1.HealthyAt the beginning ,lets look some images .When it comes to health ,those images what is the Definition of health ?At the time of the creation of the World Health Organization (WHO), in 1948, health was defined as being a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.In 1986, the WHO, in the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion, said that health is a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities. 2.Health ProblemNowadays, healthy problems became more and more serious. Junk foodSmoking Reduce weightDo not eat on time 3.Healthy LifestyleIf we have health lifestyles,it will be quite easy for us to keep health.What is the healthy lifestyles? EatEveryone knows a good eating habit is very important for us .The food served on your platter is indicative of your lifestyle. The healthier the food, the healthier will be your lifestyle.In order to keep health ,we should prefer well cocked food and fresh fruit to obtain balanced nutrition.In addition,have a meal on time is very important.If you are into junk food and unhealthy eating binges, you are incurring risk on your health. Avoid using vehicles as much as you can.SportSport is the primary and the most vital aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Walk, run, play, swim, climb, jump do all those activities that will keep you physically fit.If your job requires long hours of sitting, take frequent breaks, get up often and stretch. Do not let laziness shroud your body and mind. Clean house, do gardening, go cyclingthere are various simple active ways to lead a healthy lifestyle.Keep cleanAs a common saying, cleanliness is next to godliness. Maybe! But it certainly can induce healthiness around you. Keep your surroundings clean. Cleanliness can create a healthy and positive ambience that is so very essential to a healthy lifestyle. Neat and well organized places are conducive to healthy mind and body; and in turn to a healthy lifestyle. Think positiveHealthy mind is an imperative for healthy lifestyle.
