Unit 5 What were you doing when the rainstorm came ? 教学目标:学会并掌握过去进行时态所表达的意思,时态构成和现在分词的构成。学情分析:总体较好,加上一直亲自带又重视时态的应用和训练。教学重点:过去进行时态时态的应用。教学难点:也是时态的应用。教学过程如下:语法、本单元将学习第5个时态-过去进行时态。我们曾经学过现在进行时态(第个时态七年级下)。现在我们用对比的方法 学习过去进行时态。过去进行时态与曾经学过的现在进行时态有许多共性,在恰当的导学案的引导下可进入“独学”程序。因为我们主张:以中等生能真正学会独学内容而不希望增加太多负担。现在进行时态表示1:现在正在发生的动作,常用的时间状语有:now现在,at this time 现在,此时,at noon在中午12点,right now现在,Its 2:51 现在是2:51。(1)Mother is making ( make )soup at this time.(2)Its 3:40, we are reading ( read )books in the classroom.过去进行时态表示1:在过去的某一时刻或某一段时间正在进行的动作。时间状语:at that time 在那时,at nine last night 昨晚九点,from three to four yesterday 昨天从3点到4点, at noon yesterday 昨天中午12点.(1)What were you doing at 11:00 am last Sunday ?(2)He was watching ( watch ) a video from 7 to 9 last night ?两个时态相比:在意思表达上的区别是_.共同点是_.过去进行时态的时间状语实际是哪两个时态的时间状语共同组合?_.现在进行时态还表示2:当一个现在的动作发生时,另一个动作也同时发生,这个动作用现在进行时态。如:look看, listen听, be quiet = keep quiet保持安静。(1)Be quiet, Mr. Yu is sleeping (sleep).(2)Listen, a boy is singing ( sing ) in his room . (3)Look, they are using ( use ) the computers过去进行时态还表示2:当一个过去的动作发生时,另一个动作也同时发生,这个动作用过去进行时态。这样的时间状语用从句表达。如:What were you doing when the rainstorm came ?While Linda was doing her homework, her parents were watching TV “表示1”用时间状语来说明动作正在发生。“表示2”用什么来说明动作正在发生呢?_.两个时态相比:在意思表达上的区别: 一个是_, 另一个_.共同点是_.现在进行时态的构成:肯定句:主语 + am、is、are + 动-ing + 其它He is handing out the food at 11:30.否定句:主语 + am/ is /are not + 动-ing + 其它He is not giving out the test paper.疑问句:Am / Is / Are+主语+动-ing + 其它Is he handing out the food at 11:30? Yes, he is . Is he giving out the test paper at 11:30? No, he isnt.特殊疑问句 = 疑问词一般疑问句的顺序 What is he doing at 11:30 last Saturday ?过去进行时态的构成: 肯定句:主语+was / were + V-ing + 其他We were having a math class from 7:40to 8:20 yesterday morning否定句 主语+ was / were + not + V-ing + 其他We were not having a PE class from 7:40to 8:20 yesterday morning疑问句 Was / were + 主语+ V-ing + 其他Were you having a math class from 7:40to 8:20 yesterday morning?Yes, we were.特殊疑问句 = 疑问词一般疑问句的顺序What were you doing from 7:40to 8:20 yesterday morning?两个时态构成相比共同点是:_.区别是:_ .现在分词是与进行时态连用的动词形式。现在分词也叫动词的ing 形式。构成方法如下:1、 直接在动词之后加ing。play-playing 玩, study-studying学习, sleep-sleeping睡觉2、 以不发音的e结尾的动词,去掉e再加ing。live-living居住, have-having有、吃, excite-exciting激动 .3、 以一个辅音字母结尾,中间只有一个元音字母,末尾的辅音字母发它相对的辅音符号的音,双写这个辅音字母,再加ing 。begin beginning开始,get-getting得到, sit-sitting 坐,put - putting 放置,hit-hitting打,cut-cutting 切,stop- stopping停止, shop-shopping购物,drop-dropping 落下,run-running跑步, swim-swimming 游泳,plan planning计划, win-winning获胜, 4、 以ie结尾的动词,把ie改为y再加ing。lie-lying躺, tie-tying系,捆 die-dying 死写出下列动词的现在分词和意思。lie _ _ enjoy _ _ shop _ _ plan _ _ play _ _ rain _ _swim_ _ eat_ _ dance_ _cut _ _ snow _ _ make_ _ use _ _ study _ _ win _ _时态应用: 1.They _ (read) under the tree now . but at this time yesterday they _ ( dance).2.Look ,the children _( play ) games .How happy they are. But when I came here yesterday, they _ ( learn) math . 3.Keep quiet ! the baby _ ( sleep ). When the babys got home last night the baby _ ( sleep ).4.Its 6:30 now , Jim _ ( get ) up . but Jim _ ( run ) at 6:30 the day before yesterday.5.Listen, a plane _ ( fly ) in the sky .
