Warm up: Present the vow at the wedding while listening to the Wedding Match to arouse the students interest of talking about wedding in western countriesII. Pre-reading (new words learning)1. Students look at the photos and try their best to remember what the people is in the picture2. After ten seconds , students repeat the words according to picture3. Match the new words with the definition III. Reading Weddings in Indonesia1. Fast readingGo through the text quickly to true or false questions1) In Indonesia, if you dont get an invitation to a wedding, you cant go.2) You shouldnt go to the wedding ceremony if you are not a member of a close family 3) Not everyone can go to attend the wedding reception4) Indonesia women have to cover their heads5) You should contribute some money if you go to the wedding reception Answers: F T F F T2. Careful reading Wedding customs are different in different countries. Now we will read the text about Weddings in Indonesia,try to remember what to do and what not to do.(give students time to read the text)Indonesian Wedding1).
