Action plan should be prepared in the case of opportunity for improvement identified. 调查的结果应由HR专员加以分析并报告人力资源部经理. 如发现有需改善的项目时, 应准备相应的行动计划.Follow-up should be conducted subject to the specific situation till the case is closed. 行动计划实施情况的跟踪应根据实际情况进行. 直至计划完成或取消. 5.3Communication of progress 沟通进度Bulletin board, quarterly employee meeting and other media are to be used to report progress of action to frontline employee. 公告板, 季度员工大会与其他媒介都可用于向员工汇报行动的进度. 6.0Contractor management 承包商管理Emphasis should be place in service, quality and cost. 工作重点集中于服务, 质量与成本.6.1Inquiry and acceptance 询价与接受At least 3 quotations for any kind of service, including outing, cleaning service, car-renting service, canteen service and greenery, etc. before any contract signed. 在决定采用任一服务供应商(如旅游,清洁,租车,快餐及绿化等)前,至少需收到三份报价。HR decides to choose one supplier from those quotations according to quality of service and price. Whole process of supplier selection will be transparent to whole management team.人力资源部根据服务质量与价格选出合适的供应商。整个选择的过程对管理团队保持透明。 6.2Contract management 合同管理6.2.1 Contact should be arranged with validity no longer than 1 year. And 1-month probationary period is required. 合同期一般不超过一年, 并设一个月的试用期. 6.2.2 One-year contract is recommended for food supplier with penalty clause corresponding to any food poisoning case. One special clause should be mentioned: in the event of that supplier fails to ensure sanitary of food preparing process according to site audit, the termination of contract can be done without advance notice. 与快餐供应商的合同一般为一年.如发生食物中毒的赔偿条款应列明.同时合同应明确规定如百特现场审核发现供应商无法保证食品准备过程的卫生时可以即时终止合同。6.2.3 The qualification certificate of supplier should be used as attachment of contract. Any supplier w/o government-approved qualification can not be used despite of low cost. 供应商的资格证明应作为合同附件。无论价格如何,不得使用未经国家认定有资格的供应商。6.3Process management (long-term service) 过程管理(长期服务类) 6.3.1 Food supply: 快餐供应: Site audit to suppliers kitchen is to be conducted by food management committee comprising of employees from different functions bimonthly. 由各部门组成的快餐管理委员会每两个月前往供应商的厨房进行现场审核.Sealed sample of each meal should be quarantined in refrigerator for 24 hours with date label. 每餐均安排封样放置于冰箱冷藏二十四小时. 如发生食物中毒事件作为证据Tableware should be inspected in local epidemic prevention station No Less Than 4 Times Per Year to observe the sanitary of tableware. Any sanitary issue should be solved within one day. And second inspection is required if necessary.食具每年不少于4次送防疫站检测.任何卫生问题应于二十四小时内解决. 必要时进行第二次检测. 6.3.2Greenery supplier: 绿化供应:Regular Communication with supplier is required with respect to pest control, quality of service, etc. 与供应商保持经常沟通, 就害虫管理与服务质量进行完善. 6.3.3 Guard service: 保安服务Night audit and other type of test should be arranged by HR randomly to ensure the proper operation of security guard. 人力资源部应安排随机夜查或其他检查, 以确定保安在夜班的工作质量. HR personnel should conduct training for all New guard on company regulations, And Ensure Them Howe Auopted Fire Fighting Skill First Aid Skill Training and greeting manners.人力资源人员应给门卫新人员安排培训. 内容为公司政策 , 待客礼仪等.并保证所有门卫都接受过防火技术、急救技术等培训。 6.3.4Cleaning service supplier 清洁服务HR officer or onsite cleaning leader of vendor should review the cleaning items every half-year and audit the performance of cleaning staff on weekly basis. Communication should be done between HR personnel and leader of cleaning staff regularly regarding quality of service, OT arrangement, and other service requests. 人力资源部人员应每半年审核一次清洁项目.并由人力资源专员或驻厂清洁领班每周检查清洁工的工作绩效人力资源部人员应与清洁工领班定期沟通服务质量问题, 加班安排问题与其他服务要求HR should arrange safety behavior training for all cleaning staff and observe their site behaviors to ensure their compliance status. Those unable to comply with Baxter requirement should be returned to supplier at once. 人力资源部应为全体清洁工安排安全行为培训并观察其现场遵守情况.不能遵守百特要求的清洁工应及时退回供应商. Short-term service refers to the above practices. 短期服务参照以上的做法. All employees of suppliers should follow up Baxters regulations strictly. 所有供应商的员工应严格执行百特的规定.7.0Regular in-plant site visit 每天厂内现场检查To ensure proper operation of ER facility and ER service, HR officer or HR clerk should conduct regular site visit on daily basis. 为保证员工关系相关设施的正常使用, 服务的正常开展, 人事专员或人事文员应每天进行常规现场检查. 检查重点: 7.1.1 Damage occurred to ER facility (toilet-pot and seat, sports facility, canteen & coffee room facility, greenery water pipe, etc.). Status of table tennis ball, basketball, chess, coffee cups, computers, and so forth should also be checked to ensure prompt replacement or repairing. 员工关系设施(厕所器具, 运动设施, 餐厅和咖啡室设备, 绿化用水管等)有无损坏.乒乓球, 篮球, 棋类, 咖啡杯, 电脑等的状态亦应进行检查以及时更换或修理. 7.1.2 Improper storage, use of PPE (clean room garment, shoe cover, hairnet, safety boots, respirators, etc.) and their current status (cleanliness, zipper quality, and so forth) 劳保用品(如工作服, 鞋套, 发帽, 安全鞋及呼吸保护器等)有无不恰当的存放, 使用及当前的状态(是否清洁, 拉链质量如何等) 是需要改进.7.1.3 Insufficient greenery efforts (wild grass, naked earth, long grass) 绿化工作有无未落实之处(长野草, 裸土, 草过长等.) 7.1.4 Housekeeping issues 厂区环境管理7.1.5Other issues 其他7.2Action on findings 针对发现落实行动Any finding should be corrected according to priority. In case of those long-term and cross-function items, HR should issue Improvement Requirement (as per appendix I) to relevant dept. to ask for action plan/phasing plan and the requirement should be returned to HR and kept in file. 所有现场发现应根据优先顺序加以整改.如果涉及长期性跨部门的问题,人力资源部应向相关部门改善请求单,要求相关部门提出行动计划/阶段行动计划. 并由人力资源部归档. 8.0Visitor accommodation 来访接待8.1Normal Preparation 一般准备: HR and administrative staff should arrange the following whenever there are internal or external visitors (from hospital, distributor, government, key supplier and other legal entity of Baxter) who have official appointment with Baxter Suzhou:当有来自于医院, 经销商, 政府,关键供应商或其他百特机构的访客按与百特苏州的正式约定前来时, 人力资源与公司行政人员应作好以下物品/表单的准备:1)Greeting board with name of visitors欢迎牌注明来访者姓名2)Banner w
