If you fail to open the relevant L/C before May 10th, we shall hold you responsible for any loss we may suffer.2.Establishment of L/C开证(1) to arrange to issue/open/establish an L/C 安排开立信用证(2) to make arrangement with sb. to open/establish an L/C 安排某人开立信用证(3) to establish/open an L/C with通过银行开立信用证(4) to draw a draft on sb.向某人开立汇票 Examples:1. Please see to it that you make arrangement with your bank to establish the relevant L/C before May 15th.3. We write to inform you that we have established the L/C with Bank of China in your favor.4. You have authority to draw a 60 days draft on our bank against this credit for the amount of your invoice.3. We accept/adopt payment by D/P at sight. Our usual terms of payment are by L/C. We would like to make payment by T/T in advance.2. On checking up the clauses, we have found the following discrepancies in it.2.,but we regret to say that the following two points do not conform to the terms stipulated in the contract.3.According to the L/C we received, the payment was to be made at 60 d/s. But it should be made at sight as per the contract.
