YJ-165型单动式液压电缆剪刀设计
摘要
在能源,交通,冶金,化工,矿山及其他行业的设备安装工作中,装剪大规格电缆比较困难;有些电缆安装在空间非常窄小的地方无法用加长力臂或用其他的方法剪断电缆。电缆剪是一种专门用于剪切电缆的剪钳,动刀和静刀两刃交错,可以开合。电缆剪属于大型剪刀,为加强电缆剪的强度、方便性,电缆剪从传统的手动电缆剪发展出棘轮电
缆剪,陆续再出现手动液压电缆剪。传统的手动液压电缆剪主要包括刀架、连接头、油缸活塞动力机构、液压油路控制系统、高低压柱塞机构、手动操作机构和柔性贮油系统,使用时,先将被剪物放置于刀架上,再向油缸内注入高压液体,通过工人握捏手柄,在液压力的作用下,柱塞推动动刀移动,与静刀配合形成剪切力将被剪物剪断。这种手动液压电缆剪能轻松将高压 PE、IV 电缆线、电话线切断,但无法对所有特高压、超高压输电线路大截面钢芯铝绞线,高强度铝合金钢芯铝绞线(大跨越导线)以及钢绞线进行剪切,同时工人在手动操作时不仅重量重、劳动强度大,而且还有方向限制,增加了操作难度,降低了工作效率 ; 另外结构复杂,日常维护不方便,生产成本较高。鉴于上述已有技术,有必要对现有液压电缆剪的结构设计加以改进。

Abstract
In the energy, transportation, metallurgy, chemical, mining and other sectors of the equipment installation work, with large specification cable cut is difficult; installed in the space is very narrow and some cable place can not use extended arm or use other methods to cut the cable. Cable cutter is a special cable for shearing pliers, knife and the static knife sharp staggered, can open and close. Cable cutter belongs to large scissors, to strengthen the cable shear strength, convenience, cable cut from the traditional manual cable shear developed ratchet electric. Cable cut, in succession again manual hydraulic cable cutter. Manual hydraulic cable cutter, including traditional shear connector, cylinder power mechanism, hydraulic control system, high and low pressure plunger mechanism, operating mechanism and flexible oil storage system, when in use, the cut objects placed in the turret, then to the cylinder into the high pressure liquid, hold the handle of the workers, in the liquid under pressure, the plunger pushes the knife movement, formation of shear force and the static knife will cut material cut. This manual hydraulic cable cutter can easily be high pressure PE, IV cable, telephone lines cut off, but not for all the EHV, UHV transmission line large size ACSR, high strength aluminum alloy steel cored aluminum strand (large span conductor) and steel wire shearing, and workers in the manual operation not only weight heavy, large labor intensity, but also the direction restriction, increased the difficulty of the operation, reduce the work efficiency; the other complicated structure, inconvenience in daily maintenance, the high cost of production. In view of the existing technology, it is necessary to structure design of existing hydraulic cable cutter was improved.
