I am very pleased to share you with the third batch of national key scenic spots, Yuanyang Stream- Baishui Stream. The Yuanyang symbolizes nice and love, I believe that Baishui Stream will give you a memorable impression .Baishui Stream locates in Pingnan County , the Pingnan is under control of Ningde City , Fujian Province . It covers an area of 1491 square kilometers with its population amounting to 190,000 .Its said that there was a man, named Huize Cheng. He became a dragon because he swallow the Pearl of the dragon . He opened three hundred acres farmland for local people. When he was ready to fly to the East Sea , he wanted to do something for people. so he swept out the a part of farmland with his tail. After that, people led a happy and peaceful life. But a local tyrant colluded with the local magistrate and occupied the land. These things had known by Monkey King , who lived in the Water Curtain Cave . Overnight , Monkey King moved all fields to the Water Curtain Cave. Since then, the remains became a smooth stone bed. And that is Baishui stream. Yeah, our famous Baishui steam.Now we have come to shangyang. Shangyang is like a natural surfing slide . It is more than 60 meters wide and nearly one hundred meter long. Look, sun in the sky, people who wear swimming suits lie in stones . Surfing in the stream is different from surfing in the sea . It is very enjoyable and special to surf in the stream. I would like you to have a try. You should be careful when you are surfing. There is a gap between shangyang and zhongyang .And it forms a waterfall that is more than 50 meters wide and more than 8 meters long. The waterfall is like a necklace that makes baishuiyang more beautiful and pure. Baishuiyang divides into 3 parts, and that is shangyang zhongyang and xiayang. The most spectacular is zhongyang. Zhongyang is more than 200 meters long and 150 meters wide. The area is more than 30000 square meters. In the summer, all of tourists enjoy walking in the stream. If you want to walk in the river, you had better to wear socks that can prevent from slipping. Now experts are designing red army straw shoes in the brand of baishuiyang .It is made from straw and flax. It can cut down costs and protect the environment. The shoes also can bring home as a wonderful souvenir. When you walk in the river, you will fell cool. It is good for our health because there is rich in mineral substance in the river . Since 1922, there is a worldwide and annual water game during summer. There are many activities, including group gyms, tae kwon do, martial arts and dragon dance. I know that the dragon is evil in China. But our dragon is different from western dragon. Our dragon is symbolized fortune. In the ancient times, people believe that dragon king can bring rain to them so they can have a great harvest. The dragon is beautiful and special. Let me show you. Usually five to nine dragons danced together because in China the number five and nine stand for good luck and nobility. This is the body of dragon. The chief color is red and black. It has brown horns and hundred-teeth. It sounds impossible and suprising. But its true. Then you can see that, an old and prestigious men is standing under the part of dragon head and the others are behind the old men. They are working together and let dragon move. They will light torches and fire cracks. It is very funny and lively. The performance is amazing. Ok, now we are approaching tea garden and orchard. Now I want to ask you some questions.
