The results show that the vertical mill finishing system has the simplest flow and lowest energy consumption which is the preferred cement plan ,and the flow and energy consumption of the combined grinding system of roller press+ball mill (with whirling fluid separator) and the combined grinding system of vertical mill+ball mill is similar which can be the following preferred plan,and the open circuit and semi-open circuit grinding system of roller press+ball mill have the most disadvantage which should be selected never.几种典型水泥粉磨系统的比较水泥粉磨系统已由早先的球磨机系统逐步发展到现在的球磨机+辊压机系统和立磨系统。通过分析流程和主要配置及运行参数,归类出比较典型的七种水泥粉磨系统的技术性能特点。其中,立磨终粉磨系统流程最简单,能耗最低,是水泥粉磨方案的首选;辊压机+球磨(带涡流选粉机)组成的联合粉磨系统及立磨和球磨组成的联合粉磨系统流程相近,能耗相近,可作为水泥粉磨系统的优选方案;辊压机和球磨机组成的开流及半开流系统缺点最多,应尽量避免选用。Investigation of the influence of modulus on free CaO and sintering of cement clinkerBase on the practical production modulus of KH=0.92 ,SM=2.58,IM=1.75,one of the modulus changed ,three test specimens were made by raw meal,clay and some adjusting material,and the test clinker was made by firing the specimens at 1400 for 40 min.Influence of modulus on free CaO and sintering of the three group of clinker was investigated contrastively.The analysis results showed that KH and SMs influence on the free CaO and sintering of the clinker is more than that of IM and with KH and SM increasing,the clinker sintering decreased and the free CaO content rised.率值对熟料烧结和氧化钙结合程度的影响研究以实际生产率值KH=0.92,SM=2.58,IM=1.75为基础,用生产线生料、黏土和调整组分,分别变化其中一个率值制作了三组试件,并经实验电炉1400烧制40min而形成水泥熟料。然后对三组熟料的烧结程度和氧化钙结合程度进行了对比试验研究。结果发现:KH和SM对熟料的烧结程度和氧化钙结合程度的影响要明显大于IM,而IM影响最小;随着KH和SM的升高,熟料的烧结程度明显降低,游离钙含量随之升高。Malfunction statistic & analysis for kiln system and the measure to improving operation ratioTo grasp the main failure type,failure equipment and failure reason, kiln system malfunctions of 2x2000t/d clinker production line of Tianjin Zhenxing Cement Co.,Ltd.were analysed by mathematical statistics method.On that basis ,technical measure to improving operation ratio were put forward ,including strengthening the maintenance of grate cooler and axle bush, doing the best to prevent blocking in preheating system, and etc. By these measure the two production lines running ratio increased gradually.窑系统的故障统计分析和提高其运转率的措施采用数理统计方法,对天津振兴水泥有限公司2x2000t/d熟料生产线进行了窑系统故障停车的统计与分析,以掌握这二条线的主要故障类别、主要故障设备和主要故障工艺原因。在此基础上,提出了这二条生产线回转窑运转率的技术措施。包括:加强蓖冷机的维护和调整,以及窑瓦的维护和调整,以及设法减少预热器系统的堵料,等等。采取这些措施后,该公司二条线的窑系统运转率得以逐步提高。Problems of MLS3626 raw material vertical mill in the test run period and the countermeasures 5000t/d clinker production line of Shandong Quanxing Cement Co.,Ltd.
