摘 要
随着社会的发展、科技的进步,机械行业对专业人才的需求在不断变化,特别是随着数控技术的应用和先进设备的增加,对既有扎实专业理论基础,有会动手的职业技术人才需求越来越多。所以为了深化课程学习,机械课程设计这门课显得特别的重要。通过课程设计这一事件环节,是学生更好地理解和掌握课程的基本理论和方法,进一步提高查阅技术资料、绘制零件图等能力。按照一个简单机械系统的功能要求,综合运用所学知识,并对其中某些机构进行分析和设计。
以设计为主线,分析为设计服务,立足点是机械系统的方案设计,是机械制造工艺与装备设计的新体系。
我们应该能综合运用机械制造工艺学中的基本理论,并结合生产实习中学到的实践知识,独立地分析和解决工艺问题,初步具备了设计一个中等复杂程度零件的工艺规程的能力,能熟练运用有关手册、图表等技术资料,进一步巩固识图、制图、运算和编写技术文件等基本技术,为今后的毕业设计及未来从事的工作打下良好的基础。
