SILOPI 1X135MW Asphaltite Fired Power Plant1 General概述This unit is fitted with the SIEMENS PLC controller together with other matching electric appliances like imported contactor、thermal relay、air switch and air switch，ensuring safe running of unit. In order to realize dependable operation of unit ,PLC is fitted with reliable program controlled system having application function up to current advanced level among the same trade. This unit is characterized by self-operation ,safety and dependability. 本机组电气控制系统采用德国SIEMENS公司提供的PLC控制器，其他电器配套有进口接触器、热继电器、空气开关和三相电源监测器，可确保机组安全运行。为了使机组可靠运行，电脑配置了完善的程序系统，应用功能达到目前同行业先进水平。本电脑通讯端口采用RS-485信号标准的9针D型连接器，并符合EN50170所定义的PROFIBUS工业现场总线标准，实现计算机联网监控。本机组有节能，自动运行，安全可靠等特点。This operation instruction is applicable for the operation of Jirong water chillers of LRSFZ type.本操作指南适用于LRSFZ型风冷冷（热）水机组的操作运行。2 Preparation before start-up开机前准备Make the following checks carefully before start-up:机组启动之前必须认真检查以下几项内容：Examine the electrical system (de-energized):电气系统的检查（断电检查）：The internal parts of de-energized electrical system can be checked. the checked items cover the tightness of bolts for wires、contactor etc, screwing-up of wiring for comp and reliable connection of plugged in components and PLC module,(confirm if they come loose during transportation) to make sure contact well.在确定机组断电情况下，可对电控系统内部进行检查。主要检查导线、接触器等元件的螺丝接头是否紧固，星三角启动的接线方法是否正确（请参见随机图纸），压缩机接线是否牢固，各接插件及PLC模块连接是否牢固（是否有运输过程的松动）以确保接触良好。Examine the unit机组的检查See if all the valves and safety locks are open, confirm if the controller with manual reset is at the reset state.所有安全锁和阀门是否打开，带手动复位的控制器是否已经复位。Energize the system for examination:通电检查：Make the circuit breaker inside the unit to be at OFF state, and then energize the system with AC380V5% power supply having voltage difference rate between phases 3%, at this time , if the system is normal, the indicator for computer should response to this. Start the contactor of supply fan or condensing fan , then initiate the main power supply of supply fan and condensing fan check whether the phase order is in compliance with that of this unit, otherwise, change the phase order in the exterior power supply.将机组内部断路器置于OFF状态通入AC380V5%，三相不平衡度3%的电源，通电后电脑指示灯应有反应。如无反应则检查相序是否与本机相序相符（内部有三相电源监测器），请在总电源调换相序。再接通冷凝风机主电路，检查冷凝风机转向，通常冷凝风机相序与三相电源监测器相序同步。Prior to start of unit, the comp crankcase should be pre-heated for 8 hours.机组启动之前，要求压缩机曲轴箱预加热8小时。3 How to operate computer电脑操作方法The touch display screen and its display触摸屏面板及显示说明：The display language adopt English version. You can check information and change parameter easily according to requirement.所有画面均采用英文显示。您可以根据需要查看信息和修改参数。The model of touch screen adopted is KTP178, which is manufactured by SIEMENS corporation. When touch screen is powered, the power indicating light is on; the operation indicating light flash. When you do not touch the screen a definite period, the screen will enter energy-saving status (background light will be off), if the touch screen is touched again, background light shall be turned on and display picture.此触摸屏为SIEMENS公司所产的KTP178，当您在一定的时间内没有触摸屏幕，屏幕将会进入节能状态，关闭背光灯，此时只需再次触摸屏幕，即可打开背光灯，正常显示画面。Operation method 操作方法After the system is checked, the power-supplying method meet requirement, the connection is right, can enter startup and operation. First check the switch of PLC controller whether or not on “run” status (setup when ex-work), make controller enter operation status, the indicating light of PLC will on. After being powered, the power indicating light is on, the operation indicating light flash. The main picture appear, displaying the current unit status, time temp. and other measuring value.系统检查完毕，供电方式能满足要求，接线无误，可进入开机操作。首先检查接通机组内部断路器，PLC控制器上的开关是否拨到“RUN”位置（出厂设置），使控制器进入运行控制，电脑指示灯亮。当触摸屏通电有显示后，即可出现初始屏幕，显示机组的软件编号，再触摸屏上任意位置出现主屏幕，显示当前机组状态、时间和温度。触摸“开/关”后显示“开机状态”就表示开机运行，同样触摸“开/关” 后显示“关机状态” 就表示关机。如果机组有故障将出现报警信息。具体显示主屏幕如下：Local ON/OFF control 近控机组启停控制After touch the “ON/OFF” menu, the following picture displays:触摸“ON/OFF”后，显示如下画面：Touch the menu“LOCAL CONT. ON/OFF”, “Unit RUN” displays, it means the unit has been started-up，to stop the unit, touch the“LOCAL CONT. ON/OFF”, then“Unit STOP”displays, it means unit is stopped.触摸“LOCAL CONT. ON/OFF”后显示“Unit RUN”表示开机运行，同样触摸“LOCAL CONT. ON/OFF”后显示“Unit STOP”表示关机。操作完成后应尽快退出该画面，以避免误操作。Export water temperature set:出水温度设定：The following picture shall be display after the“Temp. SET” has been touched.触摸“Temp. SET”后显示如下画面：The set range of Chilled water temperature is 515，default value is 7;the set range of Hot water temp.set is 3550,default value is 45。By mean of the“Remote/Local CONT. select”menu to select local or remote control.触摸所显示的数字便可更改设定值。制冷出水温度可调节范围： 515，缺省值为7；制热出水温度可调节范围：3050，缺省值为45。触摸“Remote/Local CONT. select”，可以选择机组为近程控制还是远程控制。Work SET工厂设定Touch the “Work SET”，and then input correct users and password, the following picture displays:触摸“Work SET”，输入正确的工厂密码后，显示如下画面：To avoid failure occurs, dont change the work set value randomly.工厂设定的参数对机组可靠的运行有很大影响，请勿随意修改。Input/output status(I/O status)输入输出状态Touch the “Work SET”，and then input correct users and password, the following picture displays:The I/O status is something that display the current input/output status of PLC controller interface points, can get to know the working status of each component by interface status. Touch “IO State”， the following picture shall be display：输入输出状态是显示PLC控制器各个接口点的输入输出当前状态，用户可以根据这些输入输出点的状态来排除故障或了解机组运行情况。触摸“IO State”，显示如下画面：Touch “Input State”， the following picture shall be display：触摸“Input State”，显示如下画面：“OFF” means no point input and “ON” means value have been input“OFF”表示输入点没有输入，“ON”表示输入点有输入。Touch “Onput State”， the following picture shall be display：触摸“Onput State”，显示如下画面：“OFF” means no point output and “ON” means value have been output.“OFF”表示输出点没有输出，“ON”表示输出点有输出。Temperature adjustment and Compressor accumulated operation time温度校准功能及压缩机累计运行时间Touch the “Para. Adjust”，and then input correct users(US) and password（12345678），the following picture shall be appears：触摸“Para. Adjust”，输入正确的用户名（US）和密码（12345678）后，显示如下画面：Touch the“Temp. Adjust”,the following picture shall be display:触摸“Temp. Adjust”，显示如下画面If the temperature displayed by computer have some difference from the temperature measured by instrument, it can be adjusted. For example, if the display temperature is 1.0 degree lower than that of the instrument measured, then input 1.0, if it is 1.5 degree higher than that of the measured, then input -1.5.触摸所显示的数字便可更改。当电脑显示的温度和用仪器测出来的温度有差距时，可以校准。例如：当电脑显示的进水温度比仪器测出来的温度低1.0度，那么进水温度校准1.0度，同样当显示的出水温度比仪器测出来的温度高1.5度，那么出水温度校准-1.5度。Touch the“Clock. Adjust”，显示如下画面：Defrost Temp.&Defrost SET除霜温度及除霜参数设定In heating operation state, frost shall be appear on the coil surface, and after a certain time running, the frost shall be turned thicker and thicker, and the heat transfer shall be prevented greatly, so the coil need to be defrost. Our system adopts periodical defrost, when the probe temperature reach to the set value , or the time is to startup, the defrost shall be startup; while when the probe temperature reach to the set value to stop, or the time is to stop, the defrost shall be stop and the unit shall be in normal heating mode running.除霜是在制热运行状态，盘管的表面就会开始结霜，持续结霜导至霜层越来越厚，势必防碍空气流经盘管，这就减少了热量传递，因而严重地降低了系统效率，所以要进行除霜。本系统采用是周期性除霜法。当除霜探头温度已经到了除霜开始温度，并且除霜周期时间已到，此时开始进入除霜，当除霜时间或除霜探头温度到了除霜结束温度时，退出除霜过程，转入正常的制热运行。Press the menu “Defrost Temp.”, the following picture displays:触摸“除霜温度”，显示如下：Press the “Defrost Set”, after input user password(12345678), the following picture displays, user can change the parameters if need.点按“除霜设置”键，输入正确的用户名和密码后，显示如下：用户可以根据的需要来修改以上参数。 Parameter default value Min. value Max. value 参数类型 默认值 最小值 最大值l Cycle time of defrost(Minute)3010 50除霜周期时间（分钟） l Defrosting duration(Minute) 5 110除霜时间（分钟） l Startup temperature() -2-1010除霜开始温度（） l Stop temperature() 18 1425除霜结束温度（） Heating/cooling switchover制热/制冷切换By the heating / cooling switch on the unit, switchover of cooling and heating mode can be performed. 机组的制冷和制热切换是由机组上冷/热转换开关来实现的。4 Failure alarm故障报警Unsafe factors occurred to the unit can make the control system send out alarming indication, prompting you to take corresponding protective measures to ensure safe operation. In addition, fault types being visually displayed urge user to make maintenance.当机组出现任何不安全因素时，控制系统都会给予报警，同时采取相应的保护措施，确保机组的安全运行，并通过触摸屏能直观的看到故障类型，提示用户进行修复。Alarm picture appears弹出报警画面If failure occurs, the corresponding measurements shall be taken, at the same time, the following picture shall be displayed：当机组出现故障时，首先采取相应的保护措施，同时弹出如下画面：The failure message is displayed on the screen to facilitate judge and deal with the failure.提示出当前机组有故障，以方便进行故障判断及处理。Failure message display故障信息显示To understand the current failure, touch “Alarm Messa”，in the following picture, the failure message is displayed clearly, after the failure removed, touch “Alarm Reset” to start-up the unit, otherwise, the unit can not be running if there is alarm message exist：为了了解当前的故障信息，触摸“Alarm Messa”，显示故障住处画面，可以清楚地显示当前的故障信息。如果出现报警故障，请在排除故障后按“Alarm Reset”，使机组能够正常运行。否则，在有报警显示下，机组将不能正常运行。Failure messages in the system:系统的故障： a. WaterPump O/L (Over Load)：This failure is caused by heat relayer protection tripped and the input is CPU226 I0.0; Failure removal: Check if the provided power supply, current and the motor are normal or not.WaterPump O/L (Over Load)：来源于水泵电机过热继电器，故障原因可能是运行电流大于额定值引起热继电器跳脱保护，输入点为CPU226 I0.0；排除方法：检测供电电压、电流是过载、电机是否发热。b. FLOW-Switch Protection：The failure is protection from flow switch which may be caused by insufficient water flow rate or air filled in the water pipe, the input is CPU226 I0.1; Failure removal: Check the water in pressure and then discharge the water.FLOW-Switch Protection：来源于水流开关的保护，故障原因可能是水流量不足、水管有空气造成水泵短暂缺水，输入点CPU226 I0.1；排除方法：检测机组进水压力、排空。c. Frost Protection：This failure is caused by water out temperature is lower than 3, which may be occurred by too low waterflow , insufficient water, the input is CPU226 I0.2; Failure removal: Check the water out situation.Frost Protection：原因出水温度低于3，可能出现的原因是水流偏低、缺水，输入点CPU226 I0.2；排除方法：检测出水状态。d. USER F. Interlock：This failure may be happed because of poor joint of the USER F. Interlock and the input is CUP226 I0.3.USER F. Interlock：与用户火灾或急停连锁控制，如用该点未连接或接触不良，将造成该故障出现，输入点CUP226 I0.3。e. Comp.1 O/L：Such failure is caused by overload of compressor and protection of motor, reasons including inordinate operating current, too high high-pressure, overheat inside compressor, insufficient refrigerant, poor cooling effect and action of motor, the input is CPU226 I0.7；Failure removal: Measure the current and check the operating pressure.Comp.1 O/L：故障来源于压缩机过载和马达保护模块，原因是运行电流大于额定值，高压运行压力过高，压缩机内部过热，马达保护模动作，系统制冷剂偏少，电机冷却效果差等，输入点CPU226 I0.7；排除方法：测量运行电流，检查运行压力是否满足要求。f. Cond. Fan1 O/L(Over Load)：This failure is caused by heat relayer protection tripped and the input is CPU226 I1.0; Failure removal: Check if the provided power supply, current and the motor are normal or not.Cond. Fan1 O/L(Over Load)：故障来源于原因是运行电流大于额定值，输入点CPU226 I1.0；排除方法：测量运行电流，检查是否满足要求。g. Comp.1 H/P：Such failure is occurred by high pressure switch tripped, Reasons including operating pressure too high, superfluous refrigerant, condensing fan reversal, environmental temperature too high, the input is CPU226 I1.1；Failure removal：Measure the system and check if the operating pressure is too high or not.Comp.1 H/P：故障来源是高压开关跳脱，原因是由系统运行压力过高、制冷剂过量，冷凝风机返转，环境温度过高等，输入点CPU226 I1.1；排除方法：测量系统运行压力是否过高。h.
