法。(3)掌握“Are you”句型结构及其回答,理解句子所表达的含义并能灵活运用。能力目标: 1.通过学习一些常见职业类名词,从中发现构词法,如fireman-fireman, policewoman-policewoman; 以及一些特殊复数形式,如postmen.2. 掌握两种询问职业的句型,它们表达的是同一个意思,但注意分析、分辨它们结构上的差异性。(一种是be动词结构,一种是do/does助动词结构)。3. 能熟读、背诵课文中的儿歌,并可进行适当改编。4. 能综合运用本单元的一些主要句型,完成一段介绍家庭成员或朋友的对话和短文。情感目标: 激发学生热爱学习的情感,使他们从小树立远大志向。通过儿歌、对话的形式,了解我们周围从事各种不同职业的人群,培养学生关注周围的人或事,即而学会关心他人。6. 重点难点说明(Focal points and difficulties): 1.能运用已学的一些表达方式,和别人进行问候和作自我介绍,并介绍他人的职业。 2. 会询问并说出某人的职业及父母兄弟的职业,从而激发学生热爱学习的情感,使 他们从小树立远大志向。 Unit 3. What are you?【第一课时】 Look and say ( Page8 )教学任务简述(Task):使用日常交际用语,活用四会句型,进行简单的交流,做到大胆开口,发音正确。按四会、三会的要求掌握所学单词。目标陈述(Objectives): 知识目标: a. Using nouns to identify profession. e.g. fireman, postman, policeman b. Using demonstratives to refer to people. e.g. Whats he/she? Hes/Shes c. 单词四会,句型熟练运用。并加入新的拓展句型:What is your job? What is his job? 能力目标: a. Using nouns to identify profession. b. Using demonstratives to refer to people. c. Free talk. 能够根据所给的小韵律诗,熟读并根据所学进行替换。情感目标: a. Greet people and introduce oneself politely. b. 可以通过学生小诗的学习,进行自己安全教育。如遇火警119,匪警110,事故122,生病120等。培养学生处事不惊的良好品质。重点难点说明(Focal points and difficulties): 重点: a. Using nouns to identify profession. e.g. fireman, postman, policeman b. Using demonstratives to refer to people. e.g. Whats he/she? Hes/Shes c. 单词四会,句型熟练运用,小诗可以自己进行替换。难点: a. Introducing someones profession. b. ( show the picture of Alices father )T: Please guess. ( show the picture cards on the board)T: Alices father is a fireman. Alices uncle is a policeman.2. introduce: a fireman, a policeman3. Ask students to find all the firemen and policemen in the picture on the board. Then introduce: policewoman, an ambulance man. Write the words on the board.玩偶 有效的将生词与情景衔接,在师生,生生互动中学习词汇。 2. Words: firemen policemen policewomen ambulance men1. Use pictures to introduce: firemen, policemen, policewomen, ambulance men. Write the words on the board.2. Draw one fireman on one side and three firemen on the other side of the board. Write: one fireman and three firemen under the relevant picture. Use a different colour chalk to write the “e” between “m” and “n”.将生词与情景衔接,在录音和真实的情景帮助下中学习词汇。 3. learn to say the rhyme1. Play the cassette: Look and say.( play the rhyme only). Students listen.2. Prompt students to work out the meanings of fire and engine. Say: e.g. Look at the fire. This is a fire engine. What colour is it?3. Introduce: telephone one, one, nine by using a telephone and pressing one, one, nine in front of the class. Repeat, as it is the first time students have used telephone as a verb.操练新知听力练习,任务型活动的组织有效帮助学生进行问题的探究Post-task activityMake a new rhyme.Ask students to make a new rhyme like Page8. Underline the fifth and the sixth line using a different coloured chalk. Say: firemen have a fire engine. What have ambulance men got? To elicit: ambulance. Ask: What have policemen got? Prompt your students to say: police car. Write: ambulance beside ambulance men and police car beside policemen on the board.多样的活动使学生在趣味学习中掌握新知。Homework基础:1. Spell the words and copy.提高:2. Spell the words.2. Have individual students come to the desk choose a picture card and match it with a word on the board .3. Take away all the (Word and) Picture cards on the board . Group A do the actions (you show the word cards) and group B makes guesses .e.g. Group A : Whats he/she ?Group B : Hes/shes a/an .2. Continue the game by having Group B ask the questions and Group A answering them . One score for each correct answer. The group with the highest score will be the winner .3. Practise in pairs . Ask individual students to come to the front and ask the question . Hes a doctor .c. 掌握四会单词及句型。能力目标:a. Asking about profession.b. Do a survey in class.c. 能够根据所学简单介绍自己的家人朋友,喜好,职业等。情感目标:Talking about profession.to establish friendly relations with your classmates.喜欢谈论未来的职业。重点难点说明(Focal points and difficulties): 重点:a.Using noun to describe profession. e.g. shop assistant , waiter , waitressb.Using modals to talk about profession e.g. What does your father do ? Hes a doctor.c. assistant 发音。Waiter,waitress的区别。难点:a.Using modals to talk about profession e.g. What does your father do ? Ask a few guided questions to help students understand this question, e.g. Is he/she a doctor ? etc . 3. Play the cassette : Look and say . Students listen and follow in their books .4. Play the cassette again . Students listen and repeat .通过师生练习句型。教师先通过大量的提问让学生能够清楚的感知句子的意思,并作出相应的回答。将句子与情景衔接,在真实的情景帮助下学习词汇并拓展词汇。Post-task activityProduction1. Have students work in pairs to do the roleplay . Invite pairs of students to act in front of the class .2. Ask the students to interview their class- mates and find out what their parents do . Allow ten students to walk around the class at a time . Each have three minutes to interview as many classma- tes as they can and record their answers . Walk around the class and provide assistance whenever necess- ary , especially with the names of jobs .3. Invite individual students to report back . e.g. (name)s father/mother is a .
