There are many other divisions and subdivisions of businesses. Limited company is one of the main types of business companies. The limited companies are totally private and there are no chances for the companies to get help from the government of a country. Employing profit-generating as a criterion of being successful businesses or not, I will list the specific business types related to the limited companies, which are most successful in my hometown. The industry of tourism has flourished throughout my hometown in recent years, which provides the chance for the companies to involve themselves in the fields of all the matters in the tourism businesses. Real estate businesses generate profit from the selling, renting, and development of properties, homes, and buildings. Service businesses offer intangible goods or services and typically generate a profit by charging for labor or other services provided to government, other businesses or consumers. There are also kinds of limited companies which are involved in the dealing of the technologies that are available throughout my hometown, even the whole nation. 2. Which aspects of business interest you most?A: Well, as for me, I concern myself with profitability, which is usually defined by three elements, how much is sold, the features that the product possesses, and the efficiency with which it is produced. An easily remembered hook is “How Fast, How Good and How Cheap”. Actually, for each of these three elements, I believe, there is a Business Excellence tool. “How Fast” can be maximized by using a Lean Manufacturing method, “How Good” can be enhanced by using a Quality Program and “How Cheap” can be optimized by using Rational Management Processes.3. What training would you most like to have in the future?Nowadays, competition for strategy is becoming more and more influential in business field. To some extent, one who wins in strategy gains the market. As a business professional, Id like to have some training in marketing strategy in the future. According to my past marketing experiences, finding ways of building a customer base can be challenging and sometimes even stressful. No matter what sort of business you are in, no doubt competition floods all around. As a matter of fact, you believe your product or service is the best, but the key point is whether and how you can get that message across to the target and potential costumers, which demands planning, imagination, market-sensitivity and creativity, etc. That is to say, an effective marketing strategy is just what you need. Therefore, I come to believe that some practical and effective marketing strategy training is of great importance. 4. Do you think companies should provide training for all staff?Partially but not necessarily. Nowadays, competition in any form in every walk of life has become more fierce than ever before. Companies and individual employees have to strive and keep developing themselves in order to survive in competition. In all, companies shall take a both general purpose oriented and specific target oriented strategy when it comes to train its staff. For one, it is necessary for companies to train all its members about the general objective, principle and creed of the company, team spirits, communicating and negotiating skills, since these are the basis of any kind of successful business. For another, it would be better for staff in companies find their own specialty in accordance with their position and field in the company so that companies can provide more target oriented training for individual division of labor and cultivate different staffs various potential. In this way, the companies not only can keep the training costs within budget and save time and resources, but make best use of the individual advantages and specialty.5. Is it better to attend a full-time or part-time training course?Recently, more and more people, no matter office clerks or managers, are inclined to take part-time training courses. And it has aroused a heated discussion. Some are for it, but others are against it. I claim that taking a part-time training course can be beneficial and harmful.On one hand, taking a part-time training course may help people in many respects. Firstly, it can help them to gain some latest knowledge and financial independence at the same time. With the money they have earned, they can pay for part of tuition and some daily necessities. Secondly, people can explore the knowledge outside the work and accumulate some information on theory and novel information, which will be a perfect preparation for their future competition. And a part-time training course can also help them modify their career orientation.On the other hand, if they cannot balance part time training course and their jobs, the course can become a barrier to their jobs. When part time training courses, which may exert great pressure on people, are done at the cost of their jobs, the courses can affect peoples all-round development. In my opinion, worthiness of a part time training course depends on peoples ability to deal with both study and job itself. I do suggest that we should create more chances to improve ourselves by taking part-time training on the condition that we have finished our work well. BWith the rapid development of society and the rapid rising of our living standard, a soaring number of office clerks, students, even the managers decide to further their education by way of taking training courses. In any case, some people attend the courses full-time, while some do it part-time. As far as I am concerned, a full-time training course is better.A full-time training course is attractive because, on one hand, we can focus on our study. Without the daily routine work and endless assignments, we dedicate ourselves to study. Due to the desire for latest information and technology, a full-time training course requires us to undergo it at our full energy. On the other hand, it takes less time. As the famous saying goes, time is money. For example, a full-time training course can be finished in three months, while a part time training course will last at least half a year, which means that we have to pay more for accommodation, tuition and other fees. Since we can get the certificate after a short period of time, we are much more competitive in todays fierce competition. In order to keep pace with time, Id like to do things effectively.
