摘 要
往复式给煤机在我国煤矿,选煤厂及其它行业应用已几十年。生产实践证明,给煤设备的可靠性,直接影响整个生产系统的正常运行。现有的往复式给煤机具有生产能力小、安装和拆卸不方便、受力不均匀等缺点。
给煤机设计的目的是通过综合运用自己所学的专业知识,进行本工程设计的实践,培养学生的创新意识和综合运用所学知识的能力,提高学生的机械设计和工程实践能力。先通过设计计算给煤机的主要运动部件即给煤槽的运行速度和所受的运行阻力来求得电动机功率。用电动机功率来设计减速器。然后在设计出曲柄连杆机构,给煤槽,拖滚组件等主要运行部件。最后设计给煤机箱体,传动平台等辅助部件。最后完成给煤机的总体装配。在本次往复式给煤机的设计过程中,着重对减速器、传动平台、曲柄连杆机构、托辊进行了分析和设计。对重要的部件进行了受力分析、强度的校核,根据其常见失效形式、影响因素及基本设计要求,给出了重要部件的受力分析、强度和刚度的设计方法。
通过本次综合实践和课程设计,让我体会到了以往在学习过程中所存在的缺陷和不足,让我对大学四年所学到的知识有了更深入更理性的认识。
