摘要
着生产和流通的日益社会化,现代化,尤其是半个世纪以混料机产品得到了飞速的发展,在市场商品交换的重要地位也越来越来突出,目前,已普遍引起人们的重视。
科技的发展在当代社会各个不同的领域都产生了深远的影响。特别是机械化,自动化设备的普遍应用,更为这些领域增添了活力,机械行业也不例外。现在大部分的混料机过程已有手工作业转变为机械化作业。这不仅仅降低了人的劳动程度,而且也加快了生产速度,提高了生产率,同时也使机械混料机的形式在不断的改进、革新,使广大的消费者普遍能够接受。这在客观上促进了混料机的营销,提高了混料机在市场上的竞争力,也可以为企业带来高额的利润。
粉末冶金既是制造高新材料的重要工艺,有时还是唯一的方法,同时也是多、块、好、省地制造形状复杂、高精度金属零件的先进金属成型技术。锰铁合金粉属于脆性材料,将其制成金属粉末压坯,必须加入粘结剂,而粘结剂选择的是钠水玻璃,它是一种复杂的分散体系,既有离子溶液的性质也有胶体溶液的性质。如果锰铁合金粉与水玻璃不能在极短的时间内达到均匀的混合,将直接影响到其冶金产品的质量和性能。目前混料设备仍无统一的标准,属于“非标”产品。而且粉末冶金行业中所用到的混料机都不同程度的满足不了锰铁合金粉与水玻璃的混制。因此,借鉴铸造行业中的混砂机械,设计一碗型混料机,提高锰铁合金粉与水玻璃的混合质量,满足冶金产品对其混合的要求。

The production and circulation of the increasing socialization, modernization, especially for half a century by mixing machine products has been rapid development, an important position in the market of commodity exchange also becomes more and more outstanding, at present, has been widely attention.The development of science and technology have had a profound impact on the contemporary social different fields. Especially the universal application of mechanization, automation equipment, more of these fields and add a dynamic, mechanical industry is no exception. Now the existing manual mixer most into mechanical work. This not only reduces the labor intensity of people, but also to accelerate the speed of production, enhance productivity, but also the mechanical mixing machine in the form of continuous improvement, innovation, so that the majority of consumers are generally able to accept. This promotes the mixing machine marketing objectively, improves the mixing machine in the market, also can bring high profit for the enterprise.
Powder metallurgy is an important process for manufacturing new materials, sometimes the only way, advanced metal forming technology is also much, block, good, province manufacturing complex shape, high precision metal parts. Ferromanganese alloy powder is a brittle material, be made of metal powder compacts, must join the binder, and the choice of adhesive is sodium water glass, it is a complex distributed system, properties of both ion solution and colloidal solution. If the powder and water glass can not ferromanganese alloys achieve uniform mixing in a very short period of time, will directly affect the quality and performance of the metallurgical products. The mixing device is still no unified standard, belong to "non standard" products. But mixing machine used in powder metallurgy industry in different degree can not meet the ferromanganese alloy powder and water glass mixing. Therefore, from the mechanical mixing sand foundry industry, design a bowl type mixing machine, improve the mixing quality ferromanganese alloy powder glass with water, meet the requirements of metallurgical products.

1.1 课题背景
高新材料是用于新环境新领域能够有所突破,在使用上能够创新的一种新材料。目前现在很多企业以研发高新材料为其有市场竞争力的重要表现,目前高新材料应用领域很广。从航天飞机到我们的日常用品都有高新材料的影子。目前高新材料涉及的领域很广,比如像陶瓷、纺织。器械的制造都有高新材料的影子。目前高新材料将是将来工业发展必然需要的一个产物,高新材料的出现也人生的生产生活带来了很多便利。粉末冶金是制取金属粉末或用金属粉末(或金属粉末与非金属粉末的混合物)作为原料,经过成形和烧结,制取金属材料、复合材料以及各种类型制品的工业技术。
目前,粉末冶金技术已被广泛应用于交通、机械、电子、航空航天、兵器、生物、新能源、信息和核工业等领域,成为新材料科学中最具发展活力的分支之一。粉末冶金技术具备显著节能、省材、性能优异、产品精度高且稳定性好等一系列优点,非常适合于大批量生产。另外,部分用传统铸造方法和机械加工方法无法制备的材料和复杂零件也可用粉末冶金技术制造,因而备受工业界的重视。粉末冶金具有独特的化学组成和机械、物理性能,而这些性能是用传统的熔铸方法无法获得的。运用粉末冶金技术可以直接制成多孔、半致密或全致密材料和制品,如含油轴承、齿轮、凸轮、导杆、刀具等,是一种少无切削工艺。
