NO.WI-PFAC-015Equipment Maintenance Management設備保養維護管理辦法PAGE NO.2 OF 16VERSION1DATE10/01/20031.0 purpose目的in order to make the equipment be operated correctly and maintained reasonably to keep the equipment running in a normal way and reduce the accident 為了使設備有正確的操作方法及合理的保養與維護,以確保設備保持正常狀態,減少發生意外事故.2.0 scope 適用範圍all the equipment in the factory(except the SMT machine) 本廠內設備(除SMT機器外).3.0 responsibility責任3.1the electricians of the ADM will be in charge of the maintenance and repair(except the SMT machine)管理部電工負責保養及維修(除SMT機器外). 3.2the people at present of each unit must execute and maintain by the requirement各單位現場人員必須按要求去執行并加以維護. 4.0 content內容4.1 electric apparatus 電气設備:4.1.1the electrician of the ADM will be in charge of the check and measure in date(form one)定期檢查測量由管理部電工負責(記錄表見附件一).4.1.2 check and measure the electric apparatus and fill the “electric apparatus season check form”每季度檢查測量電气設備並填寫 SUBJECT：主題DOC. NO.WI-PFAC-015Equipment Maintenance Management設備保養維護管理辦法PAGE NO.3 OF 16VERSION1DATE10/01/2003 4.1.3 maintain the generator by the “generator air pressure machine operation and repair management”按照對發電机空壓机實施保養.4.14 the people at present should notify the electrician of the ADM if find the abnormality (creepage, no power or burnt taste, etc.)in the course of operation.現場人員在使用過程中若發現有異常(如漏電,無電或焦气味等),要立即通知管理 部電工維修.4.15 If the use unit needs to change the joint or increase the plug, and so on, the electrician of ADM will fix together. It is forbidden to push and join the power supply without permission. 使用單位若需改接或增加插座等,由管理部電工統一安裝,嚴禁自行私拉亂接電源.4.16 the electrician should operate by the international standard when ration the power.管理部電工在配電時要按照國際標準化作業.4.1.7 in the course of using the electricity, it should be paid attention if the pressure used is the same with the one that demanded by the apparatus.(such as 110Vand 220V).用電單位在使用過程中要注意所使用電壓要與設備所需電壓相符(如110V和 220V). 4.2 gas supply system:供氣系統:4.2.1 air-pressure machine, dry-machine, the pipe will be checked and maintained by the electrician in date.SUBJECT：主題DOC. NO.WI-PFAC-015Equipment Maintenance Management設備保養維護管理辦法PAGE NO.4 OF 16VERSION1DATE10/01/2003空壓機,干燥機,管路由電工定期檢查保養.4.2.2 if the people at present should notify the ADM right away when hear the gas leak, or the air pressure is not enough(less than 5Kg/cm2).現場人員若聽到有漏气或气壓不足(低于5Kg/cm2)要立即通知管理部電工處理.4.2.3 the alarm of the low air pressure is 6kg/cm2, it is forbidden to change the result for the none-electrician without permission. the power supply should be kept normal and the switch should be kept shut, the people at present should notify the electrician of the ADM right away when hear the alarm.(air pressure record form two)低气壓報警器設定值為6kg/cm2,嚴禁非電工人員隋意改動設定值,并要保持電源常通和開關常閉,現場人員聽到警鈴響時,要立即通知管理部電工(气壓記錄表見附件二).4.3 water supply system供水系統: 4.3.1 the sluice pool and the pressure-increased pump will be spot-inspected bythe electrician and maintained in date, the hot and cool water should be supplied to the workshop during the 24 hours.(form three: drinking machine check and maintenance record)蓄水池和增壓泵由電工不定時巡視,定期性保養,車間內保持24小時供應熱水和冰水(飲水機檢查記錄表見附件三) 4.3.2 the people of each unit should notify the electrician right away to repair if find aleak, etc.各單位人員若發現有漏水等,要立即通知電工進行維修處理.SUBJECT：主題DOC. NO.WI-PFAC-015Equipment Maintenance Management設備保養維護管理辦法PAGE NO.5 OF 16VERSION1DATE10/01/20034.3.3 The user should use the tap and switch correctly and save water.使用者要正確使用水襲頭和閘閥并要節約用水.4.3.4 Electricians check and rectify drinking machine wire to avoid hurting people電工每日檢查整理飲水機線材防止線材凌亂造成人員傷害。4.3.5 Electricians check the storage box of the drinking machine to avoid water aleak to hurt people.電工每日檢查飲水機儲水箱是否漏水防止造成人員傷害。4.3.6 Wash the filtration core of the drinking machine, and change it every two weeks and fill the apparatus maintenance repair record.每周清洗飲水機濾芯，每兩更換飲水機濾芯並填寫設備維修保養記錄表。4.3.7 The sluice bucket of the drinking machine should be washed once three months純水機蓄水桶每3個月清洗一次 4.4 air conditioner空調設備:4.4.1 The air conditioner will be maintained, repaired and checked.(attachment four)空調由廠務人員保養維修檢查.4.4.2 The internal temperature should be kept between 20-30centigrade, except the SMT, electronic house, important house, the central air conditioners in others can be opened only when the temperature is over 27centigrade. The none-operation people are forbidden to operate the air conditioner.室內溫度一般保持在20-30之間,除SMT電子倉貴重倉外,其余室溫高于SUBJECT：主題DOC. NO.WI-PFAC-015Equipment Maintenance Management設備保養維護管理辦法PAGE NO.6 OF 16VERSION1DATE10/01/2003270C時才開中央空調,非操作人員嚴禁操作空調.4.4.3 Except the SMT, electronic house, important house, the central air conditioner can running between AM7:30-PM17:00, in the weekend, the cir conditioner can be opened according to the overtime people.(commonly over five people and the temperature is over 27centigrade)除SMT電子倉貴重倉外,中央空調工作時間為AM7:30-PM17:00,周六周日根据加班人員數量适當開啟空調.(一般要在5人加班以上且室溫超過270C才可開空調). 4.5 ESD line ESD線路: 4.5.1 the ESD line will be spanned, maintained, and checked by the electrician of the ADM all together.ESD線路由管理部電工統一架設保養維修. 4.5.2 the people at present must check the static hand-circle, if find abnormality, should notify the electrician of the ADM to maintain or change. It is forbidden to disconnect and meet. When use it, it is should be prevented to make the bare space touch the equipment. 現場人員所戴靜電手環上班之前必須測試其好壞,若有羿常要通知管理部電工維修或更換,嚴禁自行拆下和亂接,在使用中要預防裸露處與設備靠接. 4.5.3 the static monitor(MK_8406) will record the data about the line it tested in 24 hours, the checker should check the data of each day to see if the monitor shows OK or FAIL(the standard result is between one to one hundred ), if find abnormality, notify the electrician right away to repair.SUBJECT：主題DOC.
